• Jannyne (8/5): Cozy B&B with a friendly host! Would recommend - Very friendly and accommodating host! Cozy room with private bathroom. Nice and close to the metro. Nice to have a lift to the 5th floor (just walk up one flight first and you’ll find it). We had to leave early in the morning to catch our train, but Georgia brought us yogurt, muffins and fruit so we would still have something to eat.

Die Suite im Palazzo war toll mit dem Ausblick auf den Platz und die Kirche. Die Suite ist sehr geräumig und auch das Bettsofa war sehr bequem zum schlafen. Grosses Bad mit einer grossen Dusche. Das Frühstück ist typisch italienisch mit viel Süssem (Früchteplatte mit Müesli und Joghurt sowie selbstgemachten Kuchen) sowie Focaccia und Käse und Schinken. Achtung der Aufzug fährt erst am dem 1. Stock. Sie müssen Ihr Gepäck einige Stufen hochtragen. nichts

Map provided and restaurants to choose from! Thank you Giorgio! When we arrived , the first taxi did not drive us to the B&B and gave poor directions., Thankfully Gorgio came and helped us with directions and bagage !!! ❤️

Colazione super e accoglienza fantastica di Giorgio che ci ha fatto subito sentire a casa. Parcheggio vicino a pagamento Bagno privato esterno. Tutto perfetto
• Neferseti82 (7/5): Appartamento in pieno centro. - Struttura in pieno centro storico, a pochi metri da Piazza De Ferrari. Giorgio, l'host è stato davvero accogliente e molto disponibile. Colazione eccezionale con prodotti salati e dolci servita in una sala comune. La camera davvero spaziosa e pulita. sarebbe opportuno fornire in camera una sedia con un posto per poter lavorare. Da rivedere la doccia della camera Verde Bosco, davvero molto angusta e il miscelatore non funzionava benissimo.

• Pini (9/5): Grande piccoli leoni. - La posizione veramente centrale. Camera, salottino e bagno molto confortevoli ma la vera sorpresa arriva al mattino con una colazione fantastica. Di tutto, yogurt con cereali, frutta abbondante e varia, salato e dolce e a richiesta uova strapazzate. Squisita la gentilezza di Giorgio e Antonella. Tutto benissimo, come a casa.

Une belle grande chambre bien décorée, cosy, bonne literie, un hôte Giorgio au petit soin, tellement serviable et un incroyable petit déjeuner servi à table avec des produits de qualité et de belles quantités. Je voyage beaucoup mais cette fois-ci, PÉPITE je vous l’assure !! Essayez ! Rien à redire

• Axelle (10/5): Séjour idéal, à refaire ! - La chambre est spacieuse et confortable. La salle de bain est grande et bien agencée. La situation géographique est idéale, proche des monuments historique, des gares de train et au pied du métro, quartier calme et restaurants et bars à proximité. Giorgio nous a accueilli avec élégance, son petit déjeuner complet est magnifique avec un cake maison délicieux ! Son sens du service et ses recommandations de sorties sont irréprochables, merci !

• neil (9/5): Beautiful townhouse - The hosts were amazing, couldn’t do enough for us, the information on the local area and restaurant recommendations were helpful. The breakfasts were exceptional! It was lovely to stay in an Italian townhouse right in the centre of Genoa. Everything was great, it was just a little tricky as our en suite wasn’t en suite, it was across the hall. We understand why as it’s an old property, it was just unusual, but it didn’t spoil our stay at all. We would definitely visits again and would highly recommend it.

Заселение произошло легко, быстро, Giorgio всегда был на связи и дал советы по поводу парковки, а также прислал список рекомендаций по ресторанам. А утром нас ждал потрясающий и очень вкусный завтрак от самого Giorgio 🤤 Успехов и процветания вам, видно, когда человек относится к своему делу с душой!

• Reismichl (10/5): Genuese für ein Wochenende - Das "Kleine Löwen" an der Piazza San Matteo ist ein echtes Schmuckstück : das Gebäude ist uralt und beeindruckend, die Piazza mit der wunderschönen kleinen Kirche, der Bar und den Restaurants Italien pur. Zu Fuß bist Du gleich überall : auch Ausflüge ins Umland sind unkompliziert zu organisieren. Das Frühstück ist frisch zubereitet .Giorgio aufmerksam und am sehr Wohl seiner Kunden interessiert. Und es gibt sogar einen winzigen - etwas unheimlichen- Aufzug um den man auch sehr froh ist.

Wirkungsvolle Hilfe auch bei Problemen, die nicht das B&B betreffen. Absprachen zu 100 % verlässlich. Sehr sauberes Haus. Lage inmitten des Herzens Genuas - konnten nahezu alles zu Fuß erreichen. Viele verschiedene kulturelle Highlights in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gastronomie für jeden Geschmack und in jeder Preisklasse zahlreich im näheren Umkreis. Meckern auf hohem Niveau: Zimmer und privates Bad lagen einander gegenüber - wir mussten das Zimmer verlassen und über den Flur zum Duschen oder auf die Toilette gehen. Gewöhnungsbedürftig. Aber: Sensationell viel Platz!

• Catinella (8/5): - Questo B&B si trova in un elegante palazzo storico in centro a Genova. La posizione è invidiabile. La nostra camera era molto spaziosa e pulitissima. Il materasso molto comodo. I cuscini un po’ alti ma ci si adatta. Il bagno comodissimo, con vasca, doccia, phon e molti asciugamani. Colazione buonissima, abbondante, e personale veramente accogliente. L’unica pecca di questa struttura sono i serramenti delle porte, a mio parere ormai superati, e l’insonorizzazione. Dall’esterno della camera si potevano sentire le voci e i movimenti degli altri ospiti. Inoltre, dalle 7:30 del mattino si poteva sentire un rumore continuo, probabilmente di un boiler, che mi ha svegliata e che ha disturbato il mio riposo. Peccato! Data la giusta attenzione a questi accorgimenti, la struttura si meriterebbe un bel 10.

• Heraldo (6/5): Uma experiência satisfatória - O café da manhã estava excelente, o atendimento do anfitrião foi muito bom e a localização também é muito boa. A Única coisa que não gostei foi que o banheiro ficava fora do quarto, o que tirou um pouco a nossa privacidade, além de ter que subir alguns degraus de escada para chegar ao elevador.

La bellezza del palazzo e della piazza su cui affaccia Forse non avrei messo certe decorazioni (pinocchio, personaggi delle fiabe, credo anche Trilly...) ma è questione di gusti!

El desayuno, lo mejor de todo, muy completo, focaccia, yogur, fruta, pastel,..todo casero y muy bueno. La cama era muy cómoda. Muy bonita la decoración y los detalles. Nos dieron la habitación que no tiene el baño dentro, está en el pasillo y es muy incómodo. Si nos hubieran avisado, hubiéramos llevado pijama o algo cómodo para salir al baño. Para una noche vale, pero para 3 noches es incómodo. También la habitación olía mal, como a cloaca y tuvimos que dormir con el balcón abierto porque no se podía aguantar. No sé si las otras huelen mal también. Una pena estos dos detalles.

• florence (10/5): Un séjour parfait à tous points de vue. - Magnifique appartement situé en haut de la vieille ville, à deux minutes du centre de Gênes. Des chambres spacieuses, propres, décorées avec bon goût. L'accueil est chaleureux et surtout le petit déjeuner est royal !

Et pour finir, Giorgio a éte trés attentionné à nos demandes. Ils nous a accompagné jusqu'à la reservation du taxi pour notre départ. Merci La literie et la douche.
• Roberta (8/5): Genova a piedi - Staff disponibilissimo, il titolare ci è venuto incontro per la colazione con le ns esigenze alimentari e con la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in struttura prima del check in e dopo il check out. Ci ha anche consigliato un buon locale per il.ns pranzo vegano. Posizione centralissima, comodo per muoversi a piedi senza alcun problema. La struttura è molto carina, semplice, ma arredata con gusto. La colazione super apprezzata. In partivolare focaccia tipica deliziosa e piatto di frutta superbo. Unico neo, bagno un po' rumoroso, soprattutto la notte. Attrezzatevi se avete il sonno leggero oppure provate a chiedere un'altra delle 3 ulteriori camere disponibili, il titolare saprà sicuramente venirvi incontro.

• Johanna (9/5): - The B&B is in the centre, just below the Piazza de Ferrari and a good starting point for walking around the city. We had plenty of space, a sitting room, big bedroom and bathroom. You can ask the host Giorgio for restaurant and museum tips. Breakfast was really good with eggs, yoghurt, fresh fruits and focaccia and something sweet. It might get noisy at night during summertime. We were there in January and kept the windows mostly closed so for us it was allright.

• carmela (7/5): - La colazione è l'unica cosa che non mi ha soddisfatto a pieno, era fin troppo salutare essendo un weekend di piacere non era il mio intento mangiare sano. Questa è stata l'unica pecca non c'era molta scelta al riguardo per il resto tutto ok. C'era molta frutta, torte fatte in casa e yogurt che sono prodotti che non amo per la colazione.

La posizione del b&b per noi si è rivelata eccellente, centrale e silenziosa, a 10 minuti dalla Stazione Brignole e con un punto informazioni turistiche a portata di mano. L'unica cosa da rinnovare un pochino potrebbe essere la stanza da bagno.
