• Sharman (9/5): - Breakfast is good and the area can accommodate the number of guests comfortably. The room is clean and comfortable - good value. And the extra check in time/ check out time makes the difference when traveling can sometimes have unplanned delays or getting ahead of schedule. There are some construction areas and abandoned buildings nearby. This isn't something the hotel can control. Nevertheless there could be more attention to some of the trash that was in the parking lot and along the street

• Morin (3/5): My stay was good until I went to go purchase some snacks, expensive and the bed slept terrible😡 - The location was great The bed was hard and uncomfortable it had my spouse and me hurting on both of our hips. You all need to reinvest in some posturepedic mattresses for that hotel. The little snacks are insanely expensive for a very small portion. Price gouging this is ridiculous🤨

Bathroom was absolutely disgusting and clearly was not cleaned.Bedroom floor was so dirty and sticky I had to wash my feet before putting my shoes back on.

Staff were very friendly and helpful when we had questions about the area. Breakfast was decent for a hotel style breakfast. Our shower door did not close all the way so water would leak out onto the floor. The bed platform frames were dirty with crumbs noted in them.

• Vickie (2/5): - Nothing Everything, the lady at the front desk during check-in was incredibly rude I believe it was the same lady during check-out. We will NEVER stay at another TRU hotels. The hotel upon entering smelled entirely of cigarette smoke. People were parked taking up 2 spaces for 1 car she refused to do anything. Saying it was not her job. We like I said will never stay at a TRU property again. Extremely dissatisfied.

• Annie (8/5): Comfortable and pleasant. - It was clean and comfortable, the staff were very nice. It gives a good vibe. The rooms were on the smaller side, and minimalist without any additional accessories, not even a coffee machine or kettle.

When we got there, I realized our room didn’t have a tv remote so I called the front desk and they didn’t hesitate to help and brought one to us. The breakfast was amazing every morning. No microwave in the rooms but there is one in the lobby.

The room had thin walls and the other guests were noisy above and beside me.

• LillianGA66 (10/5): Weekend visit with College Daughther - The breakfast was good. I did have to notify the desk clerk that the orange juice dispenser needed replacing. He promptly did so with a modest attitude. I would like to have had a choice of grits in the package too. Also, maybe a few more choices of fruit as te bananas were very ripe. I know it is standard protocol but it would have been nice to have a microwave in my room instead of having to come down to the lobby to heat up my food after a long day of being out and about.

The location was great, located next to or in walking distance to lots of retail centers and the golf course was across the street. I understand minimalism, but I would have preferred a closest instead of knobs and a chest of drawers instead of shelves .
