- singh (1/5): Staff is very bad - Very disappointed with the service. We originally booked a room at Hampton Inn & Suites, but when we arrived they told us they were fully booked and sent us to Home2 Suites. When we got there, the staff said they were also fully booked and told us to go back to Hampton Inn because they had our room. Meanwhile, our booking had been canceled. We were sent back and forth between both hotels multiple times. Only after showing proof of our booking did they finally give us a room at Home2 Suites. The staff was unprofessional, unhelpful, and showed no concern for the inconvenience caused to us. One of the receptionists even said, “If you want, you can complain.” This experience was extremely stressful and frustrating after a long day of travel. Very poor customer service and communication between the hotels.

- NorthStar11890894185 (10/5): Home Away from Home - The environment here is always warm and welcoming! I love the staff especially Alfred with the breakfast crew! He is always so welcoming and happy to see us, making sure everything is stocked and that everyone is fed. His upbeat attitude and smile is what brings us back. The ladies at the front desk, Breana, Chelsea, and Luz are the prime example of amazing customer service should look like. They remembered our stay preferences from previous stays and they're always so happy and helpful. My family absolutely loves to come here to this property for that reason! Kudos to you all and that you guys for your outstanding service! See you all in July!

There was a great breakfast selection which was even convenient on-the-go. Hotel staff was very pleasant and the amenities were up to par. Easy, accessible location, I was glad to see a security guard walking the premises. Rooms were clean and spacious. The beds weren't very comfortable, but everyone has a different preference. My real only issue was that with the handicap shower. Nearly the entire floor flooded from the shower, to under and around the sink area all the way to behind the toilet! Not only was it dangerous to walk on, but it made for a very uncomfortably, wet, squishy place to get ready in. I had to use every last towel to try to soak up the water just to access the sink. I would recommend something that would direct the water better to the bathroom drain and potentially a squeegee that is accessible for guests to use when this happens.

- nickbL6220VF (10/5): Dont ask for GM!! - To start, I changed rooms 3 times the young man who worked overnight was very helpful in switching my room on the 4th floor but the very next day when I came down to speak with management the person I spoke with Nora tried to get the general manager a man named Roy to come and assist me, he instructed her to wait for the other manager to come in. Im glad that he wasnt helpful because the young woman manager that i did wait for was very attentive and accommodating i wasnt wanting a refund my company was paying for my stay i just wanted to inform someone in charge of the challenges i had with the room, and what my suggestion was to fix the issue. Both the general manager and another male manager walked passed me as i waited at the desk for a lower level manager to arrive and help. And I really appreciated the service that the woman manger provided, she called me to follow up and offered points. But the GM do not wait for him to help you. Nora at the front desk was great and the guy overnight Malick were very hospitable.
- dgb117 (8/5): Very clean & comfortable. - The King room is very comfortable, quiet & clean. Bathroom is nice with good lighting, plenty of space, a large walk-in shower, and good water pressure. The bedroom is typical hotel style, but with a small fridge & huge tv. Front staff was very welcoming. We didn't eat the complementary breakfast, so we can't comment about it. You have to pay an additional $11 for parking, but all things considered, it's not outrageous. The windows do open for fresh air, but the odd numbered rooms face the freeway, so the noise discourages that. Next time we're going to see if outside noise is quieter on the even numbered side. With the windows closed, the room is comfortably quiet. If you like a pillow with loft, bring your own. It seems as though, these days, all hotels now have pillows that squish down to nothing.

Large fridge in room. But microwave is in lobby. Breakfast was better than most complimentary breakfasts with mini & full waffle maker, oatmeal, fresh cut up fruit, potatoes, hard boiled eggs, yogurts. Coffee, hot water, water dispenser and sparkling water dispenser is available 24/7. Lots of local eateries nearby. Must try Cortii Brothers deli and market. Amazing food and prices. There is also Chipotle, Trader Joe's, ramen, pizza, sushi, taco place all within about 5 min drive.

The location, although convenient for us, was right next to a freeway. The room was quiet but outside was a constant roar.

- anita (8/5): Get the waffles! 😊 - The bed is really comfortable. The linens are great. Nice bathroom amenities. The breakfast is a huge added bonus. Waffles are sublime. I don’t like being charged for parking after paying almost $200 a night for a room. The next time I visit, I will not be on the fourth floor, facing the light rail and the train which both are noisy for much of the night . I stayed here for a week. The walls are somewhat thin because I could feel heavy footsteps of Neighbors and hear fussy babies.

- cjhoppe (10/5): Best Front Desk Staff Ever - I arrived on Friday, September 26 and the young woman at check in (12:30 pm) was so incredibly warm and welcoming. I travel weekly or more often for business and stay at Hiltons all the time. The level of customer service was outstanding. My colleague arrived at 8:00 pm and the woman at the desk at that time was also outstanding. Extremely warm, welcoming, and helpful. Unfortunately, I didn't get their names, but would love to recognize them and their outstanding customer service.

- Darrell (6/5): Our stay was fine. There was a mixup with our reservation. Booking.com gave the hotel Darrell T and it caused confusion - It suited our needs for this trip. It was fine.

- Maria (10/5): - I highly recommend this place. Very clean, quiet, nice staff. We enjoyed the continental breakfast, there is always coffee available. The premises are new, organized, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We plan to stay again when we return to the area.
- Misty (9/5): - Everything was great with the exception of: The breakfast hot food... Eggs and sausage were rubber inedible. The parking, being charged eleven dollars and fifty cents a day, and I was not made aware of that until I got my bill. Also, on the back of the card to get in parkingarea, it says that the hotel is not responsible if the car's broken into or damaged... but yet you are paying a fee to the hotel for what? See above comments

Pas de vaisselle au petit déjeuner, juste des assiettes en carton et couverts en plastique. Pas de prise pour charger son téléphone ni lumière de chaque côté des lits doubles.

- Abdul (10/5): - The continental breakfast has to be one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel like this—so clean, flavorful, and with plenty of options. The rooms were spotless, and the bathrooms were modern and well-kept. The shower was perfect with great water pressure, making the stay even more comfortable.
