Most importantly our service was top notch. The AGM Jessica, at the front desk was very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. This will be our go to every trip we take to Indy!

Every stay is always great. The staff here are excellent. The location is great. I’d highly recommend this location.

- Margaret (8/5): It was a nice clean room with lots of restaurants nearby and not far from the Children’s Museum. - Everything looked clean. Person at the desk was pleasant. Room was quiet. Everyone enjoyed their breakfast and the tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby. I booked this hotel because of the nice looking pool. My 2 grandsons, 8 & 11yo were looking forward to swimming Monday afternoon but the water was freezing. This was part of their Christmas present and I was disappointed but not as much as they were.

Better than fast food & gas station food. Worse than a breakfast or brunch place. Included and convenience big factors in the breakfast. Housekeeping either missed us a day or is every other day. They're light on towels if you have two or more people you may need to ask for additional towels. LARGE hotel tax added about $150 for 3 nights.

- Thone (2/5): - Three days before I was scheduled to stay there, my son was diagnosed with a very contagious virus. Expedia reached to them on my behalf three times to request a cancellation or rescheduled date. They denied our request. I also called and emailed the general manager of the hotel and showed them the after visit summary from the doctor and was still denied due to the non-refundable reservation. They would rather allow my son spread the virus to other patrons than refund me a few hundred dollars. I was even willing to stay a different night so they wouldn’t lose money. I understand there is policy, but there’s also grace and human morals. Very disappointed and I have no plans to ever stay at a Hampton Inn.

- Susan (10/5): - This property seemed (and maybe it was) brand new. Every aspect was well taken care of. The room was spotless! The morning breakfast very good and the breakfast area was clean and continuously monitored. Excellent! We will stay here again when we are in the area!

- mawebster1020 (10/5): Family stay - The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pull out sleeper sofa was comfortable. The king bed was comfortable. The refrigerator was convenient and the microwave. The bathroom was large and clean. The breakfast selection was large and bagels and coffee were good. I highly recommend this hotel if staying near keystone mall in Indianapolis

When we checked in, they welcomed my colleague and me with professionalism and class. They offered quality and a variety choices of area restaurants. They know the business and are true experts. I’ll be back for sure.
- Lynn (9/5): This location was staffed with friendly, helpful individuals and was quite clean and comfortable. - Facility was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. I left items in the room when we checked out and they were very helpful in locating them so I could get them picked up. Don't know. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast and weren't in the hotel for a great length of time during our stay.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice hotel, but not cleaned well - Hotel appeared very clean inside and out. Only one issue upon entering room. Bathroom had not been cleaned well. Dog hair on toilet lid and a clipped toenail on bathroom floor and later found hair in shower. Lady at front desk came and vacuumed bathroom and wiped toilet and sink. Later in the evening a woman, I'm assuming a manager on duty called me and questioned me about the issue. She was very challenging in regards to the dog hair. She stated in a sarcastic response "I don't know how anyone could tell a dog hair from a human hair". Dog hairs are very different in coarseness. I received a $25.00 discount for the inconvenience. I had looked at several hotels in the area and I didn't realize this hotel was "pet friendly". I would not have booked at this hotel had I not mistakenly overlooked this. I regret apologizing to the Manager upon checking out for making me feel guilty about reporting this.
- Jennifer (8/5): - The room was clean and comfortable. Since 3 stayed in room with 2 Q beds, another seating option would be nice. Well equipped with refrigerator & microwave. Liked the eco-toiletries vs mini-sized. Instructions for using the remote to access tv would also be helpful (senior citizen here).
