• Georgy (2/5): "All rooms are non-smoking, but guests smoke there" - Close to Migros, busses to Marinas, trusted exchange (not something that makes this place a decent choice for the money) My reservation was for a nonsmoking room. I came late and was asked to pay in cash. A few minutes later I realised why. My nonsmoking room stank like an ashtray. The smell was so strong that my t-shirt absorbed it after a few minutes spent there. I explained the situation to the man on reception, had to ask several times to come upstairs with me and check the smell. He insisted that my room is clean and prepared for me. I had to ask him to show me other options, and the more expensive one didn't stink (maybe because it's was family room), but he claimed that I have to pay extra 20-30 euro for the upgrade. For the record, it's midnight and and it's highly unlikely that anyone will book it. I refused and spent the next 3 hours looking for a more hospitable place to spend a night, but couldn't find any 24/7 receptions in the area, so I gave up and paid 20 euro for the rest 9 hours. At 8am I woke up to a turkish karaoke in the neighbouring room (good song though). Other than that it's a silent area (at night, during the say there is a loud music at the square with fountains. Another man on the reception welcomed me with an displeased grimace, was rude and didn't seem to be sorry about the situation at all. And the shower is in contrast mode by default. But at least it has hot water. Service and hospitality: Very poor. Non-smoking rooms: Nope. They are all smoking in fact and there are ashtrays in every room. Location: Good for a short stay Price: Highly overpriced. Overall: If you are a non-smoker and can stay somewhere else - go for it.

Also we enjoyed the location of the hotel, it is close to all interesting places in Marmaris. We could go to Old Town, Castle, Beach, Restaurants by walk. It saved us a lot of time. • Paul (9/5): Good apartments super friendly staff and fab location - Good location not to far from the beach and harbour. Dancing fountain just 50ft away. Hot water intermittent but that tends to normal in small hotels and as it was hot a cool shower often worked better.

• Júlia (6/5): Nice location but needs more effort. - La primera habitación que nos ofrecieron olía mucho a tabaco y tenía dos camas individuales en lugar de una cama doble cómo habíamos pedido. Nos cambiaron de habitación pero la impresión que dejó el olor de la primera habitación fue difícil de olvidar. Para el baño en lugar de zapatillas te dejaban un par de chanclas tiradas por allí que yo no me atreví a usar. Las sabanas y toallas también necesitan una renovación.

• jonckheere (9/5): Goed - De locatie was perfect, dichtbij bij het nachtleven, restaurants, strand,… Personeel was super vriendelijk. Zwembad was goed en we kregen nog handdoeken enkel voor het zwembad zodat de andere niet moesten gebruikt worden. Je kan de fonteinenshow was zelfs zichtbaar vanuit ons balkon! De badkamer was erg onhandig. Er zat geen opstaande rand of afscheiding bij de douche, waardoor de hele vloer telkens nat werd na het douchen.

• SummerSky (3/5): Not worth to book even if you plan to spent only half of the night here. - Located very close to the beach side and center. But there are lots of people shouting and signing at night in the center so you cannot keep window open. This place should be treated as kind of motel. The bed lining was from very cheap material and not very fresh. There is absolutely no places where you can put your luggage and unpack it. Like no single shell or small wardrobe. There ia king of kitchenette but you won't be able to cook there as there just one extra big saucepan, couple of plates and cups. No cosmetics in the bathroom. Nowhere to put and dry towels, you have to leave wet clothes on the chair at the balcony. Walls in the room are very tired like the hotel itself.

The staff, as always, were adorable, welcoming, and so helpful, which made me feel at home. The location is perfect, close to both the center and the beach, making everything easily accessible. Just like last year, I truly enjoyed my stay and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

• Christos (9/5): Ήταν η ευχάριστη έκπληξη που λιγες νύχτες με αξιοπρέπεια και σε εκπληκτική τοποθεσία το συνιστώ - Το κατάλυμα αυτό ήταν η ευχάριστη έκπληξη. Ήταν σε τέλεια τοποθεσία καθώς πήγαινε στο κέντρο με τα πόδια ήταν ευγενέστατοι στη ρεσεψιόν επίσης ήταν πεντακάθαρο και σε σύγκριση με ότι άλλο είχα βρει ήταν πάρα πολύ οικονομικό. Η αλήθεια είναι ότι το φοβόμουν πολύ πιο πολύ λόγω της τιμής γιατί ήταν οικονομικό αλλά ήταν μία ευχάριστη έκπληξη γιατί ήταν πάρα μα πάρα πολύ βολικό και καθαρό σε σχέση με τα χρήματα του. Είναι ένα δωμάτιο το οποίο Κάλυψε μια πενταμελή οικογένεια αν και το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν για πέντε άτομα. Σίγουρα δεν είναι ένα ξενοδοχείο το οποίο σου κάνει εξαιρετική εντύπωση στην αρχή όμως για το μέρος που είναι είναι πάρα πολύ καλό ίσως το δωμάτιο θα μπορούσε να ήταν ξεκάθαρο για πιο λίγα άτομα και όχι για πέντε αλλά για ένα βράδυ ήταν ικανοποιητικό.

Everyday we were greeted with big genuine friendly conversations, they took us to one of the best dentists, exchanged money for us, gave us all the tips and tricks. We became friends. Could be slightly more spacious but not a massive issue for us as we all got by.

• Erkan (10/5): Super und bin das nächste mal, wenn ich in Marmaris sehr gerne wieder dort. - Sehr saubere und ordentliche zimmer mit entsprechender Ausstattung. Wir konnten morgen in ruhe in unseren Zimmern mit den Kinder frühstücken. Sehr gute Lage. 5 Minuten per Fuss direkt am Hafen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit bei einem Problem mit unserem Auto und konnten uns mit Ihrer Beziehungen schnell weiterhelfen.
