You are in walking distance from all touristic points. The room is clean and fairly spacious. The room gets quite hot during the night and there is no AC, just a fan in the ceiling.

The walls are yellowed and the bathroom ceiling is full of mold. The windows are extremely small. The cleaner entered the room twice before checkout time — once while I was sleeping and another when I was half naked. I found the doors not very secure, and the price is definitely not worth it. It felt like a dirty hostel. The photos must be from a long time ago, when it might have been in good condition. Disappointed!

Le camere nel complesso sono pulite e funzionali, i letti comodi. Le camere sono decisamente da restrutturare e rinnovare, in quanto i muri, i soffitti e alcuni infissi sono molto rovinati dal tempo e dall’umidità.

The room was quite small, I have stayed here before and it seems that the even numbered rooms are larger. The kitchen was very nice to have . There isn’t a lift and I had a small but heavy suitcase so it was a bit cumbersome getting up the stairs with it. If you have mobility issues I would think twice about staying here

W pokoju znajduje się wszystko co potrzebne, w tym aneks kuchenny, lodówka i kosmetyki łazienkowe. Blisko do wszystkich atrakcji turystycznych. Pokoje posiadają ogrzewanie - więc nie ma wilgosci, stęchlizny i zimna w sezonie jesienno-zimowym - czyli tak, jak byliśmy :)

- PETROS (3/5): Για μία μέρα μόνο !!! - Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική για να γνωρίσει κάποιος την πόλη και τα αξιοθέατα αλλά (πολύ βασικό) και κοντά σε σταθμούς του μετρό (ο sao bento) απέχει ελάχιστα. Μύριζε μούχλα και οι φωτογραφίες είναι παραπλανητικές. Δεν είχε κλιματιστικό αλλά έναν ανεμιστήρα οροφής που δεν είχε ταχύτητες με αποτέλεσμα να είναι πολύ δυνατός και ενοχλητικός.

- Patrick (8/5): MUY BUENA UBICACION , APARTAMENTO CÓMODO-DISCRETO - El apartamento se encuentra en plano centro, cercano a todo. La habitación es pequeña pero es que no se necesita más. Tiene una cocinita pequeña que viene muy bien para cualquier tentempié. El Propietario muy amable y contestaba cualquier duda muy rápidamente. Soy malo para dormir y había un pequeño pitido en una sala de máquinas de la planta baja que me ponía algo nervioso jeje (para la mayoría de personas seguro que es insignificante). Compré unos tapones de oídos y listo.

- NITROJUAN (4/5): - Ubicacion Llegue 11hs por suerte tienen lugar donde guardar el equipaje. Llovia mucho en Porto por lo cual a las 14hs volvi al edificio, me quise contactar con la anfitriona y recien 16hs me respondió. Durante 2hs no vi que bajara nadie a hacer la limpieza por lo cual comprobe que no necesitan 5hs para el aseo de la habitacion (11hs a 16hs) poca consideracion para el huesped.
- laurence (6/5): attention aux marches - Bien situé, près du métro Pas d' ascenseur et escalier très raide ( 3 étages), aucun humain à la réception, tout se fait par code, le très petit déjeuner est à commander par internet et est livré à la porte de la chambre .

- Hélène (8/5): Bon séjour - La petite cuisine. Le bruit des autres clients lorsqu'ils rentrent tard pour aller dans leur chambre.
- Melissa (7/5): - Localização muito boa! Porta da casa de banho nao fechava completamente.Ar condicionado no piso superior nâo funcionava corretamente (não resfriava o suficiente). Limpeza podia estar melhor. Cama de solteiro desconfortável.

Close to all.the good stuff, but be aware there are lots of hills and stairs to climb to get to your room Theres no staff on site and the front door handle from the street broke. The air conditioner didnt blow any cold air. It wasnt dirty but it looked a bit worn and in need of a bit of refurbushment. We opted for 2 single beds and they were tiny. The narrowest single beds ive ever seen. Didnt sleep well out of fear of falling out and also being way too hot because of the non functioning aircon. The stairs are very difficult if you are on the upper floors with heavy luggage. I woukdnt stay here again unless i had no other choice
- Diana (8/5): Muy lindo pero el baño puede estar mas privado - Muy comodo y amplio La cocina un poco pequeña y la pared que divide el baño de la habitación es un vidrio opaco. No cerraba la puerta bien. No esta bueno si viajas como yo con familia. No quieres que te vean en el baño.
- Natasa (9/5): Excellent location - Brilliant location. Small but very well maintained room, a bit lack of fresh air because the windows were small and looked on the wall of neighboring buildings. Nice breakfast . Good communication.
