• Suparyono (9/5): - breakfast menu, many varieties food during check in, the shower was not functioning properly. although, after repaired, it was ok. Need regular maintenance!! regular check. During our stay, a group of 3 buses also stay in this hotel. Problem during breakfast, no empty table for 4 persons. As the group with no coordination, 2 persons sit at the table of 6 or 4. My recommendation, on such case, management should split the breakfast area for group, and for other hotel guest. So that the group have to sit at the pre arranged area, not spread out over all the breakfast area.

(7/5): Everything is excellent except for the wet floor - The hotel was great, the location - the staff - the food - the room and everything is excellent The shower area has no glass door, somehen shower the whole bathroom (en-suite) getting wet. Then everytime you enter you bathroom, your room also getting wet. The room floor is tiled, not carpetted. I think for the amount I paid (~USD 60 per night) I expected a better standard room.

We had a great breakfast, I had 5 years kid who refused to eat breakfast and the staff was very nice to let us pack the food for her. The room is very nice, clean and spacious. We got everything we need in the room. We booked 1 family room + 1 standard room and they upgraded our standard room to deluxe, so great. During check in, we also got welcome drinks, so nice. Only one problem: the bathroom in the family room clogged so fast. But overall our stay was great! Love Aston and definitely will come back when we visit Semarang again. Thank you.

• whidihaz (8/5): Long weekend trips - Best location for shopping, near to Simpang Lima (cullinary). Room was very comfort. But the AC wasn't working well. The breakfast menu had many variation but because we came in the long weekend, the restaurant's capacity was full. So the receptionis said that we should came back at 9 AM, so we couldn't get full menu.

Hot shower wasn’t perfect compared with another Aston at other city, solo, bandung, jakarta, samarinda. 2 times complained, good response, same result, not fixed. Quite clean, the thing for green practise by providing the water dispenser in the aisle for customers’ enough drinking to avoid dehidration. Added extra beda included the brakgast is good option.

• Ety (9/5): Amazing stay at this beautiful property - This hotel room is spacious, the deluxe premier room is very nice. We stayed two nights in this room and 8 nights in Junior suite. This room is so big, it has separate living area. Two AC and two tv (living room and bedroom). The king size bed super comfortable. Amenities include coffee machines with coffee pods provided, mini refrigerator, hot and cold water dispenser, kettle. The bathroom is clean and spacious with separate shower and bathtub. The staff members are super nice, honest, attentive, always happy to help. I absolutely recommend this hotel. Location is perfect. Nothing
• Seskoadi (6/5): Disappointmen level - 8 of 10 - Location, center of city The reception staff. I arrived at the hotel at 14:30 and the room wasn’t ready. I was requested to wait for 15 mins by a male staff and he did not apologize, even though I mentioned that it was past 2 PM. I sat waiting on a couch about 10 meters from the reception desk and was visible by the staff. After more than 15 mins, I went to see the same staff and asked if my room was ready, and he said “Sudah Pak tadi saya telepon bapak tp tidak diangkat” (already sir, I called u but you did not answer). Why did he have to call me if he knew I was visible to him and I was only a few steps away from him? This is rude actually. Furthermore, he still did not apologize nor did he show any empathy. FYI, I did see a phone notification at that time but my apps shows that the caller was “Spam-Bank M*nd*r*” - so who would answer that call anyway and who would even think that the call might be from the hotel? That particular staff was rude and should not work inthw hospitality industry if he remains behaving like that. Apart from that, the room and the rest of the facility could have been more cleaned and refreshed (the smell was not refreshing)

• Lia (7/5): Good - A centrally located hotel where restaurants are within 1 to 2 km away, in fact the local and traditional foods are only walking distance from the property. Quite wide variety of breakfast choices that come from several parts of the nation. Helpful staffs showing genuine hospitality. Despite some bath towels and bedding look need to be refurbished, the property could be favorable to stay for solo traveler as well as family's gate away. The cleanliness in bathroom and in some common area should also be treated as priority. Some thick stain in the sink tap and some dust can easily be found in the room.

Lalu sebetulnya kami pesan double bed tapi mereka hanya punya twin bed, mereka sudah menawarkan untuk menempelkan ranjangnya, tapi sy tolak karena sudah malam & sy cuma perlu istirahat saja. Kamar bersih dan kamar mandi shower juga bersih. Untuk menginap semalam saja, kamar ini sudah bagus sekali.

Also there’s not wardrobe or cabinets to put some clothes or stuff. The cost/price of the hotel too expensive with nothing nice inside room even there’s no iron board/iron electronics as Star hotel always provide. Beside that the staff are very nice 😊
