Mijn auto, oldtimer Porsche, geparkeerd in een open publieke garage waar ik de ochtend erna nog 12,40 heb moeten betalen. Ook sprak het personeel amper engels bij binnenkomst. Diner was mogelijk maar niet van kwaliteit. Bij vertrek was de medewerker klantvriendelijker en dat was fijn.

- Debra (10/5): Great Stay, Always - My friend and I asked for two rooms and that they be near each other. The hotel, Campanile Le Mans Centre Gare, is conveniently located near the train station, bus and trams. Our rooms are always clean, with excellent A/C, which is a high priority for us, we both have breathing difficulties. Their dinners are great, but mostly, the 2nd shift staff, are wonderful. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The Manager has 25 years experience in the hotel business and speaks several languages.

J’ai confirmer le fait qu’elle ne savait pas compter au rendu de la monnaie. Sinon l’hôtel impecable

- Isabelle (6/5): Très déçue par ce campanile - J’ai séjourné une nuit dans le campanile du Mans et j’ai été très déçue par l’accueil du personnel pas du tout professionnel et peu courtois. Je n’ai pas pu me garer dans le parking de l’hôtel que j’avais payé lors de ma réservation. J’ai dû aller dans le parking d’à côté qui avait un partenariat avec le Campanile. L’hôtel me donne un ticket pour sortir du parking et là la barrière ne s’ouvre pas et l’afficheur me demande 205€. Je retourne à l’hôtel qui ne comprend pas et qui me donne un autre ticket sans même s’excuser. Le client est traité sans respect. Je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel

- Debra (10/5): Lovely Hotel - I found the staff very accommodating despite the language barrier. The view from our room was lovely and the breakfast was great. There were trams , busses, taxis and Gare (trains) very near the hotel. The restaurant Thailand Food WAS INCREDIBLE!!

- romain (8/5): Bref séjour en famille - Nous sommes arrivés en plein milieu de la nuit. Il y avait quelqu’un pour nous ouvrir le parking et nous donner la clé de notre chambre. Une personne souriante et accueillante malgrè l’heure avancée. La chambre était propre et spacieuse. La moquette aurait besoin d’être changée car elle était tâchée à plusieurs endroit mais rien de dramatique. Situé à côté de la gare, on entendait les trains arrivés, mais il y en a très peu la nuit.

- Gary (6/5): - Although the hotel itself was clean and pleasant I found it an insult to be charged 10euros for parking. As a guest I would expect parking to be free. The hotel staff were friendly enough although compared to other hotels their English was extremely limited, being a universal language I would expect them to have a better English vocabulary. Everything considered 3/5.

- Liz (6/5): Lovely room but drawbacks - Friendly staff and excellent spacious room. Food was terrible and wet room shower flooded into the bedroom and made the bathroom an absolute slip hazard. Receptionist told us it happens in 5 rooms but building was only built in 2018. No one warned us. The food was terrible- not fresh but in pots and main was microwaved. Lovely restaurant area though- it’s a shame. Would like to use the hotel again but they need to sort it!

- Sue (8/5): LE Mans - Problem with car parking and map and directions to the overspill car park were terrible and we founfpd ourselves in the wrong car park. And had to go back and swop the car over. Also the receptionist was a little rude. I think as we were English’s and our French is not wonder, started to moan about us to another guest in French and thought we couldn’t understand ( which was very rude) The hotel it’s self was good , the food in the restaurant was different but ok. The bath/ showere was to small really to have a bath.

I was late for breakfast a I had driven all day and arrived late. Though the staff did offer me some bread and coffee, they could have a gesture of good faith have included some fruit etc. Not really complaining as it was my fault, but something to consider. Otherwise 10/10.

- keith (8/5): Campanile NEW are ok. - Would stay here again, new Campanile's are good ,they charge for parking,breakfast was good.
- Jonathan (8/5): Great, affordable option - Great choice if you want somewhere convenient to stay - right next to the station. Rooms were comfortable and clean, and service was friendly
