- KUMAR DAS (2/5): - Room size small and toilet size very poor. Basin setting in the room. Toilet three Indiaan type. We are all senior citizen so it is very painful. Gyuyer is absent.

- Adam (9/5): Good value for money - Very ok guesthouse. So much so that we stayed there twice. Good value for money. The rooms are clean and modest, but sufficient. Two single beds, a chair, a table, a mirror, a bar for hanging clothes, wet towels, etc. Hooks on the doors. The bathrooms are clean, although a bit run down, but ok. They are in each room: shower + toilet (on the ground floor - western, on the first floor - Indian). The fan in both rooms worked well and quietly. Drinking water from a tank available at the reception. The staff was very friendly and okay. The minuses are that the rooms are dark (the windows face the wall of another building) - but this is rather the norm in larger Indian cities. On the ground floor it was a bit noisy if someone was talking in the hall. On the first floor it is quieter. There are a lot of cockroaches, but where are they not in Asia?! (if you do not keep any food in the room, they do not gather too much). Important! These are the only bugs, we did not experience any others, nothing bit us, so great. 👍

The owner is very kind, helpful and respectable. I will recommend to book a room here, you will be safe and confortable! Important: good and nice wi-fi network(also difficult to find it in some areas of India)

- Zakir (8/5): Great for family with kids. Worth for the price compared to lot other places. Highly recommend. - We were two families with kids and we took two AC rooms. The facilities were good. Worth for the money. Felt pretty safe. Restaurants were pretty close. This mansion is located in a narrow lane where cars cannot reach. If you carry luggages it is going to a challenge during rainy season. The area surrounding the mansion is not that clean.

It has all basic amenities, if you are coming for work and want to stay for 2 nights it is good and value for money to stay well connected. Near the beach, Egmore railway station, MAS railway station, anna square. Ventilation is a bit of a problem. Else ever think is fine.We need ventilation as it is very humid there.
