Guest Reviews
- HugoR755 (10/5): Great experience - The hotel is great (the building is new and it has spacious and clean room, nice rooftop pool and friendly staff) and is in a great location, close to a few nice restaurants and within walking distance to the city center. Totally recommended!
- Matthew (10/5): - The staff and accommodations are very nice and friendly, and is in a good part of tulum
- Monica (8/5): - Property was clean. Beer price was expensive and when we asked for confirmation that the price was correct the bartender ignored us. We also paid for breakfast and on the Monday they told us jt was not available. Better to go out for breakfast.
- CLAUDIO (10/5): - Had a great and short stay. The only thing was the AC unit wasn't working well and the room did get a bit warm. Overall great experience.
- Jose (10/5): - The staff was incredibly helpful and provided great service. Also loved the food options that we were provided
- Marlene (10/5): - Beautiful boutique hotel, food and pool. Loved it!
- Arie (10/5): - Nice boutique hotel, a little off the main road but you have restaurants and cafes in walking distance. Felt safe and quiet.
- gabrielsK7094ML (10/5): Kindness - Once again the staff at Naay elevated our experience. Last night I realized I had lost my Armani glasses. In minutes Cristopher the manager came to the rooftop, found us and returned them. Next level. Kindness from staff was real. Omar the concierge, really came through in helping us book a reservation and finding us a phenomenal beach that wasn’t over the top price wise. These Naay employees made our trip.
- A5412DVjorgea (10/5): Tulum - The jewel of Tulum after few days now we get what’s all the fuss is all about. The Naay Tulum Hotel is the perfect place to stay and enjoy specially the cenotes and the Beaches. Both are short drive and beautiful the hotel staff are good in assisting all your needs. The Hotel is compared to Cancun Hotel but rooms are very spacious and clean. We highly recommend this Hotel if you’re planning to visit Tulum. JA
- Jeannie (10/5): - Beautiful property with the friendliest staff
- nerissat75 (10/5): Awesome hidden gem - will definitely return - This property is a gem! From our check-in experience with Christopher, Omar & Jesus - to the amazing rooftop restaurant team Primo, Jorge, and Rodrigo we had an awesome stay. Clean, elegant & quiet. The front desk team - including Ivan - went above and beyond!
- threewishes24 (10/5): Loved Naay! - I arrived a day early for a bachelorette party and so I booked a room at Naay through Expedia, and it was fabulous. The room was spacious and clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Plus it has a lovely rooftop pool and restaurant with reasonable prices.
Then the Airbnb we were supposed to stay in didn't work out after a night (let's just say there were some issues) and I'm grateful the entire party was able to check into the hotel for two nights and i could vouch for the hotel. It felt like a homecoming --all the staff were like, "welcome back!" haha.
While they're not on the beach, they have a deal with some beach clubs so you can use their facilities as long as you meet a minimum. I would definitely stay here again.
- Oscar (10/5): - Great place to stay. Huge thank you to Ivan, Rodrigo , and primo for making our stay a great one.
- 123starn (10/5): Excellent Experience - Before spending the night on the beach, we spent the evening in this town hotel. The level of service was exceptional. Enjoyed the cocktail service while lounging by the rooftop pool throughout the evening. That evening, I intended to tour downtown, but I became very engrossed in unwinding at the hotel.
- J2819GWchrisk (8/5): Nice, moderately priced hotel in a quiet part of Tulum. - Naay is a lovely hotel. It's in a quiet spot in the jungle, not in the busier hotel zone of Tulum. The staff is very friendly and professional, quick to respond to any needs. Good bar on the roof, and a nice pool, too. The cost is reasonable for the area and the quality of the hotel. The room was comfortable, including a good mattress and high quality beddings.
- Mary (10/5): - My sister and I vacationed here for five nights. We were beyond pleased with the service, accommodations and rooftop pool and restaurant. We loved the quinoa bowl and key lime pie! The service at the restaurant was exceptional. Angel and Edmundo were fantastic. The room had everything we needed, including ice-cold AC! And the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful in arranging excursions and transportation to and from the Cancun airport. This location is very close to spas, restaurants and convenience stores. We loved Fitalicious and Lotuspa nearby. We plan to return for another vacation!
- maryolivia1 (10/5): Love it! - We love it! The rooftop restaurant and pool is luxurious and fun. Angel and Eduardo were our attentive, professional and friendly waiters. The food was fresh and tasty. We loved the lemon pie and quinoa bowl! The room is contemporary, clean and includes everything you need. The front desk staff are great too! They helped us coordinate a local tour. Paula was great. A 7-11, retail shops, spas and restaurants are all within walking distance. We loved this hotel and wouldn’t change a thing. We stayed for five nights and it was the perfect length to relax and explore the area. We plan to return for another relaxing vacation.
- Sherpa769937 (10/5): Excellent - Best customer service and excellent experience
The rooms, the pool and the staff my respects
Super recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Everything you need to is near by as well
Thank you so much for making us feel at home
We will definitely be back soon 🥰♥️
- Sarah (8/5): - The staff were all so friendly and helpful. My boyfriend and I were celebrating our anniversary, and they decorated our room with rose petals and balloons — so sweet and thoughtful. Would definitely stay here again!
- Lisa (10/5): - The hotel was excellent but not in the best area. All staff was super nice, helpful and went above and beyond for us.
- Kimberly (10/5): Oasis in Tulum - This hotel was a lovely oasis in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Tulum can be an exhausting city, and the Naay Tulum Hotel was a peaceful and lovely place to spend time. The staff would go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and it felt more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel.
- Atinder (10/5): - O
- katelyn (10/5): - We had to leave a horrible hotel situation and came here day of booking. The girl at the front and the manager were so sweet and really helped us, we even paid a small amount for an upgraded room we didnt see online. This place was a way better vibe, the room was clean the shower had warm water and it wasnt loud or noisey. This is my second time here i would definitely come back.
- lizette (10/5): - Nice hotel with close to local spots. Though, it was hard to find the hotel. Navigation first took me one way and then where it would tell you to turn it was blocked off and couldn't turn.
- NATASCHA (10/5): Relaxing Vibe - This is a favorite place for me and my family. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice rooftop restaurant, and beautiful rooms with great amenities.
- Anthonia (2/5): - Nervous upon arrival there were 3 police officers in the lobby and guest complaining of stolen money from their room safe that was apparently switched out. I opted to not get cleaning during my stay because of this fear but they asked me constantly if I wanted to clean the room. When leaving I was asked to wait for room inspection then told a robe was missing and I had to pay for it. I even opened my luggage to show them I didn’t have a robe and didn’t recall if the robe was ever in the room to begin with. I was between this property and aloft and wished I stayed T the bigger brand hotel.
- Kerry (2/5): No AC and they tried avoiding us a refund - Absolutely the worst arrival experience we had with this hotel. They waited until we arrived there late at night to inform us that the AC was broken in our room and there was no other rooms available that they could switch us to. Note that it is hot in Tulum and there was no way we were able to sleep without an AC. For something so crucial they should have contacted us earlier so we would have had time to make alternative arrangements. The staff said it was going to be fixed the next day and when we called the next day, they said “it was going to be fixed tomorrow” again. Thankfully after our first interaction we felt they were super unreliable and already replaced our booking with another hotel. The worst part when we asked for a full refund as we never stayed, the “manager” was never there and they kept asking us to call back tomorrow. Before when you book with this place.
- Christie (6/5): - We recently stayed at The NAAY for 6 nights over New Year's '23-'24 and overall, I had a pleasant experience with a few exceptions. The room was well-designed and comfortable with good a/c and basic amenities. The front desk staff (Alejandro and Omar) were friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel's location was also conveniently located in the Aldea Zama, an upscale dining and shopping area between Tulum and the beach. There are a lot of nice restaurants and shops within walking distance and we felt very safe. It's a new(ish) development with lots of construction in the area and the streets can be difficult to navigate (even with GPS), but it's very doable. The downside of our stay ranges from minor issues to semi-serious problems. 1st and foremost, I was bitten by a bed bug. They have a distinctive bite pattern (3 dots in a triangle). I wanted to rule this out as a possibility, but it's a fact, it happened. Also, we were in the jungle and I didn't want to make a big deal out of it, but it is an issue. 2nd, we requested our room be cleaned on 3 separate occasions and it was cleaned only once during our stay and that was on our final day of the trip. The hot tub was barely warm, shut off at 9p and the bathroom was poorly lit. Once these issues are addressed, I would recommend the NAAY if you're not staying at a resort on the beach. It could be a 4-star hotel with a little more effort and attention to detail, cleanliness, and request response times. 3 stars
- ReAndra (8/5): Nice Boutique Hotel with a luxurious feel - The staff at the hotel are wonderful and we're very helpful during our stay. Chris and Armando helped us get taxis and gave us recommendations. The only reason I give 4 stars is because Tulum occasionally has power outages. Luckily the hotel runs on a generator but this caused issues with the air conditioner, meaning it wasn't working during our stay. However, they did upgrade our room and provided a fan, which was the best they could do under the circumstances!
The area (Aldea Zama), was quiet and a lot different from the hotel zone. We liked this, however as you probably know by now, taxis are very expensive so trying to get to the hotel zone for the beach, etc. was expensive and there was a lot of traffic around dinner time. Tulum Centro is close (less than 10 min taxi ride) and when you don't feel like venturing too far for food there are plenty of restaurants near the hotel and a 7/11. There's even a small cenote nearby that's cool to visit.
Overall we enjoyed our stay!
- Adeola (6/5): - This hotel is a really hard to get to/follow directions on a map. It's kind of buried in the center of construction and tourist walkways which makes it difficult for cars to get through.
We felt a bit dazed and trapped in the luxury king sized room (the most expensive room, yet has no windows or any source of light). There is no air conditioning inside the hotel itself (apart from the rooms) which can be a frustrating after a long day in the heat.
However, staff was super nice and helpful. Room service was pretty average and you're better off eating from the restaurants around the hotel instead of the food in the hotel.
- Rob (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay here. It is in between downtown Tulum and the beach. The bike ride is a bit sketchy at night. The staff were super friendly and accommodating.
- Martin (10/5): - It is a beautiful small hotel. The staff very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast twice at the hotel restaurant and the food was very good. I'll definitively stay there again.
Hard to find the hotel, since google maps takes you to streets with no car access. Lots of streets are for pedestrians only.
- NATASCHA (10/5): A Favorite Stay - This is one of my favorite places to stay. The service here is great from the front desk all the way to the rooftop restaurant. I enjoy this place on solo trips and on trips with family and friends. The filtered water here tastes great and it's nice that you don't have to bother with plastic bottles.
- Lakshmi (10/5): - Friendly staff, lovely breakfast and nice, large clean rooms.
Shower water power not so good but bathroom was spacious and clean.
Definitely recommended and would return.
- NATASCHA (10/5): Amazing Staff - My stay here was very comfortable. I felt safe here on my solo trip and the staff was there to help me with everything I needed. The staff here is amazing, friendly, and very professional.
- Christophe (10/5): - This was our second stay at hotel Naay Tulum. Our first stay was five years ago. We were pleasantly surprised to find much of the same staff still working there, and even remembering us after so long. This, added to the fact we were in low season, made our stay very special. The staff was extremely attentive and engaging in genuine conversations (helping us improve our Spanish along the way!). We also found the hotel well maintained, looking just as new as when we first went. We now plan to make it an annual trip.
- Dary (10/5): - Staff was very friendly and attentive.
- roberto (10/5): - Good
- Gabrielle (10/5): - Much of aldea zama is under construction but it was still such a cute area with lots of restaurants nearby and I can’t wait to see what it looks like completely developed
- IJ (6/5): - The breakfast was very limited . Only tea/coffee, fruit and toast served . One of the front desk agents was not attentive and ready to help. Stay overall was okay .
- Anne (10/5): - The service and staff were amazing. Would definitely recommend.
- nadia (10/5): - The property was beautifully kept and nicely decorated. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive and helpful. We enjoyed many margaritas and morning coffees on the rooftop. We also rented bikes from the hotel to get to the beach and enjoyed walking the neighborhood. We felt very safe and well looked after. We will definitely be back!
- Joe (8/5): - The stuff was great, room is nice, i just didn’t like the drink water and the shower water is salty.
The property is in a isolated place little bit scary to drive around in night
- Manuel (10/5): - If you are driving, you will find it is not easy to get there.
- Monica Helena (10/5): - Naay Tulum was quiet. The staff was helpful and very accommodating. No issues checking in or out. Loved the place and would come again.
- terry (10/5): - All around great place, staff, clean and wonderful walkable neighborhood. No sketchy people hang around this newly developing area which makes it so nice.
- Cristian (10/5): - I loved it.!!
- Ashkan (10/5): - Beautifully designed and extremely clean hotel. Entire staff is very polite, kind, friendly, and helpful. Location was great. Rooms were beautiful.
- SUSAN (10/5): - Great location if you want peace in the middle of tulum where you could rent a bicycle and ride to the beach or el pueblo
- Ali (8/5): - Great staff.
- Ann Marie (10/5): - great price for last-min booking. lovely quaint boutique hotel. Ivan and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. food and drinks quality medium-good. not close to beach at all. taxi service $30-40 USD one-way to/from beach.
- Yasuan (10/5): - Good
- Nina (8/5): - We stayed here for 10 days and it was the best decision! The hotel is very modern and clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooftop of the hotel is the best part of the hotel! Large pool area that lights up at night, baby pool and jacuzzi. The food and cocktails (esp. margarita) were spectacular. Hotel rooms are clean and beautiful. The most basic option does NOT have a window/balcony so definitely worth to upgrade to Junior suite. Easy to dry wet clothes that way as well and palm trees and geckos are worth it. The staff was kind enough to offer a free upgrade during our stay.
The cons mainly are related to the cleaning service. The ice bucket was full for trash and cigarette buds when we moved in. After 10 days of daily pleading to replace the lotion the cleaning lady took the bottle, left with it and came back with an empty bottle again and put it back. Dirty towels were picked up from the ground and refilled as new towels which is a big no-no. Finally the housekeeping made fun shapes out of towels and the room generally looked cleanish so bonus for that.
Definitely would recommend hotel and would visit again!
- Cedric (10/5): - This was an amazing stay for my first time Tulum. It was a bit challenging to find on my navigation once I started getting to the roundabouts. Definitely look out for and adhere to the one way signs. Once I got to the location however everything was smooth. Easiest check in and out process I’ve had using Expedia. Ivan was amazing and made me feel welcomed from the start. Big shoutout to him as well as Omar and the staff on the rooftop restaurant. Came for breakfast and Omar’s kind spirit and hospitality added the cherry on top of my stay. Great work everyone and I look forward to rebooking anytime I’m in the area.
- Jerome (10/5): Great birthday trip - They place is amazing, the rooftop pool is as advertised. Very clean and quiet area, food is very good on the third floor. I would go back in a minute. The only thing you need to check is make sure your fridge is getting cold enough and batteries changed in your safe. Overall its a great place to be. Many places around to eat so you don't have to go far.
- RAMZI (10/5): - The hotel located in a nice area, with a beautiful Rooftop Pool with Restaurant, surrounded by a lot of Restaurants. and close to the Beach
- DeJah (2/5): Do Not Trust Staff! - After checking-in I mistakenly left my wallet on the front desk. Inside was my passport, drivers license, credit cards, and pesos. About 20 minutes after settling into my room, one of the staff took the elevator up to my room to return this to me. He said that he also took a photocopy of my passport. So once I received it I then checked to make sure everything was there. A total of $1000 pesos was missing from my wallet. I immediately went down to the front desk to notify the staff (And the staff member who returned it was not there). I asked for the cameras to be checked and to speak with a supervisor right away. The camera footage was not checked until the next day. There were NO cameras on the elevator that he took to return my wallet to me. And the hotel Supervisor never reached out to resolve this issue during the rest of my stay.It was very upsetting that this happened on my day of arrival. I still enjoyed my time in Mexico but I did not feel comfortable leaving any monetary items in my room and so I refused room service during my stay.
The room was neat but the bathroom was not as nice. Shower was not clean, shower head head was rusted, water ran cold in the A.M. Our toilet also did not flush correctly , and staff had to fix this issue.
The rooftop and restaurant was very nice. Loved being able to relax there on days we did not visit the beach.
Overall I think that I would have enjoyed my stay a lot more if I was not robbed on my first day.
- Jasmine (8/5): - Decent overall
- Cortez (8/5): - Food was good. Drinks were good. Pool and cabana were good as well. Hallway noise comes through the doors easily. There was no outdoor window view in my room. Also the smoke detector was directly over our bed so there was a flashing light at night. All in all a good experience.
- Zoe (10/5): - The pool was the best part- would have booked a room with a view in hindsight- the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The hot tub could have been a bit warmer but 10/10 would recommend and visit again
- Peter (2/5): - Hated our stay here. They gave us a room next to the stairs and an open air gathering space. You can hear everything that happens in the gathering space and in the room next door. Rooms are too small. You can call them suites if you want, but they are way too small for suites. We won’t stay here when we return.
BTW-When asked to move rooms they said yes, but gave us the same room on one floor higher……same problem-too noisy. Complete disappointment.
- Crystal (10/5): - Was such a wonderful stay , it’s like 10 mins away from the strip and in a safe area. They have a wonderful rooftop . Food at the restaurant is yummy too.
- Mark (10/5): - The hotel was fantastic with roof top pool, fridge in room and quiet.
- Sarah (10/5): - We don't usually live the luxury life in Mexico, but we were pretty stoked to have one night in luxury here. The rooftop pool and sitting area were amazing. So easy to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The room was great and the bed was so comfy! We would definitely go back!
- Quinn (10/5): - The staff was extremely nice and helpful
- panfilo (10/5): - Modern, clean, friendly staff and something even better was the fast wifi which is something hard to find at other properties.
- kenneth (2/5): - Roof top pool and deck were great, rooms stylish and clean, overall nice vibe. Unfortunately it goes down hill from there. Most of the staff were friendly, but seemed untrained/not prepared for their roles. One example, I paid in full for my stay through Expedia. Upon arrival the front desk clerk claimed I hadn't paid. I assured him I had & could show receipt, he said not necessary, but he still needed my credit card info., I assumed for incidentals, etc. 2 days later I noticed they'd charged me, in full, a 2nd time for my stay.
To their credit, I spoke w/ Emanuel (accountant?) and i think the GM, both acknowledged the mistake & apologized, but said they would only be able to reimburse if I gave them my bank details, rather than just crediting my card. I contacted AMEX & they're taking care of it. A few other similar issues you'd expect from a 1 or 2 star hotel, not a 4 star. Yikes, also, be aware of staying in room 207, roof top pool directly overhead, you can hear the pool pumps all night, and see water stains on ceiling from pool leak.
- Jazon (10/5): - Great place an amazing area but beware they have rooms with NO windows!
- Christopher Paul (6/5): - I stayed at this property for almost a week last year and was very happy with it, but feel that the standards are slipping now. My biggest gripe was the lack of hot water in the hot tub, showers and faucet. The temperature of the water is warm — not hot at all. After mentioning this to the front desk several times, they sent someone to look at the issue and reported that it should now be fixed. After changing rooms and finding the same issue again, they finally told me the hotel policy is to keep the water at 50 degrees Celsius. The second issue is the pool towels must now be checked out at the front desk with a card provided, which is inconvenient if you’ve gone to the rooftop for a swim and find you have to return to your room for the card and then go to the front desk for the towel. The third issue is that the front entrance sliding door is broken, requiring some manual fiddling to open and close it, with no one around to assist — particularly inconvenient if you are wrestling with bags. The day we arrived they said it would be fixed that day. It wasn’t fixed.
We checked out and found another hotel close by, of which there are many to choose from. I really like this hotel and the service is good, the rooms clean and the beds are very comfortable. A little bit of tweaking and I’d come back, but in future will look elsewhere.
- Alexis (8/5): - Great property!
- Emily (10/5): An affordable gem - Very clean hotel and super friendly staff.
- Cesar David Tarin (6/5): - Their was no AC due to a suppose power outage
- Ana M (2/5): - Horrible I got sick with Covid and it’s horrible place they never refunded me it’s terrible don’t ever book here again
- Jennifer (10/5): - I have no complaints about our stay at Naay Tulum! All staff was extremely accommodating especially Rod, Henry, and Omar! The property was beautiful, very clean, and inexpensive! One other aspect that made this property enjoyable was that it wasn't over crowded! It was perfect!!!
- Portia (10/5): - The receptionist Rod, was absolutely amazing she very accommodating to every need my group had. ❤Rod
- Lizbeth (10/5): - Wonderful
- Brittaney (10/5): - The property was very exclusive and staff was excellent and prompt with anything asked. The shower water was not the hottest and we got lost everytime we had to find the hotel after leaving it. Be overall, it was a great stay!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Clean rooms, nice deco, nice rooftop area
- Robinson (10/5): best quality time ever - It was perfect. it’s pretty much about 10 minutes drive to the main attraction. it’s very affordable compare to most hotels and they have bicycles free of charge. If you are looking at very neat, decent place and enjoy your stay at Tulum…This is your place. I just don’t write reviews but this hotels deserve my time to allow other here and enjoy the quality of this place and the people working on it.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Honest review. The hotel was very nice, simple, and clean. Pros: good location, relaxing roof top with cabanas and pool, good food (the shrimp tacos & the ribeye tacos were amazing), helpful desk staff, quick response time, & the hotel was near restaurants, convenient store, & pharmacy.. Cons: The walls are paper thin so we literally heard everything, even a pen drop, the power went out a few times on our 2nd night, the junior suite is pretty small, I’d prefer an open concept, & lastly our shuttles had a hard time finding the hotel. So give yourself cushion if you’re trying to arrive somewhere on time. Overall, I would recommend it for a quick stay.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Nice place to stay, good location close to everything , nice staff , the roof top pool is amazing , room was nice, I love it
- Verified traveler (6/5): - everything was good the only thing i didn’t like was that breakfast and lunch is not included.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Property was nice, staff attentive . Rooms were clean &comfortable . Rooftop is very cute. Lack of amenities tho ( refrigerator not stocked , room service ended very early, had to pay simple things like bottle of water ). Also lots of noise at times
during stay (banging like construction ) and walls pretty thin . This was a last minute booking and so overall a life saver ! I would revisit .
- Verified traveler (10/5): Amazing stay in Tulum - Great stay with this hotel. Loved the room, staff was very professional, service was quickly delivered to my room they are on top of it! I call for something and a minute later it’s at my room!
Pool deck has amazing views!
Comfort level was excellent!
Plan to stay here again next time I’m in Tulum.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - We had a great time during our 5 days/4 nights stay at Náay Tulum. Staff were excellent with anything that we needed from room service, hotel amenities like bike rentals to rooftop pool and spa. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was excellent. Highly recommended and we would stay again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It was my first time staying in Tulum and this hotel was perfect! The hotel gives off a refreshed and youthful environment. I definitely felt safe around the area enough to walk around late night hours. The rooftop has a decent view of the natural scenery and great cocktails from the restaurant. You can easily get lost either leaving or going to the hotel if you don't have a gps. There are so many blocked off streets and a few roundabouts.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - We really enjoyed the NAAY...its was quiet & not crowded. The cabanas are there for use without a fee,we enjoyed that. The pool was big for a rooftop pool & the food @ the restaurant was really good...Drinks were also good & if you had issue they were willing to accommodate. That was appreciated.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Beautiful hotel away from the huddle and bustle of the Tulum hotel zone.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The property is a lot smaller than it looks online. We just stayed here one night prior to going to our Airbnb. We got there early and waited until 3pm For our rooms however, they were not ready until after 3pm. They kept telling us 15 mins more multiple times. We didn’t get the rooms until close to 4pm which was very annoying. They should’ve been upfront and told us they were delayed. Also, could’ve offered a complimentary drink or something to make up for it. No apology.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - All the reviews are spot on! Super clean hotel and rooms. All the staff was extremely friendly. It’s in its own little community of shops and restaurants so my wife and I just biked around and explored. Rooftop pool and restaurant is nice and peaceful. This was a very nice stay, thank you for all the hospitality!

- Verified traveler (4/5): - It was a okay hotel would i stay there again NO !
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Good location
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The perfect option if you are not staying in the beach
- Verified traveler (10/5): - If you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of Tulum beach, stay at Naay hotel. Only 15 minutes ride away but the tranquility and quietness of the area is very well worth it.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Loved the Aldea area. We wanted a mellow safe area to enjoy our vacation and felt this at Naay. The hotel zone was far too busy, loud and full of traffic and taxis that would easily hit a pedestrian.
