• 73Marco (8/5): A nice hotel - We stayed one night at the hotel and everything was fine. The room was large enough and clean. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is close to the metro station and there's a small park next to it.
• Andrew (8/5): - A convenient location right next to metro and by local airport bus stop. Comfortable room with satisfactory breakfast. Helpful staff. Room 404 though only had a small side window so was a bit gloomy

• Trail55702777766 (2/5): Very bad experience - Location is good but they have a Horrible management. The manager him self is a very rude man that knows nothing about the costumer service. In my two nights stay the sheets and pillow cases never got changed, they even didn’t bother to change the dirty mugs in my room and it stayed there for the rest of my stay. They have construction inside the building so it was noisy almost all day. Second day and second night I had no water in my bathroom so no shower no washing hands for more than 12 hours. Let’s not even talk about breakfast which was truly bad and very limited so you better just ignore that and eat outside. And the worst part was that when I complained the manager yelled at me and said: so what leave and go to another hotel! I told him that you could just say sorry! He said for what !!!! It’s a 3 star hotel we don’t say sorry for our service!! So people if you want to enjoy your time in Tbilisi just stay away from this hotel and it’s nightmares !
• LEEJIN (2/5): 급할때 숙소가 없을따 사용할 집 - 숙소 위치는 너무 좋아요. 역 바로 앞이라서. 그런데 청결은 정말 안좋았어요. 벽지는 얼룩이 있었고 화장실엔 곰팡이가 많았고 샤워헤드에서는 사방으로 물이 튀었어요. 창문이 복도로 나있어서 해가 들지않고 환기를 할 수 없었어요. 방안에 하수구에서 사는 나방이 여러마리 나왔어요
• omaralkassem (10/5): great price - Regarding the view, it was truly breathtaking. Depending on the location of the room, you may have been able to see the ocean, mountains, city skyline, or some other stunning landscape. Whatever the case, it was definitely a sight to behold. The balcony was a great feature, too. It allowed you to step outside and enjoy the view even more, while also getting some fresh air. Depending on the size of the balcony, you may have been able to sit outside and relax, or even have a small table and chairs for eating or working. As for the staff, they were very friendly and accommodating. They may have helped you with your luggage, provided recommendations for local activities or restaurants, or simply greeted you with a warm smile. Their kindness and helpfulness likely added to the overall positive experience of staying in the room. Lastly, the cleanliness of the room was impressive. You may have noticed that everything was spotless and well-maintained, from the bathroom to the bedding to the floors. This likely helped you feel more comfortable and at ease during your stay.

• 1vytautasa (2/5): Not what we expected - Booked this hotel month before our visit for 3 nights, as we liked pictures and deacriptions. However, the hotel canceled our reservation with less than 24hr notice, and refused to provide an alternative. Really want to share this here, as would like to avoid others having this terrible experience.
• Thomasmccandlish (10/5): Warm and welcoming stay. - Excellent stay. All staff were very welcoming and helpful, in particular Lisa. Ideal for exploring Tbilisi. From the start the staff knew my name, helped arrange tours around the city if needed, could point in the direction of amenities needed and arranged my return to the airport.
• Verified traveler (8/5): 安全な場所で便利な立地。 - メトロの駅とバス停のそばでスーパーも両替所もスーパーも目と鼻の先です。観光スポットにも10分も歩くとすぐ行けます。 これくらいの値段のホテルでは何を基準に何を求めるかだと思います。正直、朝ごはんは大変おいしかったのてですが、コバエが1、2匹飛んでいましたし、網戸がないので部屋の掃除が入った後に入ったのか黄金虫が部屋に居たりなどありました。ルームサービスの紅茶のティーバッグはむき出しで、交換してくれたバスタオルの一部が乾ききらずしめっていたことが1度ありました。でもタオルは毎日新しいものに交換されていました。屋上に出る踊り場で洗濯されたタオルが沢山は干されていました。それがその国での基準と受け入れてしまえば快適に過ごせます。それはホテル周辺の街を少し歩くと、現地の人の生活が少しわかってきます。 日本基準のサービスとクオリティを求めるなら、マリオットなどに泊まる事をオススメします。小さなホテルですので子供か階段でさわげば丸聞こえですし、夜中に帰ってくる大人が大声で話せばうるさいてす。普通のアパートの一室の感じでした。 5泊しましたがフロントの方々は皆親切で誰もが毎日声をかけてくれました。オーナーの女性は毎日何をしたのか？と聞いてくるので最終日にはすっかり仲良くなりました。最後に若い男性スタッフさをが大きなスーツケースを歩いて5分くらいのバス停まで運んでくれました。 シャワーやトイレが新しく使い勝手も良かったので私はまた機会があったら利用したいです。

• Juliame75 (10/5): Perfect stay in this lovely hotel - The staff is really helpful, kind and caring... the location is interesting, 1 mn walk of the subway. The room with terrasse is charming. Everything of course perfectly clean ! This was perfection for us. That is why we came twice !!! ;-)

Supermarket, pharmacie and restaurants are around it. Tour guide and private tours available at the hotel with reasonable prices.
• davidyM243SZ (10/5): Excellent - Very friendly and convenient for walking down into town across the river. Only does breakfast but a very nice selection. Staff very helpful. Rooms clean and well appointed and confortable. Beds were big and very comfortable. Near to square and some eating venues.
• ChrigiZH (6/5): Good location - The hotel is very well located. There are Shops, Restaurants, a Metro station and the trinity church nearby. You can also reach old town with a max. 10 minute walk. The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately the rooms itsel were a bit below average. The room and toilets were a bit smelly and the sink was leaking a bit. What I also did not like was that the sheets were only as wide as the mattress and did not go over the edge of the mattress. Make sure that you'll get a room with a window as there are several rooms without! The breakfast was good - but not what you're used to if you're from western europe or the US - still liked it though!
• lizarebello (10/5): Gaumarjos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11 - The staff at the hotel is Amazing. The Manager Liza, is a sheer delight. Also the cleaning staff very obliging. A special mention about George ( the tour guide) and Livan ( the man who drove us around) were very friendly and comfortable. They made our stay pleasant and wonderful. I had so much to take home with me about the culture and traditions of Georgians. It stands true that Georgians and peace loving and lovely people.

• msav2000 (4/5): No Hot Water - Didn't spend enough time in the hotel to review breakfast, but overall impression is cheap in every sense of this world. We had no blanket, had to sleep under a bed cover (nope, not a comforter). In addition, there was no hot water or a warning about it.
• peterbL2311HZ (10/5): Wonderful - We had a great stay in this hotel! The room was nice, big, and very clean. You have the possibility to park your car, so that is very convienent. The hotel manager and her staff were very helpful and enthousiastic! A place to remember and to come back!!
• Love2travel4us (2/5): Don’t do it - Guys, we should have followed our instinct and not even gone in the front door. First, it’s in a TERRIBLE neighborhood. Now, in all our several weeks in Georgia, we never felt unsafe. So not terrible like violent. But very sketchy and not tourist-friendly. We didn’t want to offend our kind driver by telling him to not even stop (what if this was nicer than where he lived?) so we went in. The front façade and lobby is really very nice. And I truly can’t say enough about the front desk staff- incredibly kind and helpful. But- the room reeked of sewer, dead animal, vomit, I don’t know what. We called right away and they had no other room. We explained the situation and they sent housekeeping right up. But she just sprayed some Lysol and left. We left to go eat and thought maybe it would be better. We couldn’t find a place to eat that seemed safe, so went back, and it was even worse. It was in the carpet, and there was no window to even open. After 3 weeks in Europe our funds were dwindling, but we couldn’t do it. We paid for the night and checked out, and paid for a whole different hotel. We went to the Holiday Inn Tbilisi and had a superb experience. Worth every penny.
• Carlos (10/5): - My Top 5: 1. Location: steps from the Metro, 1 station to Freedom Square, 2 stations to Rustaveli Avenue. Walking distance to Europe Square and from there to the Old Town. 2. Excellent breakfast for a small hotel 3. Wonderful views of Tbilisi from the 6th floor terrace 4. Lovely, warm and flexible staff. Some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. 5. Clean, comfortable rooms, adequate size. For the infrequent traveler the area may seem a bit rough around the edges but it’s safe, it’s just busy.
• Suresh042015 (10/5): "Hotel with a Heart" - We were in Georgia for a holiday around the first week of April 2018. Tbilisi was our last stop and we stayed at Hotel Piazza. The hotel was selected based on all the reviews we saw on Trip Advisor and we were not at all disappointed. Liza, the manager is an exceptional host. The owner is also around and carries an attitude that ensures guests are kept happy well taken care of. Young George at the reception and all the other staff were polite and extremely helpful. There is genuine warmth in how they treat their guests and this is a hotel we wouldn't mind going back again and again. During our holiday we had an emergency we have a lot of gratitude for the empathy and support extended by the hotel.
• Verified traveler (8/5): 地下鉄駅前のホテル - 地下鉄入口のそばにあるホテル。Tsminda Sameba Cathedralやロープウェイの駅などへ歩いて行け、観光に好立地。歯ブラシなどのアメニティやスリッパ、バスローブなどはそろっている。私の泊まった部屋は窓が廊下に面していため、ほとんどカーテンを閉めていたがそれ以外は快適に過ごせるホテル。スタッフはフレンドリー。朝食は種類は多くないが少数精鋭で美味しかった。コストパフォーマンスも良く、立地重視の人におすすめ！
• Olga (10/5): Приятная гостиница - Хорошая гостиница в одном шаге от метро. Чисто, уютно, удобно, терраса с красивым видом на крыше, за углом небольшой супермаркет, также рядом небольшой фермерский рынок. До старого города пешком минут 7-10 по симпатичной улочке. Wi-Fi работает стабильно. Не очень порадовала только близость дороги, её было слышно в номере. И завтрак не совсем на наш вкус: вместо сытных сложных блюд, которые мало кто ест на завтрак, побольше бы сыра, овощей, зелени, выпечки. Но в целом гостиницу однозначно рекомендую.
• con310 (8/5): Prime Location - The location of this hotel is very convenient, close and walkable to all popular attractions, super markets and the avalbari metro station. We landed in Tblisi at 3AM and took the night airport bus which runs every hour to the city costing just 0.5 Gel per person. In about 20 minutes, we reached Avalabari and the hotel was just a five minutes walk. Make sure you have the right change for the bus since the driver won’t be carrying any. When we were waiting for the bus at the airport, we were approached by a few taxi drivers who were insisting to take a ride and none were charging less than 50GEL. Beware of them since the bus ride costs only 0.5Gel. At the hotel, George was very helpful and guided us on the shortest routes to all the nearby attractions. The room was clean and decent, breakfast had a decent spread of Georgian food and we enjoyed all the dishes.
• choi_mina (10/5): My home in Georgia - Liza is the best, super nice, her superb positive energy cheers people up all the time. Apart this super nice host, the location is very convenient as well, subway is like right in front of the hotel, bus station takes you across the river to the centre. Another plus is since we are staying in this hotel for 11nights, they upgraded our room where you can see the whole old Tbilisi. For me, breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and the breakfast in Hotel Piazza is amazing, its so delicious, everyday they have different menu. About TV, they have so many channels, Korean, Indian, Russian(my bf enjoyed watching tv series, felt like we are home), English and many music channels too. Usually I don't write reviews like this long, but the experience in Hotel Piazza was one of my best memory in Georgia.
• Mousedog9 (10/5): WOW!!! Felt like home! - A MUST stay! Liza was the perfect host. We felt like royalty. Upon our arrival, we were upgraded to a city view room with no additional costs. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was tasteful! The location is extremely convenient, we walked to all the attractions around Tbilisi. Our departing flight was late at night. Liza invited to stay at the hotel and gave us hot drinks and made us so comfortable which usually is a real pain. George helped us until we left in our car for the airport. Truly amazing experience and would recommend to anyone!
• Anton (10/5): Новый год на Авлабаре - Останавливался со своей девушкой в отеле Piazza на Новый год. Выбрал семейный номер с балконом и видом на город (комната 503) именно из-за вида и ни разу не пожалел, вид был прямо на крепость Нарикала, а под окнами армянская церковь. Очень душевно попить с утра кофе, а вечером вина с таким видом перед глазами. Сама гостиница новая, работает с 2016 г., пятый этаж вообще открыли только полгода назад. На данный момент все чистое и свежее. Горничная убирала в номере каждый день. Администраторы на рецепции очень отзывчивые, помогали со всеми вопросами. Завтраки весьма неплохие для гостиницы среднего ценового диапазона - есть и выбор, и все довольно вкусно. На Новый год хозяева отеля организовали для гостей сладкий стол с вином. Мы с девушкой сперва собирались выпить по пару бокалов и идти в город смотреть праздничный концерт, но в итоге получилось такое душевное застолье, что никуда мы так и не пошли))) Из плюсов, гостиница очень удачно расположена географически, в 20 метрах от Авлабарской прощади. Можно пешком дойти до любых достопримечательностей в центре. Если идти лень или надо сэкономить время, то около нее всегда пасутся таксисты, а станция метро Авлабари находится в ста метрах. Рядом есть пару продуктовых магазинов и рыночек с фруктами. Минусы, наверное. тоже можно было бы найти, но настроение было такое благостное, что не стали искать.
• OliveG38 (10/5): Like home away from home! - We enjoyed a lovely trip with my friends in scenic Tbilisi Georgia The choice of the hotel that we made in advance was a a good one. Hotel Piazza, an old hotel with charm of past times well kept and proper, clean and comfortable hotel in the center of Tbilisi. . The hotel features a cosy but elegant lobby. It is located in the city centre and Taxis are easy find. We are billeted in a spacious room with terrace affording impressive view of the mountain. The host (Liza) especially catered to our request to be in a room with a view, and what a view! the mountains of Tbilisi! Every morning we are welcomed by the cool breeze of Georgia winter. The room is immaculate and with all the amenities, it is homely in the best sense. The rooms are quiet even with open windows. Our breakfast is in a charming lighted dining room with a decently sized breakfast buffet features a selection of cosmopolitan and Georgian food. Excellent hot coffee and chocolate! Service is impeccable. Reception staff is kind , polite and speaks good english. Liza, the lady at the front desk who took care of us both check in and check out was very friendly and kind even talking to the local taxis to get us to our destination. The hotel staff are unfailingly friendly and helpful. Commendable were the guys George , our young funny smart tour guide and Levan and Grezia our tour drivers. Levan invited us to taste the best pork barbeque in his father’s resto, and with some Georgian food and how to eat it. It’s delicious and fun! They went out of their way to find us the best coffee and chocolate which we tasted in our hotel breakfast. I miss this hotel , the staff and the weather a lot! When being again in Georgia this will be the hotel i will choose again. It is always a pleasure to come back.🌸🌸❤️❤️
• rosaliab15 (10/5): Superb Hotel! If you want a relaxing holiday choose HOTEL PIAZZA! - I don't normally write reviews unless I had an overall amazing experience. Hotel Piazza and its staff did such a wonderful job during our stay, specially Liza, George, Levan and Gricia. They always make sure that their guests are happy and safe. Helpful and most friendly staff ever to the point that we became friends and made a group in whatsap.lol Fortunately everything about this hotel was exceptional. It was clean, vintage atmosphere, room was well equipped and comfortable. I am so in love with the balcony and its overlooking wonderful view. Food was beyond good and great value for money. Special thanks to George, Levan, as well to Levan's father, for the amazing dinner from his restaurant (i forgot the name of the resto but you should try guys! you will have a happy tummy!) and Gricia, thank you guys for showing us how beautiful Georgia is and its regions. And to the best Hotel Manager, Liza, we appreciate your hospitality, for extending efforts and great assistance. We miss you already guys. I was very pleased with my stay, although its short but its sweet at the same time. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Big hug and kisses from Dubai. - ROSE
