Guest Reviews
- emily (10/5): - construction happening, very loud and out of the way. far from airport.
- Jorge (10/5): - A
- Karen (2/5): - I booked hotel months prior and was never notified about major construction. Drilling and construction noise until 8pm. Rooms dirty, mold on shower curtain. Room walls falling paint. No air conditioning as stated. Horrible smell. Horrible stay. Hotel should prewarn customers. Stay away.
- Gabriel Gapido (10/5): - it’s quiet & safe
- Rachell (10/5): - The property is very nice and the staff is helpful and pleasant . It was a wonderful stay in these hotel. The bus station is close to the hotel and is easy to walk on and the staff can help to provide shuttle for any purposes. Overall is highly recommended for the people looking for affordable place and easy access to Geneva Switzerland and this is close Geneva airport.
- Al- (2/5): - They’re under construction and the whole building smells horrible
- Nicola (8/5): - Cheap and cheerful however it is 10minute drive from airports which will knock you back 70€ in taxis.
- John (6/5): - I didn’t like the fact I couldn’t get my hotel room bathroom floor cleaned.
- Farooq (2/5): Stinky rooms with very cramped spacw - Terrible hotel with stinky rooms. Had to change one set of rooms due to horrible smell.
- Jacob (10/5): - Very close to the airport - stayed for one night as we had an early morning flight.
- Mark (6/5): - have to walk 30 minutes to bus stations to get to Geneva. Uber is very complicated to call. Better to stay in Geneva if traveling / tourist.
- Hanno (10/5): Good place to stay cheap near Geneva. - Basic, but good budget hotel with free parking and big supermarket with cheap gas station and food options in only 2 min drive distance. Should have a car to stay here.
- Mark (4/5): - It represents itself as an airport hotel, but it is five miles away and across the French border. It claims to have an airport shuttle, but it needs to be scheduled 24 hours in advance. My taxi ride from the airport and back to the airport the following day was more expensive than the hotel. I'll never stay there again. Room was like a prison cell. That said, the staff was very nice.
- Joseph (4/5): - It was low price, clean and comfortable rooms, big down fall is location, because its in the french side taxis are very expensive to get to the hotel from the airport, most ubers wouldn't cross the border due to legal areas of working. Overall I would recommend spending extra on a hotel closer to the airport.
- Mohammad (2/5): - The place is not to good bathroom is very bad room is very small it’s not look like online it’s easy to get the airport
- Ava (6/5): - The toilet was not working
- Murray (4/5): - Needs refurbished
- Emmanuel (8/5): - Humble reception
- vijay (4/5): - THEY SAY IN THEIR NAME THAT THEY ARE BASED AT GENEVA AIRPORT BUT IN FACT THEY ARE SITUATED ON THE OTHER SIDE ( IN FRANCE) , ALSO THEY ARE VERY FAR FROM PUBLIC TRANSPORT ( THAT TO IN LIMITED NUMBER ONLY WITH BUS ) .
ALSO ROOM ARE VERY SMALL M HAVE NO PROPER VENTILATION & SANITATION IS ALSO A PROBLEM.
( DONT PROVIDE GLASS ES FOR WATER ?), AT 2.30 ROOM ARE ARE NOT READY FOR US.
OVERRALL TERIBLE STAY.
- Richard (10/5): - The hotel staff were extremely helpful. They made the visit.
- Emma (2/5): - Literally awful.
Yes, we had a place to sleep for the night and for that I am great full but we were woken up all through the night with people getting up at all hours for what I assume was their flights. Walls were so thin they could have been getting ready in our room with us.
The room itself was fine but more like a hostel than a hotel. Shower/ toilet was horrible felt like I was showering in prison. Bunk bed above the bed to sleep another person added to the prison experience.
Maybe this was lack of research, but this “hotel” is listed as Geneva Airport which it absolutely was not. It’s the other side of the border in FRANCE! Therefore, in order to get to the airport that’s 15 mins away, you have to pay a ridiculous amount of money for a taxi or shuttle because you are crossing the border from France to Switzerland. How you can list your hotel as Geneva airport and then have it in a completely different country I have no idea.
Overall, horrible experience. If you’re looking for something cheap and easy for a night near Geneva airport, spend an extra 70€ or so on a different hotel in the right country because you’ll end up spending 70€ on a taxi back to the airport anyway.
- Jonathan (10/5): - Easy for our requirements
- Manuel (2/5): - unfortunetly this property ad services and conditions can afford, air conditioning do not work, not soap and shampoo at the bathroom and staff with exemption Ms. Olga was awful
- Randal (6/5): - Industrial setting
- Denise (8/5): - My room was very comfortable. The staff were helpful.
- Holli (8/5): - Front desk personnel were polite and friendly. Our room had a comfortable bed. If you chose this hotel to be close to the airport, you need to be familiar and comfortable with public transportation buses and trams. Bathroom similar to a RV or cruise ship. For one night our needs were met.
- mikhail V (10/5): - 👍
- Jack (8/5): - Fine for a one night stay, not that easy to get to the airport but it was a Sunday so public transport was difficult. 15min taxi cost 40 euro
- Verified traveler (2/5): You get what you paid for. - The room has a very strong smell. The bathroom is stinky.
Parking is easy and free.
Close to airport but there are traffic in the morning crossing the border.
- Andrew (10/5): Not enough pillows. - Great. Near enough to the airport. 50 yards out of Switzerland so a lot cheaper.
Not enough pillows. I guess I could’ve asked but I used the towels to fluff it up.
- Ashley (2/5): Don't stay here - I don't usually leave bad reviews but feel the need in order to warn people not to stay here. Despite it's name it's not in Geneva nor near the airport. There's no easy way to get here and they charged a ridiculous amount for a taxi. The room seemed like it hadn't been cleaned, there was hair on the bed and in the shower. The bed was really old and uncomfortable. There was no air circulation and the way the shower is set up it's impossible to not flood the bathroom. While it might be a cheap hotel they charge you for a very bad breakfast and transportation so it doesn't the up being inexpensive in the end.
- Edgaras (6/5): Cheap but nice stay - says everything - Simple and cheap hotel. Bed was comfortable. Shower is a bit small and feels like you are on a ship.
Biggest issue is taxi and ubers. Uber is not able to pick you up if your end destination is in Switzerland. No problems reaching hotel by Uber. Hotel can organize the taxi, but it's on more expensive side.
It is quiet place. Staff english is not perfect so sometimes it is a bit harder to understand each other. But they try to do their best. So it was a nice stay overall.
- Miss Julie (4/5): No pillow - The rooms are extremely small for 3 people. Unfortunayrly i needed an extra pillow due to health reasons but the hotel did not have one available the two nights we asked. They didnt seem to be bothered. Bfast was good.
- Andrea (8/5): - Good value accommodation within a very short drive to the airport.
Staff very helpful.
Nice and quiet at night, comfy bed, but would like extra pillows.
- Eric (6/5): - Tiny rooms and a capsule bathroom which I didn't expect. No shuttle to the airport which is inconvenient if you don't have a car. A bit tired rooms. Nothing around the hotel in terms of restaurants, shops or actually anything.
- Imran (10/5): - Was good stay. Great location. It’s on French and Switzerland border. Good value for the money
- Verified traveler (2/5): be aware of the location - This hotel is located in France not in Switzerland.
Horrible bathroom, the room is tiny and no public transportation to airport.
- Isobel (8/5): - Good standard accommodation for the price. Breakfast was reasonable, however staff not very friendly in the breakfast room. Bathrooms very small and cramped. Great parking - easy access to supermarket and food options.
- Rachel (10/5): Great venue. - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, we were here for the International Dog Show in Geneva and here was perfect as it was only 10 minutes away.
We were made welcome and the facilities were excellent.
The only down point was being charged 10€ per night for my dog when it stated it was 5€ on the website. This should be made clear when booking for customers prior to arriving.
Otherwise it was superb..
- Massaad (10/5): - Great stay overall
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The hotel location shows in most of the application as it’s in Switzerland, but it’s located in France be aware.
The bathroom smells horrible.
For hairdryer they collect 20 euros deposit.
The hotel is not soundproof either.
The staff are nice and it’s close to the airport.
- Omar (4/5): - Close to airports
- Matthew (8/5): - The property was fine. It would have been nice to have better instructions on how things worked. It also would have been nice to have the laundry working. The kitchen is poorly stocked and very cramped but we managed. The location is convenient to Geneva so overall it was okay.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great staff - Easy to find, perfect for a short stay.
Reception staff was very polite, helpful and attractive.
- satnam (10/5): - all is well
- Nitesh (4/5): - Don’t have air conditioning which was written in amenities. Rooms don’t have proper ventilation due to which it’s uncomfortable sometimes. No taxi/ Uber pick up; have to depended on public buses.
- Charlene (6/5): - I am extremely frustrated that this is called an “airport hotel.” It’s not an airport hotel unless you have a car. It’s on the backside of the airport in France and it’s nearly impossible to get to the airport. The taxi service that the hotel uses charges €45 for a 10 minute drive in a super pimped out Taxi van! It felt a bit like a scam and it ends up making this hotel not the value deal that it seems on Expedia.
- Zaid (2/5): Far from Geneve-Aeroport - It was absolutely terrible, the name of the hotel should not be accompanied with Geneve-Aeroport at all. The hotel is at least an hour away using the bus, horrendous bus access. Bathroom shower was not working, nothing in this hotel will be helpful to the customer, and especially the location. Booked 2 nights, stayed 1. Remove Geneve-Aeroport from the name and I would see a higher rank due to the price only and nothing else.
- tuschai (4/5): - hard to find even close to airport no water for room
- Manish (4/5): - It simply wasn't clean. There was mold in the bathroom.
- Eric (6/5): - Room was super small and the bedding didn't seem too clean but the shower and water pressure was good enough
- Scott (10/5): - Great friendly staff who spoke good English as I can't speak french.
Room wss a hood size and bathroom standard.
Yhis is an excellent place to stay especially with a car as lots of parking in fully fenced complex.
Short drive to downtown Geneva so can save lots using this as your base from expensive Swiss based accommodation.
Recommend staying here!
- Michael (6/5): - I applaud the effort at providing budget travel, but I was mildly disappointed. First though, staff was first class and room clean. Yet my shower head holder was broken, and every soap and sanitizer dispenser I saw was empty. Walls were chipped. Low cost was also offset by expensive or inconvenient travel to nearby Geneva airport. Would potentially stay again but will look elsewhere first.
- Fran (8/5): - For the price, it is convenient for a quick stay upon arriving in Geneva. The staff were wonderful. The breakfast was very good.
Con- very hot in the room
- KRITRAVEE (6/5): Good location but difficulty to go to the airport. - The receptions we met were great, kind and with the service mind.
The room was clean.
The hotel is located in France and just at the back of the airport, in middle of nowhere.
There is no direct bus run between airport and hotel, you need to take bus 64 which its stop is close to the hotel and transfer at another station. The bus 64 doesn’t run on Sunday. Forgot about going to the airport by bus on Sunday if you have a lot of luggages. No Uber service in that area. The only way is to get hotel shuttle (with service charge) or let the hotel call Taxi for us. We asked hotel to help call Taxi for us and we were charged by €40 for the taxi to the airport, which was about 5-10 mins. The Taxi was good and driver was nice but it is way too expensive from distance point of view, and when you have to catch the flight you have no choice.
- Rosemary (2/5): - The room was really small, dirty, bathroom dirty, and really small. Smell of smoking from other rooms filled our room. The unsafe environment o have ever stayed at.
- J (8/5): Decent cheap option to stay - Decent for the price you pay. However, even though the hotel has Geneva airport in the name and is close in the vacinity, because you have to take public transport all the way around the airport it takes a good 35-40 minutes to travel to. Don’t leave it too late to head back either otherwise you find yourself having to walk 2 mile from the tram station. However, in all the stay wasn’t bad for the price paid, you would pay much more to stay somewhere central. Rooms were ok, bed was surprisingly comfy, would consider staying again.
- Anjumanara (2/5): - The pictures do NOT properly show what the hotel rooms look like. Small and cramped. The bathroom sink was too powerful. Every time it was turned on water would get all over the bathroom which barely fits one person. The lobby and first floor of the housing buildings were filthy. There were pets and dog pee/poop all over the first floor and that didn’t get cleaned at all during our stay.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Low room rate but at cost of much inconvenience. - The cleaner broke into my room twice in the morning. And no convenient public transportation from Geneva to Hotel and taxi charge is incredibly high with 30 euro for 10 mins drive only. And no Uber nearby available as Uber shows a much reasonable quote with Euro 12.
- Albi (10/5): - Close to swiss
- Joseph (4/5): - Super funky
- Katelyn (8/5): - Good breakfast
- Mayyada (8/5): - Very nice staff.
- Francis (8/5): - Far from the airport but a bus stop right outside. Great hotel
- Courtney (10/5): - Quick ride to the airport. Bus stop very close to the hotel.
- Bijoy (6/5): - Bathrooms are not clean with mold present. Very tiny bathroom and difficult to move around when showering. Poor ventilation. Friendly and easy check in. Room had AC.
- Qaisar (8/5): - Shower is so small
- Carolyn (6/5): - This was a fine place for a single night before a flight, but costly to cab from the hotel to the airport despite it only being a 10 minute trip. The property condition was fair, a bit worn, and the room was tight. Breakfast was also quite basic - no fresh fruit or healthy grain options. We've stayed in hostels that were nicer.
- jonathan (2/5): - The internet was down which was a big issue as I needed to work and ended up sitting in a nearby restaurant to work for several hours . I was told at checkin that internet was down all over the area but this was not true . I heard the next morning the internet was down as the bill not paid by the hotel . Very noisy with people coming and going all night inside the hotel.
- Lucas (8/5): - Easy hotel. Small rooms but perfect for a late arrival or early departure from airport
- Mahmoud (8/5): - The staff is great and very helpful, lovely smile and nice dealing.
Thanks alot. See you again
- Arin (6/5): - the bathroom was like a airplane bathrooms, the floor was not clean inside the room,
- MARTIN (10/5): - The reception staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They took considerable time and trouble to help with bus timetables and journey planning across Geneva.
I was disappointed that in 2023, the breakfast supplied no vegan options. All I could eat was dry cereal and dry bread with jam.
- Xiaohuan (8/5): - The toilet is very small and not comfortable to use it.
- Gabrielle (2/5): - This hotel is extremely inconvenient, it is dirty and outdated. There is limited transportation to get to Geneva and everything is expensive. The area is extremely dangerous with men hanging around at night. Would not recommend!!
- Harinder (4/5): - No tea/coffee, no water, no iron, no hair drier.
Too expensive for what you get in return.
- Marty (8/5): - For a one night stay before an early flight, it was priced right. However we had to carry luggage on two public buses to get there (no shuttle service available because we arrived by train). There was only one carry out pizza place a block away. Our room had a small pre-fab bathroom - basically a shower with a toilet and tiny sink in it! The floor was always wet but maintenance told us there was no leak. Room had no soap or drinking cups.
- ERHAN (8/5): - Property wasn’t that bad. Decent size room but a tiny bathroom. Wifi and internet service was really bad. I barely be able to use it. Breakfast extra, i paid for it but again, limited options. Only pastry.
- Barbara (4/5): - I would never stay here again, spartan and cheap, no place to eat nearby, customer service was terrible, it felt like a college dorm but with smokers. I couldn’t open my window due to cigarette smoking wafting in from the hotel entrance.
- Elida (10/5): - Everything
- Emmanuel Diangha (6/5): - Very small rooms. No communication means in the rooms.
- Veronica (2/5): - Horrible smell
- Yuhui (4/5): - Room very small
- Duncan (6/5): - The place was fine for 1 night. No frills at all. At about $110 the cheapest I could find for a few hours before my morning flight. Just a place to crash for 12 hours. Breakfast pretty good! Taxis to airport insanely expensive, about $45 each way, only about 6 miles.
- Valerie (10/5): - This is a basic hotel, you get your bed and not much else. However, it is exceptionally clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. An excellent budget hotel.
- Jocelyn (2/5): - Smell bed and sink block public toilet and expensive to compare to one of the hotel we stay not reccomendent to other really pour,
- Gregory (10/5): - The hotel was fine. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable (for its size) and quiet. This is exactly the kind of place I was looking for.
- Dragos (10/5): Very good - I had a nice experience. Everything was clean, staff was really friendly and helpful.
Parking was private , safe and free.
You have a market and a shop 2minutes walking from the hotel.
- Kaitlyn (4/5): - I wanted to stay somewhere convenient for my early flight. There was horrible transportation options to the airport. The bus was only coming every half hour and would have still included a half an hour walk. I had the front desk call a taxi and the taxi that came was the fanciest taxi I have ever seen. The 10 min trip was 40 euros. Also, there is only one food option near by that has limited operating hours.
- Maissa (6/5): - Good
- TALAL (2/5): - Very bad hotel , I know when you see the price you think it is valuable but he deserves 5 € for one night , the room is badly designed, very old furnished, The smell is very bad , imagine inside the room nothing, No tissue , No water , No mini bar , No towel , No Shampo , No hand soup , we have to pay every thing from super markt , and the staff dealing with you badly , if you travel don’t disturb your mood with this hotel , pay more for another hotel
- Shehdeh (8/5): - The room is clean
- Terri (6/5): - This property is not an airport hotel. There is no shuttle to and from the airport. You must change at least three times to get there by public transportation. The hotel is surrounded by industrial buildings. There isn't even a sidewalk if you would like to walk the 15 minutes to eat. The breakfast buffet was bread, croissants, and some meat and cheese.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Absolutely disgusting room - The hotel room was absolutely disgusting. There were blood stains on the wall and mold, buggers and stains in the shower. The walls had smears all over them. The floors were dirty. Toilet wouldn’t properly flush. Requested a room change after we got in but the person on the phone said he could not speak English. So we were trapped. I would have honestly rather slept outside. Seemed like a biohazard in the room.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Not impressed - The bedroom and bathroom displayed on hotel.com was the opposite we got,
Very horrible bathroom and room we got. And was not impressed with their breakfast at all.
- Sonia (10/5): - The staff were very helpful Katalina was very good and polite with helping us doing our adventures we would recommend and go and stay again
- Uulbayan (10/5): - At hotel don't have any required equipment's: for example hair dryer, water boiler, some tea, a little shampoo and soap. Others were OK.
- Samantha (8/5): Comfortable room - Hotel staff were friendly, rooms were clean and comfy. There was a lovely outdoor seating area where you could sit, there was also some resident cats which stayed outside but some adventures into reception. There was a reasonably priced bar and vending machine for snacks
- Enrico (2/5): - The taxi fare from thr airport was almost the rate of the hotel. Very disappointed the locwtion. This property should not be labeled as airport hotel as it misleads the customer. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
- Juan (6/5): - Nice place
Challenging transportation to the city
Front desk lady was rude, maybe lack customer service experience
