- Ahmed (4/5): - Way overpriced compared to the level of luxury that was expected from the hotel. If the “St. regis” logo wasn’t there at the entrance, it would be like any other mediocre hotel. So many small details in the room felt cheap, which is not supposed to be a case for such a high end chain. Also, I can hear a lot of what’s going on in my neighboring room (not very clearly, but we can hear things constantly). If it’s an average hotel, I would give it full rating. But for a hotel with such high price and expectations, I would give it 2 out of 5.

Close to everything, safe, clean, and the chef Shabaka made us feel like family, he personalized our breakfast daily with an extra special touch! Francisco made us a special energizing juice everyday! A lot more than I expected for the money! Great views of creek from our window, and so many extras in the elegant room! World traveler, and so very rarely do we get as expected, it was above expectation. St. Regis made our 1st stay in Dubai extra special. Grateful to all staff, would definitely stay there again!!

We travel and stay in hotels, more than half the year and I must say the accommodations and the service at this St.Regis has been exceptional. The corner suite with the view of the Burj Khalifa is what I would recommend, room was stunning. I specifically want to mention Anthony from guest services. He was not only professional and courteous, But he was truly genuine. He cared to help and make sure that we were having a great experience. He was always going above and beyond, and this is truly what 5 star experience is about. Any establishment would be lucky to have someone like Anthony at their property.

They didn’t even apologize. We requested to leave the hotel and refer refund our amount and they didn’t offer any compensation for the inconvenience they caused.

- Alistair (10/5): - Great property. Close to the airport and other attractions in Dubai. Sadly there are only two restaurants on the property. Go to Tabu for dinner. It is amazing!! The staff are so attentive and gracious. Forgive I forgot their names, but there is a young lady from South Africa, what a wonderful host! The wait staff are great and much better than the staff at Basta! If you eat out, there are loads of restaurants that are in walking distance of the hotel.

The attention to detail and the service they provided throughout the stay was amazing. Every staff member is tought about etiquette and it was clearly evident to see that throughout the stay. Also the little details and the effort they put it in to ensure our stay was a comfortable and enjoyable one was amazing. Hopefully be returning again in the future. The location is also amazing as its approx 15 minutes walk to the main downtown area too.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Short but sweet stay - Our short stay at the St. Regis was great! Check in took no more than 5 mins and is where we were notified of our upgraded room. The room was clean, spacious, with a nice view of the canal. Dinner at the Italian restaurant was excellent (tasty food, nice size portions, friendly service).
