- Thomson (3/5): Not awesome. Wish I had kept the $350 and kept driving - The breakfast was amazing and the waiter was super friendly and accommodating. The front staff was not friendly and inviting at all, not om checkin or checkout. The hotel was dirty from the start the rugs at the front door didn't look like they'd been cleaned for a long time. The elevator had broken panels, not affecting function but just not great looking for first impressions. The entire suite was dirty. Looked like it had maybe gotten spot cleaned. Maybe. But there were blobs if I'm assuming/hoping soap all over the floors throughout. There was hair in the bathroom area all over the floor.

- King (9/5): - Pretty much everything. Very good location...... Friendly staff and very clean rooms. The only issue I had with my room was the bathroom. I feel the bathtubs need some type of mats so people won't fall. I almost fell twice because of the body soap. It was very slippery.

- Johnette (10/5): - We spent a the July 4th week here. It was lovely. Everything about this hotel was lovely. Room service was on point. The restaurant is next to the outside patio with a firepit. That alone was enough to have many romantic moments for my husband & I to connect. My son loved the gym, restaurant and pool. He's 17 yrs old. He left us many times to explore the city.

- ArualJane22 (2/5): Had higher hopes - The bathroom features liquid hand soap and hand lotion bottles that are securely locked to the wall for safety and cleanliness. The toilet is equipped with a lid for convenience. The TV does not have a number input option; instead, users need to scroll through channels. Unfortunately, the couches, both indoors and outdoors, are quite stained and in need of cleaning. They are also uncomfortable. When I inquired about the bonfire, it was promptly turned on. They typically ignite it around 5 PM, though they can start it earlier if a guest requests. There are plenty of seating options and tables available, but the cushions have seen better days, as they are stained and seem worn down from use, and some are even covered in bird droppings. Trash was scattered around the area. I noticed some guests making s'mores, but there were no s'more kits available. The hot tub was briefly in use, but then it was reported as "broken and being drained." The following morning, the hot tub was operational again but had a noticeable mildew smell. The pool room carried a musty odor, and both the hot tub and pool water appeared cloudy. The pool room opens at 6am. Around 10am wet guest towels from the day before were laying all around the pool room. Upon entering our room, we noticed a strange smell reminiscent of hot glue. However, the air conditioning worked exceptionally well. The shower area showed signs of mold. On a positive note, the Burger Theory Restaurant was fantastic—clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend trying the nacho fries! The guacamole packs a spicy punch, and the strawberry lemonade was quite refreshing. Our room included a microwave and refrigerator for added convenience. In the lobby, there are two computers available for guest use. A paid coffee machine is located by the restaurant, while a separate sitting area near the pool entrance features a Bunn coffee machine, offering a variety of coffee flavors. There’s a small table that includes cups and water, with fresh coffee available starting at 6 AM. However, it’s worth noting that napkins were not readily available near the coffee bar. If you need to keep the window drapes together, bringing large binder clips can be helpful, as the drapes do not fully close. The bed was comfortable with a selection of two firm pillows and two soft pillows, though the pillowcases were a bit short. Unfortunately, staff do not operate the outdoor gas fireplace in the mornings for guests who would like to relax by it with their coffee. The property does have outdoor grills available for use. Accessing the elevator beyond the first floor requires a room card. I accidentally left my room cards while heading to the pool, and although the front desk provided a replacement card, the other two became deactivated.

The lobby is very clean and nice and the front desk clerk, Kadian, was very professional, friendly and always treats me like family!!! I highly recommend this hotel!! You won’t regret it!!!

- Verified traveler (4/5): once nice but on the decline - was staying just one night for a state middle school bowling tournament. Book this hotel based on recommendation of another parent who would stay there in previous years. Initially from the outside and inside everything looks pretty nice. But once you’re there, we found that the hotel is slowly going downhill the door to our bathroom wouldn’t latch. My son got stuck in the stairway because one of the stairway doors was broken. Another parent visiting for the weekend informed us at dinner that they had ants in their room. And a different family complained that their bathroom fan made a terrible screeching noise when they turned it On. The coffee maker in our room also didn’t work. also feels like they nickel and dime me to death with charging for breakfast and not even offering free coffee. They have a coffee machine which cost three dollars for just a basic coffee. I say take your three dollars and go across the street to Dunkin.this was a nice hotel but it seems like perhaps maintenance is not being maintained.

- George (3/5): Friendly staff, clean room, no connection on 2 tvs and ice cold pool water - Hi, I had a king room with a sofa bed, both tvs did not work for the entire 2 day stay, I've stayed at this property multiple times, not having working tvs is ridiculous, staff was great, room was very clean, no tv is unacceptable, + every time your pool is too cold to use, hot tub is nice, pool water is too cold to use, sure it looks nice , but no one uses it because it's too freaking cold, again, ridiculous, this is entirely correctable. My room had 2 tvs that had no connection for over 2 days, ridiculous. Furthermore, your pool water is too cold to use, looks nice, not usable.
- Sara (3/5): Stay somewhere else - The location and fire pit area. There is no television due to the Comcast cable being out. For the price I felt that room should have been discounted for not having television. I requested DAYS in advance to have a room next to my friends and instead upon arrival I was on another floor. They did end up moving me to the same floor but not even close to their room. I feel communication with staff is challenging. Breakfast isn't included but you can Add it for $10 per person. Housekeeping isn't a daily thing.

- Gregory (3/5): Nice hotel. Staff was useless when it came to a big billing issue. - Booked on. Thursday. My card was charged $183 on Friday morning. That’s fine. I was then charged $133 when I checked in. I got an alert on my phone and told the agent. She could do nothing and said that was normal. I was then charged $133 when check out Saturday. Again I told the agent and she told me there was nothing she could do. I asked that I see a manger but no manager on duty at the that time. I went back later and spoke to the manger who repeatedly told me I was wrong. I showed her my card statement and she then said that’s their system and I “should” be refunded the $183 and one of the $133 charges. She said she “thinks” it takes 3-5 business days. This is unacceptable. I travel all the time and have never seen this. My bank told me this was not coded as a “hold” but was coded as a “charge.”
