Recomendable 100% El acceso al edificio y el apartamento depende únicamente de un acceso electrónico por el móvil, no hay llave física lo cual es un poco angustioso pues dependes de tener batería en el teléfono todo el tiempo para. O quedarte en la calle e incomunicado en caso de necesitar asistencia del equipo.

Χρειάζεται περισσότερο προσωπικό ενδιαφέρον και όχι όλα απρόσωπα Δεν γίνεται να χρεώνεις τον πελάτη για 4 ώρες παραπάνω που ζητάει να αφήσει τις βαλίτσες αφού το αεροπλάνο του φεύγει πιο αργά.

• Alba (3/5): Trato con el personal no muy bueno - El alojamiento en si está bien, es un apartamento en un edificio antiguo hecho todo pisos de alquiler en el centro de Madrid. cuando llegamos la cisterna del baño no funcionaba (no tiraba la cadena), éramos 3 personas en el piso (por trabajo) y obviamente era un problema. Contacté con el personal y dijeron que durante la tarde nos mandarían al de mantenimiento (era la 13h de la tarde). No vino y a las 12h de la noche, después de llamar y que nos dijeran que no nos daban ninguna solución, nos tocó abrir la cisterna para ve que pasaba. Conseguimos hacerla funcionar pero tardaba 15 min en recargarse con un ruido descomunal. Al día siguiente vino el de mantenimiento, dijo que la cisterna había sido manipulada (obviamente ya que éramos 3 y tuvimos que abrirla para hacer que funcionara) y que la cisterna era vieja y era normal esos 15min de recarga. El trato con el personal no nos gustó mucho. Ademas, la mampara de la ducha estaba rota y los enchufes del baño estaban descolgados (los cables al aire).
• Caterina (8/5): our stay was great and the apartment was confortable and exactly what we were hoping for. - the apartment was very nice and easy to access, we had no problems checking in and the phone automated lock was very useful. the location was great, right next to the metro and several bus stops, as well as many stores and supermarkets. The apartment was very clean and tidy, and they made sure there were enough towels for all of us, which was appreciated. the only draw back was that the couch bed wasn't so comfortable, there was something sticking out a bit right in the middle of it, which made it hard to lay very comfortably, but it wasn't too bad. it is also important to mention that the apartment doesn't have a lot of natural light, even with both the windows open, but that is mainly because it is on a ground floor like level, so is partially expected.

Czyste mieszkanie. Wyposażona kuchnia. Szerokie łóżko. 1. Niewygodna sofa w salonie stanowiąca łóżko dla córki. Trzeba było umiejętnie się ułożyć bo stelaż był wyczuwalny. 2. Brak trzeciego krzesła przy stoliku a mieszkanie dla 3 osób. 3. Brak mydła do rąk w łazience i zapasu papieru toaletowego. 4. Twarde poduszki do spania.

La calefacción y Wifi fueron impecables. Muy recomendable. El código de ingreso nunca llegó y tuvimos que esperar afuera mucho tiempo con frío hasta que se solucionó por teléfono. Hubiera sido más fácil tener una llave.

Durante mi estadía hubo una fuga grave en el baño que provenía del apartamento de arriba, por lo que no fue responsabilidad mía. La única solución que me ofrecieron fue cambiarme a otro apartamento con una ubicación muy mala, sin ninguna compensación por las molestias. La gestión del problema fue poco profesional y nada justa para el huésped. Muy decepcionante experiencia.

• David (8/5): - El estado del piso muy nuevo y cuidado todo. La ubicación buenísima. También me gustó mucho lo bien programada que estaba la web para abrir el portal y la puerta del piso, muy fina y rápida. El ruido super molesto de la nevera, hacía una vibración cada X tiempo seguramente por estar mal collada con el mueble o tener alguna parte mal sujeta. Tampoco nos gustó que el colchón del sofá cama tuviera aún el plástico puesto de nueva, no lo quitamos por si acaso pero es que hacía ruido al moverse. Debería quitarse y poner un protector de colchón normal y corriente.
• Marta (3/5): To było wkurzające. - Świetna lokalizacja, Wygodne łóżko w sypialni. Czysta łazienka. Wiele techniki w kuchni. W apartamencie nie było gorącej wody. Nie było nawet ciepłej wody. To było straszne - po 8-godzinowym spacerze nie mieć możliwości wziąć prysznic, i tak było przez 2 dni, które tam spędziłyśmy. (Podpytałam nawet sąsiedzi - oni mieli gorącą wodę) Do Madrytu przyjechałam no koncert Rickey Martina, to musiałam czajnikiem grzać wodę, żeby umyć głowę. Coś mi się wydaje, że to nie warto tych piniędzy, które zapłaciłam.

• Ricardo (9/5): Excelente ubicación + excelente relación calidad-precio. - La ubicación es excelente, está a metros de Fuencarral que tiene un montón de servicios, sin estar en el meollo de los turistas. El apartamento es cómodo, los muebles no son ninguna maravilla pero están ok. El piso tiene una muy buena relación calidad precio. Para mi tiene un gran problema de luz, no tiene luces bajas y las de techo son blancas como de hospital. El AC va un poco mal, estuve en verano y tardaba mucho en largar aire frío.

• Nicholas (9/5): Superb - Sandoval is a charming property within walking distance of various shops, delightful cafes, restaurants, and Bilbao Metro. The apartment is bright and modern, with excellent facilities, including a toaster, fridge-freezer, cooking utensils, iron, and other household items. The bathroom also has a hairdryer. The apartment has a sofa bed and a comfortable bed in the bedroom. Next to the apartment is a Chinese convenience store with many useful items, and it sells the coins needed for the washing machine located on the top floor of Sandoval. Collecting and returning the keys was a simple process. The elevator was not working on arrival, so we had to carry two heavy suitcases up to the 4th floor, which was ok but not ideal after a 12-hour flight. Hopefully, this has been fixed now.
• Angelina (8/5): Very good - Great location, near to restaurants, shops and metro stations. It was worm and has everything that you may need. It is definitely NOT for 4 persons. The sofa is small and only one can sleep on it.

The AC is good but it’s location isn’t really great as it blows straight into your face in the Living room. I asked for the location of where to put the trash (received reply two days later after we already left) Told them that the elevator wasn’t working (replied one day later after we already left)

• Melanie (9/5): Very good stay - I stayed here for two weeks. It was a super bright, clean and spacious apartment. Internet was fast and worked very well. It is also very quiet even though you’re in the middle of everything. Easy communication with host They ask you to take out the trash before you leave , which I do not understand . They also do not refurnish with toilet paper or coffee/ tea when they clean once a week

• Serena (9/5): Comfortable, quiet and lovely place to stay in a wonderful area of Madrid. Would stay here again. - This was our second time staying in this building. We had apartment 3IA. It was a wonderful base for us in Madrid. Location: Situated just off Calle de Fuencarral on the edge of Chamberí and Malaseña. Closest metro stations are Bilbao and San Bernardo. Within 15 mins walking distance of Gran Vía. Supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl, 24/7 Carrefour) are all very close. Lovely restaurants and bars in the surrounds. Bedroom: Very quiet despite the restaurants below. Clean and warm bedding. Small balcony facing the sun from around noon onwards with a gorgeous view of sunset. Kitchen / Living Area: Opens out to two beautiful balconies. There is a comfortable couch, TV and small dining table. Air conditioning is fantastic and cools down the entire apartment. Ample cooking utensils, dishes and glassware. Fridge / freezer is large and works well. Dishwasher is fantastic with two dishwashing tablets provided. There is also dishwashing liquid for handwashing dishes. We purchased our own sponges as there were none in the apartment. Bathroom: One set of small toiletries was provided, including a small shampoo, shower gel and moisturiser. Two toilet paper rolls were provided. Shower was large and comfortable. There were two hairdryers in the drawers, one of which didn't work. Entrance: Digital code into the building. There is an elevator and stairs that you can take up to the apartment. Entrance to the apartment is with a key. Laundry: We didn't use it this time due to the poor experience last time. Instead, we went to the LavanderiaXpress at Calle del Cardenal Cisneros 31, which is both card (via app) and coin-operated. There are ironing facilities, a safe and a drying rack in the wardrobe of the apartment. It was great to be able to dry our laundry on the balcony. Wifi: Fast and reliable. - The bed was comprised of two single beds pushed together and both were equally uncomfortable, as were the pillows. It was difficult to have a good night's sleep. - Wardrobe was situated at the front of the apartment upon entering through the front door. It would make more sense for it to be in the bedroom. - There is a lack of bench space for food preparation. - Several of the electricity sockets around the apartment did not work. - The coffee machine takes pods but seems to be broken as it just squishes the pods without breaking the seals to make coffee. - We were only provided with one set of towels. We used the oncall phone number and reception number, as well as wrote messages via Booking to request another set, though no response was received for 3 days due to it being the weekend followed by a public holiday in Madrid. In this time, we found another set of towels hidden in the back of a top cupboard of the wardrobe, which required standing on a chair to see and even reach. It was very strange. - The handheld showerhead needs fixing. It doesn't fasten in a fixed position very well, so will slip from a high position into a lower position gradually when showering.

• Petro (8/5): Very good - Location is great. Very close to nice restaurants, the two are immediately in front of the apartment. However, the street itself is quiet and feels safe. Wireless internet was very fast. The building, where the apartment is located, is quite old but kept in a very good condition. It has a beautiful entrance and a very atmospheric wooden staircase There was some not nice smell from the bathroom. Some kitchen shelves were not working properly. There was no basic cooking items like oil or some seasoning. The sheets and bed headboard had several small burnt holes (from cigarettes or something else).
• Serena (10/5): Surprised by the comfort and location. Have booked to stay here again for a future trip. - This was booked as a last-minute stay. The location is set back from the main street Calle de Fuerrencal, so it is quiet and feels safe. There are two wine and tapas restaurants at the bottom of the building, as well as a small Chinese dollar shop. Aldi, Lidl, Carrefour and other supermarkets are all within a 2-10 minute walk. There are two laundromats within the vicinity – La Wash and Lavanderia Xpress. Both have excellent washing and drying services. The communication with Roomspace staff managing the apartment was great. Gabriel got in touch with us via Whatsapp to let us know about check-in and remained in contact throughout our stay whenever we had questions or things that needed sorting out. The apartment itself is well set out. There is an open-plan living area combined with kitchen. There are adequate utensils in the kitchen for cooking, as well as crockery and pots / pans. There is a small electric stovetop, a dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee pod machine. Dishwashing liquid is provided, as well as two tabs for the dishwasher. If you need more, then you will have to purchase it yourself. Good sized fridge and freezer. The bathroom has a large shower that is great for tall people. Handwashing liquid is provided, as well as one toilet paper roll. No other toiletries are provided. There is a hairdryer. Towels are provided and will be changed for stays of longer than 7 days. The balcony is small but overlooks a beautiful view of the street below. We enjoyed the sunshine coming in during the afternoon and watching the sunset, as well as drying our clothes on the balcony using the provided drying rack. An iron and ironing board are also provided. The bedroom is large with adequate storage space for two people. Some more clothes hangers would be great, as we stayed for 12 days and there were two of us with many clothes that required hanging. The bed is large and comfortable. We did not require cleaning during our stay but it is provided weekly. Air conditioner didn't work, despite the temperature rising to around 30 degrees Celsius due to the sun coming in throughout the day. It's impossible to have the blinds open or to have the balcony door open during the afternoon with the sun coming in, as it will heat up the apartment too much. We asked Gabriel about it and were advised that as it is still technically the winter season (April), that the air conditioner won't work until the end of May. The ceiling in the kitchen / lounge area has many marks on it, possibly from renovations? It either needs cleaning or a new coat of paint. The sink in the bathroom is very difficult to keep spotless due to the material it is constructed from. It needs a daily wipe. To use the laundry on level 6 of the building, you will need to purchase tokens from the Chinese shop downstairs. For 6 euro, you will receive tokens for one wash and one dry cycle, with laundry detergent included. You will only be able to purchase one wash and one dry at a time - they refuse to sell anymore tokens. The washing and drying cycle take quite a long time also. I suggest going to the two laundromats within the neighbourhood instead. Wi-Fi is a bit spotty. We were advised by Gabriel that someone would come to fix it on one of the days and that he would call us to let us know, but that didn't eventuate. No change of towels or sheets was provided for the duration of our 12 day stay. Some of those days were public holidays and despite the welcome pack stating that towel provision would be provided on another day, this didn't happen. It would be nice to have a proper oven for cooking. The key kept getting stuck in the front door lock and it was quite fiddly to use. It needs fixing. Despite the apartment being very quiet, there is a lot of noise from the trucks emptying garbage at night, as well as cleaning staff going up and down the stairs during the morning.
• Claire (9/5): We loved Madrid and also coming home to this cosy apartment - Our room had 3 big double doors to the outside so we loved all the light. Also the kitchen had good appliances and we found it cosy. It's a great location and quiet enough.
