• Blair (10/5): Perfect spot. A touch of luxury compared to your average lodge in furano ! - The staff were the friendliest and most helpful I have experienced anywhere in the world. We arrived at 9am after a 2 hr van ride from Sapporo with the intention of “figuring out” how to go skiing g for the day. Not only did they store our bags, they even drove us to the gondola station free of charge as a favour. So kind !! Loved the coffee machine, rice cooker, cooking facilities and the forest fresh supermarket 1 bus stop ride away. Loads of ski gear drying facilities inside (more than required for a family of 4) This is not a fault at all, just a fact really. It’s a solid uphill walk to the ski field and we could not do it with kids and all the gear. However the bus stop is 80m away so we just caught the bus… was pretty easy.

• Teresa (9/5): Convenient, fully equipped - kuoranoya furano - convenient, on Kitanomine main road - we booked ground floor as we got heavy luggages - equipped with all facilities needed, including stove, rice cooker,refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, washing & drying machine, coffee machine, dish washer, shampoo & rinse, liquid soap, iron and desk, hair dryer, all utensils. - the house keeping even arranged brand new coffee powder, pepper and salt, laundry liquid, at least 6-8 sets of towels - 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and another with twin bed. - the double bedroom has a super large bed, thus the remaining space is limited. more space in the twin bedroom. - One tub & shower in one bathroom, another is toilet-only - the whole place is very clean - the reception is 2 blocks down on the main road, quite easy to reach, and the staff are super nice and smart to understand one's needs - except that there are not enough places to hang the clothes (we come skiing), the apartment is perfect. we will very likely rebook next year. not enough place to hang clothings
• Jane (10/5): Great. - Great location. Outlook good especially the view of the mountains when it was clear. Parking facility good. Stairs were a bit steep but manageable. Spa was great, realistically one person size. Need some tea towels for drying up in the kitchen. The extra towels were terrific. Overall very good. Need another couch. Couldn’t squeeze four adults on it comfortably. More instructions for the TV.
• Colleen (8/5): Beautiful and comfortable apartment for a small family of 4 (incl 2 teenagers) - Beautifully appointed new apartment, close to ski fields and restaurants, bars. You can't pick your neighbors, we were on the ground floor - but they stayed up late and stomped around the floor above. Not every night - overall it was a fantastic stay. We had so much snow - and had to shovel our car out a couple of times. Not a bad thing, we felt like a local.
• Siwei (10/5): Wonderful stay and would love to return - Decor, space, cleanliness, comfort and amenities are all top notch. Staff also responsive on WhatsApp to questions via WhatsApp Minor point but it is about 10 minutes walk uphill to ski facilities which with ski gear on may be rather taxing on kids.

• Ho (9/5): Overall a pleasant accommodation and would recommend it to the others. - It’s clean and modern. The jacuzzi is nice. You got plenty of kitchen appliances for home-made breakfast/dinner. Climbing some stairs with heavy luggage could be a bit inconvenient, especially when travelling with elderly and kids.The sorting of rubbish for different recycling bins could be a bit annoying but it’s not about the property.

• Miki (9/5): Lovely family stay. - We spent two nights here. Great view from the barony. Our kids enjoyed spending time there. Beds were really comfortable with the perfect hardness. Not many kitchen items like cling films. Not many food options for vegetarians around.

• CHEN CHIEN (10/5): - 一個讓人想一直住下去~家的感覺! 已經迫不及待，想下一次再來入住的時間! 旁邊有7-11，對面有拉麵店，因為我們有開車，所以開車5分鐘的車程，有兩間大超市和麥當勞，是一個很方便的地點!
