- Annabel (2/5): could be a nice place to stay, unfortunately just not up to standard, especially in relation to the price. - the location was convenient and the staff were super friendly and helpful. room wasn’t clean, the wallpaper was peeling off, there were stains on the walls and hair in the bathroom and partly on the sheets as well. elevator was really dirty. the room was small, and the bed was just two single mattresses pushed together.

Ingyen kávé szintén jó dolog. A metro viszonylag közel volt, illetve egy Familymart is volt a környéken. A szoba ablaka a tűzlépcsőre nézett.

- Madina (9/5): - The location is super great! The staff is very helpful. Tea/coffee, microwave is available 24 hours. Three different supermarkets super close to the hotel. In the morning free pastry. The water pressure is excellent! Maybe the size of the room is a bit inconvenient, especially if you have big suitcases. But I was told it's a good price/ room size balance.

- Soo Leng (9/5): Short walk to the Shin Osaka station. Very convenient. There’s a Lawson nearby the hotel so can get breakfast in the mor - Free amenities. No coffee machine that can be used in the morning. The hotel has a place for customers to enjoy drinks in the evening though.

- CHIKAKO (5/5): 枕が嫌だった。臭かった。エアコンの音が煩かった。 - 清潔、スタッフの接待がとても良かった。飲み物が時間制限なくてとても良かった。 枕が良くない。柔らかすぎな枕と硬すぎな枕。しかも汗臭かった。加齢臭臭かった。 止めたら静かになったけど、エアコンの音がうるさかった。テレビ見てる時は気にならなかったんだけど結構うるさかった。季節的に付けなくても大丈夫だったからいいけど夏、冬、うるさくて眠れないかも。

- Kavene (10/5): My stay was memorable, I will be staying again hopefully soon. - Loved staying at the nest hotel, the staff were helpful and friendly. Location was great, super close to hanzomon station and also 7eleven, family mart and Lawson. The rooms were decent size for Japan. No streaming services on their tv.

They have sacrificed every communal amenity for rooms. 100 plus rooms and only two lifts , the reception can have up to 40 people in it , almost shoulder to shoulder at peak times . Due to the lack of facilities it should be no more than 4 star property . The provision of self serve tea and coffee is ok , however at peak times it runs out of water as is manually loaded by front desk . Who are flat out doing front desk work .

Lovely room The restaurant in the front is a bit tacky and it stores extra chairs in the foyer. The hotel is ‘less is more’ - the restaurant could do with ‘less is more’!

Also, everyday change of towels and cleaning free bread and coffee. Most importantly the staff for helping us send our mobile phone which we left in the hotel. They're very helpful, friendly and efficient! I will definitely come back here. Nothing everything was perfect!

- Jean-Claude (9/5): Im Grossen und Ganzen gutes Hotel mit nettem Personal. - Sehr sauber! Personal sehr freundlich und sehr gute Lage. Direkt bei der U-bahn Station. Das Zimmer war bisschen klein aber glaube das ist Tokyo Standard.
