• Uzun (8/5): - Dit is mijn 2e keer in dit hotel Ik heb een geweldig verblijf gehad! De suit was schoon, ruim en zeer comfortabel. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, waardoor we ons meteen welkom voelden. Het ontbijt was heerlijk met veel keuze en verse producten.

• MANAL (8/5): اقامه بسيطه ولطيفه - الموظفين مؤدبين ومتعاونين قامو بترقية حجزنا بدون مقابل البنغل نظيف وواسع يوجد مطعم كبيير عند الفندق بالضبط مطعم الطياره المشهور تيرمينال يبعد خمس دقائق مشي كل شي قريب من الفندق صيدليه ومطاعم وسوبرماركت وموقف التاكسي ورا الفندق جسر مشاه يوصلك ممشى على البحر وفي قعدات ومطاعم خدمة تنظيف الغرف لا يستجيبون بسهوله تم الاتصال 3 مرات لحظورهم للتنظيف الفطور بسيط ومحدود

• Mohammed (7/5): Good for room space only!! - I like the space of the room for me and mt family. It's good choice for terms of space, but not good in terms of value, staff and facilities. Very poor breakfast. Bad reception welcome, no even someone to help you in your bags. Never don't try to ask something from the guy in the reception at night!! If you are lucky and you found him in the reception, try not to ask him anything as you will get nothing.

• Zyad (5/5): Disappointing - We stayed for 7 nights in 2 bungalows (407 and 408) The bungalows were nice - Spacious rooms to sleep a family The grounds of the hotel were well kept The pool was clean and the kids enjoyed it Check in and check out was quick and rooms were ready The young man who works morning shift in the lobby (concierge) was very helpful - I forget his name The air conditioning was very poor and we were very hot in the room. We informed them twice, but nothing was done - they just said “this is the maximum”! The room was un-livable in the July heat. I feel cheated because we paid so much and could not stay in the room! It was cooler to stay in my rental car than the room. Sleeping at night was a struggle (room 408). They only give one key card per room - which for a family of 6 is extremely inconvenient! Despite trying to explain this to reception they insisted and said that this is their policy. Poor policy and should be changed. The phone in our room did not work - again we informed reception but nothing was done about it. Most of the TV channels were not available, mainly Turkish ones worked. There were 2 dogs roaming around the hotel, and one was rather aggressive. One actually chased my son. We informed reception, they moved the dogs but only temporarily and they reappeared again a few hours later. The cleaning was extremely superficial when we asked for the rooms to be cleaned they spent exactly 5 minutes and left. Not good enough. Breakfast was OK but extremely limited and the menu was exactly the same every day for our 1-week stay. The staff are OK, but they only speak Turkish (majority) which is not acceptable for this kind of profile of hotel and price point. Overall not good value for money. Could be a lot better but they need to make some effort and correct some of these issues. Would not recommend and would not book again.

The rooms are very good, we took a regular room and were satisfied, everything is kept clean and tidy. I can’t say anything about the restaurant, we didn’t have time to go in, but I think that everything is at a good level there. Employees The staff of this hotel is one of the best I have met, they will help you with absolutely everything, prompt,support in a conversation, I want to thank them for their help and courtesy! nothing
