Our room faced away from the highway, looking out on scenic cliffs and a wooded creek, and was very quiet. We also liked that it was just a short walk to other businesses ... across the street from a good supermarket, right next door to an inexpensive Mexican restaurant with great food (Giliberto's), and just down the block from a pizza place, a grill/burger joint, and a good outdoor equipment store (Gearheads)

- Martina (8/5): Nice room, front desk needs some work - We had a clean room and it was spacious. The kids love the pool. Parking was great. The only slight issue was that the attendant at the desk couldn’t find my reservation initially because they looked at the wrong date, making us uncomfortable. And then they didn’t apologize when they did find the reservation. It would’ve been nice if they took ownership of their mistake and been kind to us.
- Cookie (8/5): - Nice hotel. Bed was comfortable. Like smart Tv and kitchen. I don’t like that I can hear people walking above my room. Housekeeping forget to refill conditioner and sweeping the floor. Red sands are still on kitchen floor when we walked in to our room. Breakfast was basic and look fresh. Plenty of tables to sit. Walkable to city market and Mexican restaurant is next door.

This was a last minute reservation & the area was very busy. My only issue would be to move the cigarette smoking just a little bit further from the front door & pool. I don’t blame the staff for this but maybe signage would help.
- Steve (10/5): Very comfortable, good location - Our room was comfortable, and we made good use of the full-sized fridge in the kitchenette. A/C worked great, in spite of high-90s temperature. The local electric company had a planned power outage from 9pm-3am one night, and the hotel handled it very professionally; they advised cranking the A/C during the day, keeping shades closed, and they loaned guests electric lanterns. It could have been a major inconvenience, but it went very smoothly. The breakfast was pretty good, with real oatmeal rather than packets of instant, plus waffle mix, scrambled eggs, biscuits, bread, and bagels; coffee was not the greatest, though. Gary, one of the breakfast workers, was super-nice, and gave us an awesome hike recommendation. We would definitely stay here again if we do a more extensive Arches or Canyonlands trip.

Breakfast was was ok, hotel workers were not very welcoming- not saying good morning or hi when walking by, the lounge chairs by the pool are not comfortable- plastic no cushion, the room set up was ok- refrig door open to the bed so it lit up in the middle of the night- bathroom was tiny!

Our biggest complaint was the air conditioning unit blew right on the bed so at night my husband wore his hoodie and had an extra blanket to stay warm. Great place otherwise. Super convenient and it had a nice outdoor pool area.

The pool was perfect after days of hiking in July heat. Breakfast was okay. I think most people would enjoy it, but we avoid eating animal products and so there were minimal options: oatmeal and banana, which fed us fine. We will stay there again.

The property was very clean considering it was very busy for the full 6 nights we were there. The breakfast was very hardy and something for everyone and the little lady who was there each morning did a great job of keeping it clean. I will for sure stay at this property again.

Cons: breakfast was not appetizing, brought all my own food, loud street noise (ask for a room facing away from street!), even louder air conditioner, loud fridge w a ridiculously loud ice maker, tub wasn’t clean (hair and shaving cream residue).

Very friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay there again. The only thing that I’m disappointed in is that they don’t regularly clean restock the rooms like they used to (unless you specially request it). I know all hotels are going away from this, but it’s part of what sets hotels apart from VRBO’s, and I don’t like having to feel like a burden asking for more toilet paper, etc. If they are going to dial back service, they should at least stock it well for the amount of days that you will be staying.

- Brandon (10/5): - We had a great time. Property was super close to the Arches and the staff was super friendly. They gave my kids toys to play with and some late night milk when my toddler needed some. The room had a full kitchen which was such a nice treat and the best part....the pool was heated so we were able to enjoy it even in April.
