- Aleksandra (9/5): Location is perfect, definitely worth visiting. - The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The entire place is very clean, and room service comes every day. There is also a vending machine at the entrance offering free items, which was a really nice touch. Overall, a great stay The windows in the room couldn’t be opened, so it felt a bit stuffy when coming in from outside, but the AC solves that easily, so it’s not a big problem at all.

- Ma. (9/5): Good experience and would like to stay here again. - The place is neat and complete in amenities.
- Sharon (5/5): Convenient & close to my friend's place. - The bathroom
- Andrew (8/5): An excellent location with a good price and clean comfortable rooms. Would stay there again. - Hotel is excellently located within Azabu-Juban and a short 5 min walk from the metro station. Within walking distance to Tokyo Tower. Staff were friendly, helpful and spoke functional English. Lobby features a free drink vending machine ( in little cups) with an assortment of cold and hot beverages. Rooms were clean and standard Japanese business size and had comfortable mattresses and duvets with complimentary TV on-demand services (Japanese language only). Hotel also features a selection of pillows and a device to match your head with the pillow in the lobby which was neat. No major complaints, just a few little things. Room had a newer air conditioning unit but it seemed to go into an ECO or standby mode at times ( would recirculate but not cool), so you would have to coax it back to life with a push of a button on the remote. Not a big issue, but as it was 28 degrees Celsius at night I'd wake up at 3 or 4 am and found it become a bit uncomfortably warm and would have to "beep" the A/C back to life. Room was non-smoking but a faint historical cigarette smoke smell was noticeable at times.
- James (9/5): Good value for the money and the location was very nice and walkable. - The staff was friendly and when I did not know specific words or phrases they were able to use their English to fill the gap. The room and location were both good and the room was fairly clean. The walls were a little thin so I felt uncomfortable talking on the phone late at night but this can’t be helped. Also cleaning under the bed more than once is always recommended. ;)
- Nadezda (6/5): Pleasant - The hotel is located near Shinagawa station that was a reason for booking. Very small room.
- Anna (9/5): Superb -
- Cristóbal (9/5): Superb - Very close to Roppongi and Azabujuban
- Abbas (10/5): good 😊 - good and clean 👍👍👍
- Katharine (5/5): Passable - Olympic inn was in a pretty good location, close enough to everything, the staff were lovely and let us leave our luggage there for a few hours after checking out. Not good for two people as the bed was way too small and the side of the bed sloped so you were always falling off. For one person would be fine.
- Anthony (9/5): Superb - I came here with a friend as part of a long trip during my break from medical school. the room was very good for the money. the free drink machine was a great touch. the hotel itself was close to entrances of the train station and very close to multiple convenience stores. Would definitely stay here again! It was confusing to me how to adjust the temperature in the room. There was a bit of dust on the vents above the beds.
- Sharon (8/5): Good location for me. - It was near my friend's house.
- Nomi (6/5): Pleasant -
- Neimatallah (8/5): Excellent value for money in Tokyo - The value for money is excellent. The hotel staff are very nice. There is a beverage machine that you can use for free in front of the reception. I expected, since we are in Tokyo, that there would be more restaurants around the hotel. I ended up getting dinner from 7 eleven :(.
- Tanner (10/5): Nice rooms at a good price with polite and helpful staff. It's in a good, central location as well. -
- Jim (9/5): Superb -

- Badir (8/5): Very good - good property to stay
- Maya (4/5): Disappointing - They have free deinks Smell was weird.
- Colin (6/5): Pleasant -
- Anonymous (5/5): It was cheap and reflect the quality. - Location and price Bathroom floor wasn’t level as the bedroom and I tripped over getting out of the bathroom. Also the wall was so thin and no sound insulation I could hear voices from the other rooms in the early hours.
- Veronica (7/5): Good - I love that the staff were very friendly and were able to attend to my queries well even though communication was a problem. Having coffee was not a problem, self service and all I had to do was press the button for my order... For my short stay, there was nothing much to dislike or complain about.
- Tshering (8/5): Very good -
- 형욱 (9/5): Superb - Claean and cozy.
Perfect location Everything was good.
- Chihaya (9/5): Superb -
- Lin (4/5): Disappointing -
- Timothy (8/5): Very good - The staff were really friendly. The air conditioner didn't go below 20° and didn't efficiently cool the room
- Hidiroglu (7/5): Good -
- Barry (7/5): Meets basic requirements - The location and access to Azabu Juban station is good. The room size is decent and the bed was comfortable. There is a free drink vending machine in the lobby and a choice of pillows. The hotel meets basic requirements for a business trip or quick visit. There was a musty smell in the hallway on the 5F where I stayed, but my room smelled OK.
- Shinsuke (8/5): Very good -
- Grigory (6/5): Pleasant - Good air conditioner.
Good location.
Good price/quality ratio.
Free alcohol-free drinks (hot/cold coffee, tea, cola, etc) at the entrance. Small bed with old wobbling mattress.
Tend to fall from it on the sides.
Unpleasant rain drop sound (when rainy) in angle room (at high floor).
Creaking humidifier at work.

- Joe (9/5): Superb -

- Gail (10/5): Exceptional -
- Toshihiro (8/5): Excellent - location is sooo good
complimentary drink is useful facilities are little old
- Correa (8/5): Very good -
- Sharon (8/5): Good location for my purpose. - The bath facilities. Difficulty going up n down into the bathroom and bathtub cleanliness.
- Maree (9/5): A good location in Tokyo close to the Minato area. Well priced particularly during the holiday - It was clean and convenient to the places I needed to go. The free drinks machine was a bonus. The staff were pleasant. The property was very satisfactory. The staff do not speak English but it was not a problem.
- Lyckle (7/5): Good basic business hotel - Basic business hotel with all the necessary facilities present. Wifi was of poor quality.
- Roberto (10/5): Exceptional - The staff were very polite and helpful. The building was modern and the room was perfect in any aspect. We experienced an earthquake during the night (4.20 am) and we felt extremely safe. All the objects we placed on the desk were in the same place after the oscillations. The hotel provides free drinks from their vendor machine which we loved so much. We also found pajamas and sleepers in our room. The only downside was the windows, they were locked and it was not possible to open them. I can understand that it was for safety reasons, however we couldn't get some fresh air from the outside.
- Ryoko (4/5): Disappointing - Easy to book, check in&out The noise from a mouth running behind the wall during the night
- Martina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jackie (10/5): Exceptional - The location is walking distance in Phil.Embassy
- Jeannie (8/5): Comfortable stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. - Close to public transport links, cleanliness and comfortable. Free hot and cold drinks machine at the reception area is the bonus as I always looking forward to after a long day out. None.

- Anonymous (10/5): super affordable, great place with amazing service that exceeded by far any expectations - super clean, affordable and convenient hotel. staff were beyond kind and helpful. room was small (typical for Tokyo I guess) but that place definitely exceeded my expectations. close to subway (ginza or shibuya are half an hour away by subway) . you can pick your pillow from a selection they have, they offer amenities at reception (hair brush, mouth wash etc). toothbrush was horrible but they sven had free hair bands! and there is a venting machine that offers drinks for free. even the shampoo etc they had at at the room was of great quality. also they offer luggage storage. I have stayed at hotels with different price tags. normally if it’s cheap it’s dirty or staff is rude. this hotel is a brilliant exception!
- Jamie (7/5): Good -
- Turner (8/5): Very good -
- Maria (10/5): More than great hotel. Best value for money I have ever paid. - I am not writing reviews often but i was to planning to write one for this one as i feel it totally stands out. The room was super small but squeaky clean. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is really kind and helpful. There is a vending machine with many great options for free and they gave me a Japanese adapter for free and there is a display of pillows you can pick from if you re not happy with the one they gave you. There are also extra amenities for free like hair bands, toothbrush etc.
Subway station is at a short distance. Ginza is 30" away with subway.
I thought my passport has gone missing from my room and I was super anxious and frustrated about it. Although it was totally my mistake ( I have misplaced it), the staff remained extremely helpful, supportive and kind all the way.
I have stayed in many hotels with different price tags but this hotel totally stands out. It is really surprising that in such an expensive city you can find such a gem!
- San (7/5): Good -
- Mie (8/5): Very good -
- Nadiia (6/5): Pleasant - the room is small, but clean. close to the Roppongi hills (about 20 minutes by foot) it was hot, but it was not possible to open the window and the air conditioner did not work which made the stay very uncomfortable
- Kanae (8/5): Very good -
- Victor (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maria (7/5): Good -
- Junko (8/5): Good -
- Prapaporn (8/5): Very good -
- Ariko (8/5): good location near a azabu-Juban station - location, price none
- tg0072015 (10/5): I've tried many but my all time favorite in Tokyo - I love Olympic inn Azabu it is reasonably priced and has spacious rooms and they are all of course spanking clean. And it's quiet. What I like about the most about this hotel is it's location in Minami Azabu it's closer to Azabu Juban and just a short walk from underground station with two convenient lines, Nanboku Line and Oedo Line. Azabu is a luxury residential area with lots of embassies and foreigners. Azabu Juban is an old down town area with lots of nice shops for food choices. I stay in Tokyo for business trips and I love coming back to Azabu Juban because it is a residential area with nice community which gives you "I am back!" feeling at the end of the day which is important if you are staying long. :) This hotel has a restaurant and their breakfast buffet is a good deal. JPN500 when you book online. It's a BBQ restaurant so their meats are good and breads are fantastic. (And they have good coffee!) Before this restaurant opened I used to spend at Starbucks in Azabu Juban main street but now I can stay in this hotel to do some work before I head to the clients. Not in the hotel but there is a natural hot spring public bath nearby and it's only JPN460. This area is also famous for luxury to local restaurants and it's a celeb spot area too. It's convenient if you want to explore areas such as Shibuya and Roppongi.
- DianneT189 (6/5): Down a notch - I have reviewed this hotel before, and everything I and other reviewers have praised about it still stands, except that I previously mentioned "an excellent, modestly-priced Japanese breakfast in the pleasant little downstairs restaurant" - which no longer exists.
The restaurant itself has changed, and the perfunctory breakfast offered there now is to be avoided. As always, the service is kind, but something needs to be done about the food, for the sake of travellers who don't have time to wander the neighbourhood in search of a breakfast that will not be such a depressing way to start the day.
- yimayyeoh (10/5): First time stay - Location is strategic near to the subway station, price is reasonable. The front office is friendly and helpful. Nearby is 7-11 and Lawson. There is drug store too. Its a convenient place to stay. Would love to stay here again.
- hadipr (6/5): Good Budget Hotel in Azabujuban - If you stay for leisure and business, this hotel is recommended. The price was so reasonable, the service was fine, it is close to Roppongi and Azabujuban areas, it was close to some fine restaurants and cafes as well as Tokyo Metro train stations.
- PukHeart (6/5): Nice Service, good location but no air condition - Good location, if you go by Tokyo Subway Azabu-Juban Exit 2 is nearest.
All staff has service mind and help to booking, keep the luggage and reply email in English. The room's small but reasonable price in Tokyo.
Only heater in room, No cool air Conditioner in room so cannot adjust temperature., I stayed on April wasn't hot, it maybe has control temperature from center of hotel.
There is minibar but no offer drinking water.
- christinaaaa1 (4/5): Tiny tiny room - Stayed here twice over a two week period both times we asked for a non smoking room which we were told was not possible. The whole floor and room smelt like an ashtray had to leave the window open the whole time just to breath fresh air. The room was so so tiny even for japan standards. You cannot fit more than one bag in the room and you wont be able to walk around the bed. Tv was old and not one english channel. Staff were polite but we asked to book a taxi as we had heaps of luggage and they told us just to go wait on the street? Its about 20 minute train ride to get to any of the main spots in Tokyo. The hotel may be ok for one person on a business trip but would not recommened staying there if u have more than one piece of luggage as you wont be able to move. Also make sure if your not a smoker to ensure you have a non smoking floor because its horrible breathing in old ashtray air 24/7
- tisalo (8/5): Good Hotel for city or business trip - Good Hotel for city or business trip. Location is close to Metro station (2 Lines) and some restaurants are nearby. The hotel it is not brand new but still good. Rooms are small (but thats how it is in Japan) but clean. Bathroom is clean and small too. Great value for money as you get all you need for a city-business trip: clean room, comfortable bed and good location. Would come again.
- LittleGaijin (10/5): Close to Temple University - I stayed here for about a week with my family before moving into the dorms and starting my first semester at Temple University last year. We had two adjacent rooms, and although they were small, they were very comfortable and cozy. Definitely very nice and cozy for one person. I was fascinated by the radio built into my bed, haha. The speakers were built into the ceiling, and I loved listening to some jazz before going to bed. The hotel itself is pretty small, and chances are your view will be of the tall Korean embassy building next door like ours was, but the location was good and it's just down the street from TUJ so I highly recommend it for students and their families. It's very pretty convenient.
- mexest2015 (8/5): 1 night stay - My wife and I stay here yesterday night. Generally I like the hotel cleanliness and comfort. 300 meter walking distance to nearest subway station with pharmacy and convenience store still operating even after midnight. worth staying. But the receptionist not very fluent with English reply but they can understand what you say.
- nobelb (10/5): Very good impression - I stayed there during 5 days, the location is good, next to all transportation facilities. Moreover the quality of service is really valuable, all english-speaking staff offering not only a warm welcome but also advice and information to a foreigner like me who had never visited Tokyo. Warmly recommanded.
- Cholo_Juan (8/5): Good location, Great value - I found the Olympic Inn a very good place to stay while in Azabu it is on a main thorough fair and borders Ropponghi, the location is excellent with nearby rail links and walking distance to shops and restaurants, the staff are friendly and very helpful, the hotel has no grounds, my room was small but with a double bed very clean and quiet. There is a dining room but we did not use it so I cannot comment on that, I would recommend the Olympic Inn to anyone looking for a cheap centrally located hotel in Tokyo.
- DianneT189 (8/5): Well-kept Secret - This simple business hotel is one of central Tokyo's best-kept secrets. It is very well located, on a main road a few minutes' walk from Azabu Juban, a charming area full of interesting small shops and restaurants, and within walking distance of Roppongi. When I go there for work (related to Temple University Japan, nearby) I look forward to a night in this quiet, clean hotel, an excellent, modestly-priced Japanese breakfast in the pleasant little downstairs restaurant (the Western-style breakfast is almost never the best option at any Japanese business hotel) and a daytime stroll around the area, leaving my luggage with the front desk staff. There is nothing fancy here, rooms are small but normal for a Japanese urban business hotel, and the bathroom the usual clean, tiny capsule - but this is a very inexpensive hotel, well-run as one expects in Japan, the staff are polite and professional, and the location is a huge plus. (If you need to be at the Australian Embassy, it's just around the corner). A bus that stops almost outside the hotel takes you to Shibuya, and the train from Azabu Juban station provides a quick link with anyplace in Tokyo you might want to go.
- GianPaolo_Mil (8/5): nice business hotel - Very good location... it's close to Azabujuban Station and to Roppongi district.
Rooms are small but quiet and clean. Furniture (LCD TV, fridge, etc.) and amenities are OK.
Good air conditioning system.
One of the best value in Tokyo.
- Currypow (8/5): Great location and value - Great place if you are looking somewhere reasonable and close to the action. Basic, no frills rooms but clean and very well located. Much better than some of the options which overseas travel agents book in Asakusa or Ueno for a similiar price. Small rooms and limited services but staff are friendly and helpful with some English ability. Close to a couple of subway stations so access is easy.
- Nuno_the_Curious (6/5): Decent enough and close to Roppongi and Azabu-Juban subway station - I stayed at this hotel so that I could be next to Roppongi at an affordable price. The staff is nice and they’ll help you with things. The hotel also has 24/7 front desk in case you need something.
When I entered the elevator, it was actually smelly. Fortunately the rooms weren’t like this, but still they aren't luxurious at all – I wasn’t looking for luxury accommodation, but getting old towels feels like a deal-breaker to me.
You can sleep well on the beds and the bathroom is ok. After you shower you can’t open the bathroom doors because the vapour can trigger then fire alarm and that’s a pain because I like to aerate my bathroom and room after a shower.
You should know that one of the main motorways of Tokyo passes a couple of meters away from the hotel, so for those with lighter sleep, these can be annoying. I honestly didn't hear anything at all neither awake neither when sleeping (I also sleep like a rock).
The hotel is conveniently located next to Azabu-Juban subway station. Take exit nr.2 so that you get as close as possible to the hotel. Once away from exit nr.2, keep on going straight, pass the traffic lights and walk some more 50 m – the hotel will be on your left side. The hotel also offers good access to Roppongi, Tokyo Tower and other things, if you're into walking.
I’d have given it 4 starts because of price and location but: old towels just creep me out; smelly elevators creep me out; and the continental breakfast wasn’t that great. Still, I’d stay there again (I stayed there two times in one week time).
- Malloryvk (8/5): A comfortable week at an affordable price - We chose this hotel to be close to Temple University, Tokyo Campus, where my daughter was starting school in a week. We were central to subway stations (2) & Azabu-juban has plenty of charming shops & restaurants. The hotel staff were extremely courteous and helpful. We took a twin room (2 full sized beds) which gave us enough space to move around each other. Beds were very comfortable, a/c worked well (heat wave!), very clean and quiet. This was a nice Japanese-style experience without being overwhelming.
- 981ankura (6/5): Convenient but very small rooms - A very convenient hotel at a good location. But the rooms sizes are too small. I was there for 2 weeks and on day 1 it was a shock for me. But eventually you will come to know how expensive tokyo's real estate is and you will start enjoying the place.
