• MINA (9/5): Un séjour de rêve dans un endroit paradisiaque - Le fait que ce soit des petits appartements et pas un énorme hôtel impersonnel,l endroit,en face de la mer,les appartements autour de la piscine et les palmiers,ça faisait paradisiaque,tout le personnel adorable au petit soin pour nous,très souriant,et les propriétaires (un couple,le mari parle tres bien français)abordables et sa femme nous a accueilli très chaleureusement J aurais aimé que la piscine reste ouverte jusqu’à 19h ,pour pouvoir en profiter en rentrant de balade et que la plage devant l hôtel soit plus propre

Location is very good in terms of adjacent to sea although it is slightly far from the city. However, I am happy with overall entire service. Connectivity of some of the buildings from the reception or main administrative building. So, the corridors can be improved to improve the connectivity within the buildings.

If you do not, they will not clean your room. The bathroom has very poor ventilation with only a small window to let air in which there is very little of. It is big enough for mosquitoes to enter though

• Senait (3/5): As much as have try to plan myself on the 3 night and I had budget eveyrhing, so could not really enjoy the experience, - Nothing much really , had a check in on the 20th instead of the 19th because couldn’t calculated my time well so had to them since I checked in on the 20th instead of 19th that they should adjust my check out time to 23rd they refused instead asking me to add more money of 13,000 shillings in order to be able to do that. So I was disappointed. My experience of enjoying 3 nights turn out to be 2 night and they were not considerate about the whole thing and it sad.

They have a weird smell and not worth the charges. No maintanance, no drier and very uncomfortable old matresses. Duvets are off-white and the sheets are very old.

They had a mosquito net around the bed The reception desk ladies were rude if you were to call about anything. I was hung up on twice. THE WI-FI DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY AFTER 8:30 PM. NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE. The bathroom shower head needs replacing.
• Miss (6/5): great location and view but disingenuous description - I loved the location and the view from the pool, the beach and the food The description of the room we booked was inaccurate. I booked a room with 2 queen beds but the manager (I believe) told us that there was no such room and that upgrades were not available. we ended up settling for the 2 double beds that were in the room. The booking was for 4 nights and each night my mum complained of how uncomfortable the bed was however when we spoke to the staff they maintained that there were no available rooms at all I also stated that I felt robbed of a comfortable experience and I essentially didn’t get the value for my money. my mum also noticed some unsanitary practices by the staff. eventually on the last night I made a complaint through the booking.com app and we got a call from one of the staff stating that we would get an upgrade and they offered a late checkout of 12pm instead of 10am.

The pool attendant was readily available to teach non-swimmers how to swim. Room service was also great! Food and drinks can be a little bit pricey.

The bathroom needs to be re-done. The toilet seat had a permanent stain and the metal surfaces had rust. The bar should open till a little later.

• Aedín (7/5): A very good budget hotel with excellent outdoor pool and garden. Beautifully landscaped and right beside beach with priv - Beautiful gardens and pool with access to the beach. Rooms quite basic but not bad considering reasonable price!

The dishes were dirty and cold beverages were the norm. the rooms could have been more cleaner, and the breakfast could have been better.

• vara (6/5): Nice location as close to beach - The staff and food from the chef is excellent. The hotel is run down needs renovating especially the smelly bathroom. If you wish to stay please take your own bed linen as it has stains/marks on it. Also take a spare toilet seat so you can replace when you get to your room. The staff are very helpful and considerate and polite. The service is very good if you can tolerate the bathroom. The others hotels adjoining are no better as the bathroom is very large compared to other hotels in the area. No bath just walk in shower if you like this.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Robbed - While sleeping got robbed. Staff was slow to respond. Still waiting for my refund because I checked out the following morning. Awful experience and not safe overall.
• Sibhs (6/5): Too expensive for the quality you get - We checked in and we were put in a room with a very smelly bathroom. Also, the bedsheets had lipstick marks on them, which was very worrying about the facilities' hygiene. We requested a room changed and we were moved to a slightly better room but the AC in that room was not working. At that point, we couldn't be bothered to ask for another relocation. Fortunately, we had traveled with our own towels and beddings because at that point we couldn't trust any of their stuff.
