- Verified traveler (4/5): 카드지불완료된 예약임에도 리셉션에서 현금 재지불 요구하며 체크인 거부 - 카드로 숙박요금 지불완료됐다고 예약확인서에 나와 있음에도 숙소 측에서는 그곳 현장에서 현금결재를 해야한다고 했습니다. 주인이 영어를 못한다면서 자신의 친구를 전화로 연결시켜 주어 통화하면서 주인이 호텔스닷컴 측에 전화확인하도록 전해달랬지만 주인은 영어를 못하니 예약을 취소하라 했습니다. 이미 예약당일이고 환불불가 상태였기에, 저녁 10시 무렵에 결국 리셉션에서 다시 360위안을 현금지불하고 영수증을 받았습니다. 호텔스닷컴에 예약할 당시 제 카드로 선지불했던 숙박비를 돌려받길 원합니다. 리셉션 위치 찾기도 어렵고, 12시 체크인 시간에 갔으나 저녁 6시에 다시 오라는 말을 들었고, 아예 저녁 9시 반에 다시 리셉션이 있는 곳으로 찾아가야 했습니다. 사람들은 참 친철한 듯하나 영어를 못합니다. 요금은 결국 이중 지불했고, 그날 무척 고생했습니다.
