Essendo un viaggiatore con carrozzina ,avevo chiesto una camera per ospiti disabili , ricevuta conferma ma di fatto la camera non era disponibile (già impegnata) . La camera assegnatami era impossibile (la carrozzina non entrava nel bagno) . Ho ricevuto una stanza più grande (apprezzabile) ma di fatto poco o nulla accessibile. Avrei gradito essere avvisato. Inoltre il personale notturno non aveva molta dimestichezza con l'inglese

- Kemal (4/5): - Otel temizliği, kahvaltısı ve çalışanları gayet iyi. Ancak, danışmada duran (söylendiğine göre amir) hanımefendinin iletişiminde ciddi sorun var. Düğünümüz için konakladığımız otelde bazı ricalarımız oldu, ancak hiçbir konuda yardımcı olmadılar.

Sabah kahvaltısı da gayet başarılıydı. Aşçı özel olarak ilgilendi ve kendi tavsiyelerini bize sundu. Neyi neyle yersek daha lezzetli olur, şunu da deneyin. Bunu bununla karıştırarak yiyin, vs. gibi fikirlerde bulundu. Çok samimi geldi bana bu. Ayrıca otel çok temizdi. Yani tüm bu güzelliklere karşılık rakamlar da çok uygundu. Yani geçiş güzergahımda diye kaldım. Hatta İzmir’de kalacaktım ama İzmir’e çok yakın olup rakam olarak da oradaki otellerden uyguna, konforlu ve temiz bir otelde kalmayı tercih ettim. İyi ki kalmışım hatta öylesine bir zamanda bile gidip kalınır bu otelde. Spa, havuz, hamam, sauna her şey çok özenliydi. Defalarca otellerde kalan biri olarak şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum.

- Ellen (10/5): - Very clean and modern hotel with beautiful indoor pool and gym. Wish we could stay longer than a day. But staffs especially restaurant staffs need a bit of training. Went in to have dinner and the restaurant was totally empty and two waiters were looking at their phones and didn’t pay any attention to customers. I had to go out and ask where to sit etc. They kept talking to each other and didn’t take orders

- Ben (6/5): Building is newish staff friendly but could be better. - Proximity to customer, walking distance. Excellent and hotel felt new. Friendly restaurant staff. Very noisy, could hear everyone in reception all night till 3am and that was a Monday night. Bed was like a plank of wood, very hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast was awful. Basically, bread, bread, cheese, cheese and yoghurt.

- Paul (9/5): Superb Stay with Great staff and Superb Food - Superb stay with great and attentive staff. The food in the restaurant was excellent and very good value. A big thanks to Hasan, Art yom and the restaurant manager who really looked after us. A small walk through the back of the hotel takes you to other restaurants, Litany was superb and whilst Palet was very good however I think we were unfortunately overcharged. The Spa area is superb and massages excellent from the Indonesian ladies. The pictures are a little misleading as it looks like there is an outdoor pool at the rear of the property which is actually a large water feature with fountains. There is only an indoor pool which is very nice indeed and can be accessed from a small sunbathing area. The rooms are clean and comfortable and would benefot from full black out curtains and the sun does shine through early in the morning. Wifi was a little hit and miss for us.

Tüm koşulların daha da zorlu hale geldiği ülkemizde , işini hala iyi yapan kurum ve tesislerin olması insanı çok mutlu ediyor. Çok başarılı , ihtiyacı tam karşılayan , tertemiz bir otel. Spa hizmetlerinin de olması işin süprizi ve daha da keyifli kılan bir avantaj.

Sabah açık büfe kahvaltısı gerçekten kaliteli ve sakin. Otelin konumu aracınız varsa şehir merkezine 3-4dakika. Yürüyerek gidilebilecek bir konumda değil. Shuttle servisi sağlanabilir. :) Tekrar teşekkürler.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - We just wanted to pay for minibar with my crdit card and for room with company card. but always the receptionist couldnt understand us and paid all with private card. They are receptionist so they must know how to cancle the card payment, but they didnt know. it was already two times. I think they must learn it. except that it is nice place.
