• Rins. R. (9/5): - Spacious room, comfortabel bed. Host is very helpful. We loved the neighbourhood. A bus around the corner to the center and Trastevere but also Villa Borghese on walking distance. Safe neighbourhood. Some bars and restaurants in the same street which are not packed with tourists. We missed a big mirror.

• laura (9/5): Ottima posizione, per restare qualche giorno. - L'ubicazione è in una zona tranquilla e strategica, sia per gli autobus (no metro) sia per camminare verso la splendida Villa Borghese e il centro, in circa venti minuti. La stanza matrimoniale ha ogni comfort, con TV, WI-FI, bollitore, phon, doccia privata e buona insonorizzazione. Letto forse un po' troppo soffice, ma ampio e con bella biancheria. Sapone per mani e per doccia a disposizione. È possibile lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out. Il check in è possibile anche non in presenza, perché forniscono istruzioni video molto chiare e un codice di accesso. L'appartamento è al primo piano, ma l'ascensore funziona bene ed è meglio di tante strutture romane. La finestra dà su un cortile interno, e potrebbe essere un po' rumoroso, se i vicini del condominio al pianterreno alzano il volume della musica la sera, ma basta chiudere le finestre che sono abbastanza insonorizzate. Non è una stanza per soggiorni lunghi, perché c'è solo un armadio a vista con qualche gruccia, ma a noi andava bene lo stesso. Il bagno non ha il bidet, ma un doccino vicino al WC. Non è propriamente un bed and BREAKFAST, perché non ci sono dolci e quella mattina nemmeno filtri per il tè, ma solo cialde per caffè, anche se la persona con cui abbiamo interagito ci ha assicurato che si trattava di una dimenticanza dell'addetto.

• Priscila (9/5): - Local limpo, arejado, ótima localização, próximo ao ponto de ônibus que vai ao terminal e pontos turísticos, comércio e farmácia próximos, alguns pontos turísticos da para fazer caminhando. Anfitriã atende rápido, local familiar e silencioso O único problema foi o chuveiro que estava com problema, então tivemos que tomar banho frio, solicitei a ajuda a anfitriã que nos atendeu, resolveu superficial, ficando de solucionar no dia posterior, mas continuamos com mesma situação da ducha com água fria, mesmo fazendo alguns ajustes recomendados a água não esquentava.

• Juan Ignacio (5/5): Arreglen instalaciones y mejorar entrevistas de trabajo - Ubicación normal y espacio grande. Lamentablemente las instalaciones eran muy precarias de acuerdo al precio y zona turística (Roma), tuvimos problemas con ma ducha, estaba rota y suelta, lo cual dificultaba utilizarla y cuando se le envió a la persona encargada una foto y video de esto dijo que era extraño porque estaba buena, cómo interpretar que nosotros la rompimos, cabe destacar que eso fue lo peor, aparte la recepcionista no hablaba italiano, inglés ni español (No la culpo pero si vas a recibir personas en un hotel por lo menos el idioma nativo) lo cual fue peor para comunicarse, después de eso la persona solo se comunicó por whatsapp y solo dijo eso de la ducha, cero solución o algo distinto para compensar los malos ratos. Por último para cobrar las tasas por la noche fue muy directa que solo en efectivo , primera vez que me pasa, ocupo siempre tarjeta, pero al final dejamos el dinero en un lugar acordado, sin boleta, ni nada , esperemos haya llegado a destino.

• Manon (10/5): Je conseille cette établissement ! Idéal pour les longues journées à Rome. - Emplacement très bien situé. À plus ou moins 15 minutes à pied de la Fontaine de Trevi. Établissement calme et sécurisé. L’eau chaude met un peu de temps à arrivé. Très peu de pression dans le lavabo et la douche.

• Robert (4/5): good location, but room needs maintenance. - Location was good, Ariana was nice. The property could do with some improvements, it is very run down and not super clean. There is no shared kitchen as the kitchen area is loaded with bags and stuff, there is a small area to make tea and coffee, but not enough cups. The rooms are noisy and you can hear everything (including conversations) in the adjoining rooms. The towels provided are worn, the bathroom was not great and the shower leaked, toilet seat broken etc. The room definitely needs maintenance and a face lift. As per above. In its current state I would not go back there.

• Bettina (7/5): Nett aber nicht Luxury - Es war sauber (wenn auch schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen). Kaffee und Tee standen zur Verfügung. Naja, unter "Luxury" stelle ich mir definitiv etwas anderes vor. Leider ist Rom ein teures Pflaster und man muss froh sein, etwas halbwegs Leistbares zu finden.

• Costanza (8/5): - Posto molto silenzioso e con una piacevole atmosfera artistica. Letto comodo e buio perfetto per dormire. Una struttura perfetta per chi viaggia per lavoro, lontano dalla folla e famiglie con bambini che piangono senza controllo Il bagno è vecchio e piccolo. Non considero questa struttura di lusso. Nella hall, il pavimento non è parquet ma un simili parquet, che sembra plastica. In camera già meglio, ma non è parquet vero. Sembra un dettaglio, ma il lusso sono i dettagli che fanno la differenza.

• Jessie (8/5): Great location and great host - Ariana (the lovely woman who checked us in) was very clear and kind to us. Our arrival time changed at the last minute to be much earlier than expected but our room was ready for us and Ariana met us at the door. We were also able to leave our luggage in the common area on our last day as our train wasn't until later in the day. The air conditioning was placed right next to the window so unfortunately we didn't feel it much but the room was still comfortable despite the 37°C heat outside! There was no bathroom for us to use when we picked up out bags after check out but that's understandable.

• Katy (10/5): So perfect for us, good find - This place was wonderful since owner was very available and gave GREAT instructions on checking in including a video! Cool old fashioned but very quiet elevator if needed. We tried it once for fun but only one flight of stairs. In common area there’s a great espresso machine and tea and sugar available. Also clean extra dishes and utensils were available. Nice towels, and great restaurant just across the street! Close for walking to things we wanted to see and do.

• Nicholas (2/5): This is not personal but I would not recommend this property. - Location was ok and the host received us well The room was not up to standard, the air con was broken and advised the owner nothing was done about it, we were told to use a fan . the bed was not up to standard, there was crime going on in the building with police called and were present 5 hours. There was a stranger hanging the outside of the building trying to get in . In a whole tbh this is nothing personal there is nothing luxurious about this property . Also I didn’t not appreciate that the city tax gad to be paid in cash this is not the cash card is also allowed. But as mentioned 42euros for this property is definitely not something I was happy about . I would not recommend this property.

• Titik (7/5): Budget friendly, nice host, walking distance to offices, restaurants and public transports too - The host was very helpful, given some valuable information on how to reach the guest house from the train station. My train was late and they were very understanding on the check in time - it was contactless check in and the video they send me by WhatsApp is helping a lot for a smooth check in . I did not know which room that were allocated for me so I have to ask as they have several rooms. But they are really nice. So it’s almost no big deal.

She gave us tips and a map with how to get places and how long it would take. Offered us coffee and checked in with us. The room was clean and exactly as pictured. In a safe area, around a 15 minute walk to the Trevi which you can access everything from. Nothing.

• Ilaria (9/5): lovely guest house walking distance from Rome amenities and institutions - I really enjoyed my stay at Arian's Luxury Flat. Host was very professional and kind. Guest house is walking distance from center and Termini station (I didn't use public transport at all during my stay). Room was perfectly organised and very quiet (absolutely recommended for light sleepers) and had anything I needed. The only con is bathroom looked quite outdated: some renovation to bring it up to modern standards would make this accommodation really top.

• Emily (10/5): If you have a couple nights in Rome, especially for your first trip, you won’t regret staying here. - The staff was incredibly helpful- went above and beyond to help with bags, arranging a large car to the airport to accommodate our bags, and giving advice about making sure we washed our rental car before we returned it to avoid a 100 euro fee! I don’t think I’ve ever had such great customer service. And the bed! After traveling for almost a month, it was the most comfortable bed I had on my entire trip. I was so grateful for 2 very good nights of sleep! There was also an espresso machine and tea in the shared space that was so appreciated. It’s on the 1st floor (2nd) but there’s also an elevator if you have heavy bags like we did. The only thing that we didn’t like was the bathroom door! It was so loud and hard to open and close 😅
