• Pradeep (5/5): Don’t take rooms above kitchen - We selected deluxe room as it was supposed to be on higher floors, but they gave rooms on second floor where actually their rooms starts. Also, there was very strong smell of either gas leakage or some mosquito repellent, which caused headache. Most likely it was gas leakage as our rooms were above restaurant, Kitchen. Rooms provided were directly above their restaurant, kitchen from where strong gas leakage smell was always coming and causing discomfort and headache

• mehekak (10/5): - The staff is very courteous and helpful. As a woman traveller, I was very skeptical at first to travel alone to Jharkhand with my son. The property and especially the staff really put me at ease. I got late from the temple to reach hotel in time for breakfast and they held on for some time and also allowed me an early checkin which was a blessing as I had come from a long journey. I would like to thank Mr Mukesh,Ms Priyanka and Mr C K Verma from the Reception staff for being so kind and accommodating, Pooja Mehta from housekeeping for ensuring our room was kept spic and span, the doorman who always held the door for us with a kind smile, and last but not the least,Ms Priya from the in house restaurant. The food here is also very good and hygienic. My son was very happy with the experience even if it was for a night, 2 days. I would recommend everyone to visit this place.

Restaurant is veg+non-Veg combined. I find it over-priced compared to facilities, ambience and considering fact that Deogarh is a small town in not so developed Jharkhand. Washrooms could have been better.

• Capt. (2/5): Hotel stay was a terrible experience, compared to the charges taken per day. Do not recommend stay. - Breakfast spread is huge, though not tasty items. a) Instead of king size bed in Premium room, two small single bed was provided. b) The room TV goes off every 5-10 minutes, showing TV subscription to be added or 'loading data'. c) Reception staff not co-operative. Receipt for payment not given. Cab arranged from airport to hotel charge was double the available rate locally. d) Bathroom: No division between bath space and other. Thus, bathing water remains spilled always. Exhaust not ok. e) Food: Too spicy for any dishes ordered. Cook not competent for all types of cooking. Wrong orders are delivered at times.
