There was no place for us to sit. All tables were taken. The pillows on the bed were not firm at all. Too flimsy. Shower door would not slide on one side.

My wife and I are seniors with 2 in the room. Parents with kids got rooms for $456.00 for 2 days. Ours was $787.00 for 2 days. Bed was never made up and we never got fresh towels.

• Deloris (10/5): First stay in a Home 2 Suites, but it will definitely not be our last! - The property was exceptional, located in a very quiet, convenient area! We loved the delicious hot breakfast with different choices every morning (egg bites, scrambled eggs, chicken filets, bacon, sausage, Canadian bacon, French toast, potatoes, biscuits, muffins, grits, waffles, etc.)! We will definitely stay again! Our only complaint was the pillows, preferring a selection instead of all being very soft.

First morning we came down at 9:00; no guests were there! The second morning we came down at 8:00; no guests were there! The third morning there was one guest! The food was FULLY stocked and looked like it had been there a while; the waffle iron was dirty.

• Crystal (10/5): Everything is outstanding - The breakfast was awesome and had various of choices....plus the time is very convenient for breakfast. The room itself was clean, spacious and had a kitchenette. The pillows could have been a little firmer, but they worked. They're not completely too soft.
• Katherine (8/5): Lovely Hotel, Great Location! - Our room was very spacious, clean and quiet! The bed was super comfortable as well. The hotel breakfast was great! Each day there were some new things introduced to the daily menu. They have a nice laundry facility on the premises which we used. The location of the hotel was absolutely PERFECT! Everything we wanted to do and see was approx. 13 minutes away. We could not ask for a better spot to be in! The pillows are VERY soft and almost mushy. Not a personal preference of mine. I would have preferred thicker and firmer pillows. Front desk staff is hit or miss. Some people we encountered were very pleasant, but others were not as helpful.

Our room was very clean, comfy, huge, & the storage was great! Every employee we encountered was friendly & helpful. We will definitely stay here again & again! We found nothing that we were dissatisfied with. We look forward to our next stay.

• Lisa (10/5): Tourist - The hotel was very nice and the rooms were big, clean and up to date. The staff was very friendly and polite. The location was excellent for all of the venue’s that we toured. The breakfast was very nice and clean.

• Allison (6/5): Overall ok - Overall hotel was fine. The first night got in late and room had odd smell. Realized in morning water was dripping in room. They gave a new room. Location was good, room is big and loved stocked kitchen. The bad part was the little league travel teams that must stay a lot because they had a poster just for them with rules. Wish we knew that because Saturday we were going to unwind by pool but it was completely taken over(grills,music,kids everywhere) by families of the ball teams. Definitely not relaxing.
• Jayma (6/5): - We were given the wrong room at check in and had to go back to the front desk and get that corrected. The staff was ok but didn't go out of their way to make us feel welcome. The bathroom sink didn't drain the best. The bed was ok, not super comfy and the pillows were worthless, flat as a pancake. The breakfast is mediocre at best, didn't have forks available half of the time. Seems like its gone down hill a bit since staying there 2 years ago. We like the locations as its close to IOP.

• Angela (8/5): - Pullout sofa is super think, creaky and made for a horrendous night sleep. Other than that, stay was fine at the hotel. I would stay again if they upgraded their pull out sofa mattresses for our family or 5.

• Helen (8/5): Short and wonderful. - Rooms were very spacious. Hallways on the 3rd floor had a strong odor that at times, was nauseating. Also, our clean towels in the room upon arrival had tiny hairs embedded in them. When we requested more towels, those towels also had multiple hairs in them as well.
• Max (10/5): - Very clean room. Staff was super and helpful. We will definitely use your facility again. Also so appreciated being able to bring our dog. Thank you.

• Rosina (3/5): Worst stay ever - Room 117 when you open the door, it smelled very musty, the furniture had quite a bit of wear and tear on it, the bed was the worst I’ve ever slept in, I did not sleep at all. We will not be staying here again.
• Anna (6/5): - Our pillows smelled like mildew swamp, people upstairs were were so loud that there was no sleep or nothing. We asked to be moved which they did. Still not sure why the people upstairs were conveniently residing there and disturbing everyone.
• Jacquelyn (10/5): - Beautiful and great location! Our room smelled like rotten shrimp and all they gave us was spray which didn’t help. No one ever checked to see how bad it was or asked if we would like to move.

• Traci (10/5): - Great staff who were very helpful when anything was needed (extra Kleenex, toilet paper, towels). this location was very accommodating and accepting for our softball team. We enjoyed the free breakfast which included waffles, eggs, cereal and a wide variety of breads to make breakfast sandwiches. There was a nice pool area with plenty of seating. Also had 2 large grills for cooking out.

• Stephanie (8/5): - Everything was great other than the fact that we had the room right by reception/the main hotel entrance/the breakfast room. We heard every conversation and phone ring at reception. We asked for another room but they didn't have one on a different floor so we settled for ear plugs.

• Awilda (10/5): Great place to stay - The place was immaculate especially considering it was pet friendly. Great pet areas. The pool was clean and beautifully furnished and well lit. The included breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The landscaping was beautiful and the hallways were clean and well lit at night. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would recommend and stay there again if the opportunity arises. The suite we had was also spacious and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
