• Frederike (10/5): Great location, amazing house - We had a wonderful time staying there as a family with two small children. The house was perfectly equipped, daily housekeeping was amazing and the house and garden are great. You can hear the road noise, as the street is quite busy.
• Edvardas (9/5): - Great well kept garden with pool. Villas feel very private due to well designed garden which isolates your terrace from the neighbors. Good daily room cleaning an good management staff. Perfect for a stay with little kids due to pool depth. Villas are quite tired. Low water pressure in the shower, some smell from the drain, usual island problems. Location is quite remote so you need a bike or a car. Villas near the entrance are very noisy due to a busy road with motorcycles going full throttle at night. Beach next to Villa is not nice, lots of trash etc.

Cały obiekt ma bardzo przyjemną, spokojną atmosferę, a otoczenie pełne zieleni sprzyja odpoczynkowi. Właścicielka jest serdeczna, uśmiechnięta i zawsze gotowa pomóc, co od razu sprawia, że człowiek czuje się tu mile widziany. Lokalizacja jest idealna dla osób, które lubią ciszę, ale jednocześnie chcą mieć łatwy dostęp do atrakcji wyspy. Najwygodniejszą opcją zdecydowanie jest wynajęcie skutera — w okolicy działa kilka wypożyczalni, a koszt to około 250–300 bahtów za dzień. Dzięki temu bez problemu można dotrzeć zarówno na okoliczne plaże, jak i do pobliskich restauracji czy marketów. Same wille są bardzo komfortowe i dobrze wyposażone w tym dystrybutor z pitną wodą. Na terenie obiektu znajduje się też duży basen z leżakami, idealny na relaks, a z ogrodu prowadzi ścieżka na pobliską plażę. To miejsce ma w sobie coś wyjątkowego — spokój, piękną roślinność i ciepłą atmosferę. Chętnie wróciłbym tu ponownie podczas kolejnej wizyty na Koh Samui. Nic
• Kamil (10/5): Miejsce zachwyca spokojem, świetną obsługą i idealnymi warunkami do wypoczynku - Bardzo zaangażowana, kontaktowa i pomocna właścicielka sprawia, że pobyt w tym miejscu jest naprawdę komfortowy. Obiekt znajduje się w spokojniejszej części wyspy, z dala od największego ruchu turystycznego, ale wciąż w dogodnej odległości — 8 minut jazdy od promu, około 15 minut jazdy do Fisherman’s Village, czy około 30 minut jazdy od Lotniska. Podczas naszego pobytu mieszkaliśmy w dwóch różnych willach, obie były świetnie wyposażone. W kuchni znajduje się wszystko, czego potrzeba do przygotowania posiłków z produktów kupionych na lokalnym rynku (około 10 minut jazdy skuterem). W okolicy działa również kilka restauracji; szczególnie polecam „Pad Thai”, gdzie jedzenie jest smaczne, a ceny bardzo przystępne. Na terenie obiektu dostępny jest duży basen oraz wiele leżaków z parasolami, co sprzyja relaksowi. Z ogrodu prowadzi ścieżka na pobliską plażę Bang Po Beach — spokojną, zadbaną i bez tłumów turystów. Cały teren otoczony jest piękną roślinnością: drzewami, krzewami i kwiatami, co tworzy idealne warunki do odpoczynku. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce i z przyjemnością wrócę tam podczas kolejnej wizyty na Koh Samui. Nic, wszystko super!
• Samira Simone (10/5): Beautiful stay, felt like home. - As you arrive, you will step into a beautiful tropical garden with wonderful wooden Villas. Phorn welcomed us and led us to our House that was lovely decorated and we felt home right away. There is a Pool in the garden from which you can directly see the sea. There are also cute seating options directly at the sea. We can definitely recommend. The location is quiet. In only 5 mins walk you are already at the first of a few restaurants. There is also a 7-eleven and a C mart nearby. And for those that enjoy training Muay Thai, there’s a good and clean gym just behind the Fairtex shop. Everything was great.
• Гордеев (10/5): - Содержание виллы B2 на высоте. Внутри дома подумали обо всём: мебель, посуда, даже интерьерные мелочи на тумбочках создавали ощущение дополнительного уюта. Мягкая мебель чистая, ухоженная. Вся техника по кухне в отличном состоянии, включая мебель. На террасе волшебные колокольчики и много дополнительной мебели для отдыха. Всегда чистый бассейн. Регулярная, качественная уборка. Очень важный факт - в ванной нет запаха никакого!!! Всё это благодаря профессиональной управляющей виллы. Многие пишут про шум с дороги - нужно учитывать что дорог на острове очень мало, Шум от некоторых безумных мотоциклистов будет и во всех других виллах первой линии. Незначительные минуса: немного завышена цена ( примерно 10%-15%), один потолочный вентилятор в кухне скрипел, кондиционер в одной спальне требует заправки фриона.
• Marina (10/5): Perfect beautiful villa in a quiet part of of Samui - Absolutely stunning villas in beautiful surroundings. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. There was nothing that we needed in the villa, all kitchen appliances, crockery, glassware available. Lovely thick fluffy towels for both the shower and the pool. The swimming pool and sun loungers were extremely comfortable and all in a very clean environment. Walkable distance to some very tasty traditional Thai restaurants as well as a couple of western restaurants and supermarkets. Would love to return if we come back to Koh Samui. Having to leave 😔

• RiyaRambo (9/5): Amazing sea view villa resort with beautiful garden, we had wonderful family holiday there - The villa is a little gem in Koh Samui. It located right next to the beaches with a beautiful garden and swimming pool. Every morning you can watch sunrise next to the sea, very fresh and relaxing. The villa itself is very clean and well-maintained. The host is superb, very helpful, can provide all the information that you need. We had a very good family time there, full of memories. Hope can go back again soon. Nothing, the villa is not located in city center, it takes around 20 mins motorbike drive to there. So if you want super convenient and close to night market or center Samui. This may takes time for you to travel

• Jane (9/5): Beautiful villa in garden setting - Well equipped villa with comfortable bedrooms and plenty of indoor seating plus table/ chairs and day bed on the veranda Fridge and freezer, chilled drinking water bottle, kettle that also keeps water warm. Welcome fruit platter and complimentary tea and coffee Very clean throughout Direct access to beach but not sea because of rocks. Swimming pool is very clean and good temperature. Beautiful garden setting Car/ scooter parking Near to main road but quiet and calm setting En-suite bathroom is spacious but the shower is over the bath which means a big step over into bath and the placement of shower head is too far back so I found it was not possible to wash my hair in this shower as angle/ pressure wrong. Main bathroom has walk in shower but again shower head was angled strangely towards windows so standing in direct flow was difficult. Waterfall/ overhead shower heads alongside hand held would enhance both bathrooms A selection of restaurants for breakfast and evening meal within walking distance (along beach in daylight) plus a 24 hour Circle C but own transport would be beneficial

Our villa was the closest to the mainrod, so it was very noisy during blth day and night, but we were luckily ableto sleep. It was very hard manipulation with the mosquito net / door ať the main entrance to the villa, it was actually blocked.

You definitely need a car from this location if you would like to explore the island. If you need a peaceful and quiet stay, this is the perfect place, and you can also find amazing local restaurants in a walking distance (Thai Mama is highly recommended).

• Fernanda (10/5): wish we could move here :-) - The location - in a beautiful garden overlooking sea with sunset and sunrise views and the beach and restaurants steps away. great for families - we had our 4 month old baby - as is far from party scene and also just generally an amazing property where garden meets sea. we loved that part of pool is shaded, allowing us to spend much of the day there. staff are so kind and helpful. not a dislike, just a few things to know : the living room is not airconditioned (but all bedrooms are), the main road passes at front entrance so could be some road noise when loud truck/moto, and being at the north end of the island so has sunset and sunrise views - but also means beach in full sun all day.
