- ndidi marian (1/5): I should have really checked properly before confirming my booking. - The outside was good with little parking space, the shower drainage was blocked, the watching hand basin was blocked aswell, the toilet was system was damaged and could not flush, very dirty, we have to ask to change room. Which they did the second room that was given the bed was making lot of noise, they never came to clean, it was the worst hotel we have ever booked. I can not recommend anyone. Nothing, it was only close to the city.

- Mohammed (1/5): Terribile stay - The view Shower was leaking, causing water to flood the entire bathroom floor, the staff resolution for the problem was to block the shower entrance with two towels and just imagine how they smelled. In 4 days they never changed towels or sheets. The floor was covered in dust, making it uncomfortable to walk around without shoes. The kitchen sink had visible grease stains, which was quite unpleasant and unsanitary. No attention for cleaning, no customer care. Not recommended

- David (8/5): We enjoyed relaxing by and in the pool with fantastic views - From the pool, (and some rooms) the hotel has fantastic views of Cesme across to Chios, Greece with natural shade provided by trees. It's a short walk down a hill to the historic centre. The bus to the other side of Cesme is on the doorstep. Generally, the staff need a touch greater initiative and energy on cleanliness. Rooms should be outfitted with basic supplies. Some knowledge of the area's activities or brochures would be appreciated. The new building behind the old one, which we stayed in, needs thought given to design: what is the purpose of a full-sized dishwasher, but no clothes washer? It would be very easy to boost this hotel's rating to a 10.

Reinste Katastrophe - Zimmer garnicht sauber und zu klein - Bad nur eklig überall Rost, schmutzig und verkalkt. - Seife stinkt es riecht nicht mal schön - keine Tagesdecke vorhanden - für ein Babybett müssten wir extra 250 Lira zahlen - Waschbecken verstopft, Wasser fliest nicht ab, Föhn kaputt funktioniert nicht!!! - sogar ein Tag wurde unser Zimmer nicht mal geputzt für Klopapier mussten wir Personal ansprechen und für saubere Handtücher genauso - Personal ok aber der Chef/ Inhaber was auch immer, schaut dich nicht mal an beim reden und hat nicht mal ein lächeln im Gesicht! - Das Wasser stinkt im Zimmer - Pool ok - Man darf kein Essen oder Trinken von draußen mitnehmen, aber haben es trotzdem gemacht, habe ein Kleinkind sorry!! - Ist nicht empfehlenswert bitte bucht wo anders - ah und der „Kaffee“ wenn man es Kaffee nennen kann, es hat nur eklig gestunken. selbst 1€ Kaffee beim Lidl schmeckt besser !!!

- Atcali (8/5): We would recommend - Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful towards our stay we stayed only one night the hotel facilities was in good condition and it was mostly clean had easy access to the marina and town centre so we would recommend the solmaz Hotel The shower wasn't deep cleaned I assume the reason was there wasn't enough time to clean after the last guest

- Scott (10/5): very nice stay, will recommend it and definitely will stay again - close to downtown of Cesme, 10 minute walk. since it is located on the hill, it over looks at the city with the pool. you can not get a better place at this rate. And the staff which they are the owners they are very helpful and very nice people. Bathroom it is small, because of that no shower door, but they clean the room and shower every day very nicely

- BUKET (8/5): Daha iyi olsun isterim - Oda güzeldi, ama temizlik açısından daha titiz çalışılabilir, yatak altindan rüzgardan tozlar çıktı, lekeli çarşaf serilmişti ve banyoda önceki müşteriden kalma şeyler duruyordu, kahvaltı her gün aynı ve çok az çeşitti, pandemi bahanesiyle tabakları çalışan kadın dolduruyordu ama ekmeği çayı elinizle kendiniz alıyordunuz, havuz başındaki tuvaletlerde sabun yoktu ve dezenfektan da, odaya da sadece 2 duş jeli konmuştu sabun vs yoktu.

Çünkü güç kaynağında unutabilirmişiz. Otel odalarına ulaşmak için 2 tane ayrı 30-40 basamak merdiven çıkıyorsunuz. Buraya kadar Asansör yok . Odaların olduğu binada asansör çoğunlukla bozuk. Otel odasında 5 gün boyunca duş alamadım çünkü su hem çok az akıyor hem de asla sıcak akmıyor. wifi ye sadece 10 dk bağlanabildim sonrasında hep hata verdi. Kahvaltı son derece vasattı. 8-10 arasında ki kahvaltıya 9 u biraz geçince gidince azalan hiç bir yiyeceği yenilemiyorlar sorunca da bitti cevabı alıyorsunuz . Hiç anlamadığım neden bu kadar kabalar ve nezaketten yoksunlar ? Hiç bir şekilde memnun kalmadım asla önermiyorum paranıza yazık . Acele karar verip araştırmadan geldik. Bize ders olsun !

- Falko (10/5): Tolles Hotel mit Blick auf den Hafen von Çeşme - Tolles Hotel in schöner Lage mit Blick auf den Hafen von Çeşme. Die Zimmer waren hell, freundlich und modern eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer sehr hilfsbereit. Das inbegriffene Frühstück konnte man am Pool bei einer super Aussicht über den Hafen genießen. Für uns war es ein toller Zwischenstopp und wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Our room was nice, the kids wish we had stayed longer to try out the pool! The location was nice and quiet, the only reason I rated it down slightly was that it was a bit far from the city center and a bit uphill from any shops. Nice views from the hotel though, and not far from the main bus terminal.

Odada su bile yoktu işin komik tarafı çıkış yaptığımızda iki küçük su kullanmışsınız deyip ücret talep ettiler (şaka gibi). Hotels com da Ücreti otelde euro olarak ödeyin dendiği için euro ödedik ama paramızın üstünü tam alamadık. Kahvaltıda otel çalışanı çok mutsuz ve ilgisizdi. Sonuç olarak kesinlikle gitmeyin diyeceğim bir otel ve parasını hiç mi hiç haketmiyor...
- Sevil (8/5): Oldukça memnun kaldık - Otelin konumu oldukça iyiydi, Çeşmenin neresinden taksiye binersek binelim oteli ve konumunu herkes biliyordu. Otel sahipleri ve çalışanlar oldukça kibardı tüm sorularımıza yardımcı oldular. Kaldığımız oda küçüktü ama temiz ve düzgündü biz çok memnun kaldık zaten oteli sadece aksam uyumak icin kullandıgımızdan dolayı temizlik ve lokasyonu en önemli kriterlerimizdi.
