- Ian (6/5): Ok - Stay was comfortable. The inside of the house was nice a cozy. The stairs and decking outside are in poor shape. We had to be cautious of splinters and the nail heads sticking up. The listing did not state that the pool and other amenities require an additional $100 per reservation.
