- Walter (3/5): Parking terrible! - Room Parking!! 3 metal containers/dumpsters took up 2 handicapped spaces and 10 or so close parking spaces near the building! We are both handicapped...staff could not give a good answer as to why?? One staff member said the City of Allen did it...others shrugged their shoulders. If you want to stay here, be able bodied and good walkers. We won't be back.

- Fredy (10/5): Excelente 👌 - La amabilidad del personal, parqueo, higiene del hotel, que cuentan con lavandería, café y té las 24 horas. Debieran de extender un poco el tiempo de desayuno. Lo tienen hasta las 9:30am y por lo menos debiera estar hasta las 10 o 10:30am. No es un hotel que brinde otro tipo de comidas como almuerzo o cenas, por lo que no creo que se les complique dejar 1hora más el tiempo de comida. Uno que visita el hotel como turista, a veces los fines de semana uno quiere descansar un poco más pero tiene que levantarse siempre mas temprano ya que si bajas al desayuno a las 9:35 casi que seguro ya esta cerrado y no podrás desayunar (a pesar de que el mismo ya está incluido en la reservacion)

The hotel is undergoing renovation and so there were some locations missing trim, or with carpet torn up, etc... but this didn't affect the room or overall stay.

Same day we went to dinner forgot our key in the room, she asked for id, i explained my purse was also locked in the room. She said well i cant give u a key. I said wel can someone walk up there to give me my purse so she did and on the way she made a comment of i cant be here all day although she was walking before us. Very rude

- Laura (10/5): - We were blown away by the value of this hotel! It was a five star experience at a two-star price. The property is sparkling clean, modern, beautiful. The staff went above and beyond, was very friendly, kind, and attentive. The cleaning staff was professional and friendly as well, and did an and did an excellent job. The breakfast buffet was delicious and a step above the regular hotel breakfast buffet, with many options. They even had vegan sausage! Our room was spacious and so comfortable. The mini kitchen was a nice touch, with everything we needed to make our stay very convenient and comfortable. But the most amazing part of all, was that my son left his switch 2 game console in the lobby on the day of our departure. We did not realize this until we were eight hours down the road, and called in a complete panic. The woman I spoke with Was so reassuring and kind. It had been turned in, and she offered to ship it back to us. We got it at our house just a few days later. I could not believe the hotel had gone above and beyond like this. I was so impressed with their honesty, trustworthiness, and the way they saved us from what would have been major heartbreak at losing this game console! I cannot recommend this hotel, highly enough, and we will definitely be back in the future!

The only issue I had was with the bed as the mattress was broken in, where the center is high but the area you sleep on was a little sunken. Don't get me wrong I would definitely book again and next time bring my dog.

We were told they would bring a fan but never brought it. It was very uncomfortable sleeping. The second day around 12pm the maintenance was able to fix the AC.

- James (7/5): Worked for the night. - The property was nice. The room size and layout was perfect. The Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The bedding was less than desirable. There were only 3 pillows per bed. The pillows were terrible. They were flat and uncomfortable. The pillows for the pull out bed had brown stains on them. The location of the property was difficult to navigate due to all the new construction.

Rooms were somewhat smaller , sofa bed was rocky , and the hotel receptionist only gave us 1 extra pillow for a family of 6 staying in the room . Useless fellows .. Worst part hear this out .. the house keeping maid knocked on my door and asked me to vacate at 10 am so she can clean the room even though checkout was 12 . I guess she wanted to save a trip for herself but she cannot knock and ask me to get out . She could have tried by being nice and polite but not even that . She was pretty serious and unapologetic .. pathetic idiots .
- Ryan (10/5): - Property is really well maintained. You can tell that the employee's take pride in this property. The hotel staff are very welcoming, happy to assist you and have made my stay very enjoyable. You literally walk out the door and have restaurants, coffee and shopping across the street. You are just a short walking distance from Whole Foods, Armor Coffee and Target. I have found that this property is in a very convenient area for what I need.
- ALEJANDRO (4/5): - Checking lady very rude, we told her we had a service dog and she demanded proof of documents, we told her we did not have them with us at that time and in addition Hotels cannot ask for proof of a service dog's status. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), but she did not care and demanded for documents and charged us a pet fee.

The hotel is clean, modern, and well-managed. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I was pleasantly surprised to find a thoughtful welcome basket in my room, complete with extra waters — a rare but appreciated touch that shows they really value their guests. The breakfast service was excellent, with a full selection that met all expectations of the Home2 Suites brand. That’s not something you see at every location, so credit goes to the breakfast attendant and the management team for getting it right. This has been one of my favorite Home2 experiences. I stayed here for an extended work trip and it was worth every dollar. Highly recommend this location to both business and leisure travelers. Great job to the whole team!
