Food on the cruise was excellent & all the staff very helpful & informative! One of our highlights on our holiday I would definetly recomend a stay on the Fiordland Jewel !!

The highlight was being on the water after all the tours had left, giving us an incredible sense of peace and exclusivity. Waking up surrounded by majestic mountains, with the soft sounds of nature and the peaceful morning mist, was simply magical. The wildlife sightings added to the charm, making every moment feel special. The food was outstanding, with each meal beautifully prepared and delicious, and the service was impeccable—attentive yet unobtrusive, ensuring we had everything we needed. To top it off, the beds were incredibly comfortable, allowing us to rest and recharge in total luxury. This experience in Milford Sound exceeded all our expectations, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay. Highly recommend!
- Sharon (10/5): Magical cruise - This overnight cruise on Milford Sound may have been the highlight of our fabulous 2 week trip to New Zealand. The staff were all so attentive and helpful. Meg was a delight to talk to and so helpful. She even hung our swimsuits to dry in the engine room. Jimmy brought the underwater sea life to life with an amazing video and narrative. He made sure to direct our attention and the ship to the most beautiful sights in the sound. We were blessed to see rare penguin, seals and a waterfall with a double rainbow. The wind changed direction suddenly and we all got sprayed by the waterfall. Super fun!!! And the staff was quick to grab us all towels. The food was delicious too! It was so nice to relax overnight and use the hot tub under the stars. Kayaking was fun and included in cist. Amazing adventure that I highly recommend!

- Susan (8/5): - Beautiful stay on the Fiordland. The only downside was that there were guests with children that they did not tend. It was disappointing because it really impacted the quality of the stay. I have no issue with children…just hard when they are allowed to run free and be very loud.

Our original trip to Milford Sound had to be moved to Doubtful Sound due to a road outage. The owners went above and beyond to make sure our trip went uninterrupted. I would recommend this cruise even at twice the price. An unforgettable experience. Thank you to the captain, owners, and all the staff.

- Judith (10/5): Beautiful Milford Sound - Very enjoyable stay on the Fiordland Discovery. Milford Sound was gorgeous, the crew was wonderful, the food was tasty - our family was in the bunk room. Beds were comfortable but it was hot. A great way to see the Sound without rushing back to Queenstown in one day!

So much to see , had a spa in the hot tub late at night and the tranquility was absolutely amazing Recommend a stay on the overnight cruise
- Jagoda (10/5): Milford Sound visit to remember - Wonderful experience. It was raining the whole day and night but that did not stopped people kayaking or jumping too the water. The departed was at 4 pm and return at 9 am. Amazingly different scenes in one and the other directions. We travell a lot but this was our best experience so far😍
- Brian (10/5): - An amazing experience at Milford Sound. Not your ordinary hour long day boat tour. You get to spend a good amount of time on the boat in the middle of the Milford Sound surround by all the hills/mountains and endless amounts of waterfalls. Also a delicious dinner was provided with locally source seafood from the sound and a breakfast before disembarkment the following morning. And lastly, no annoying sand flies on board (there’s so many near the shores!)

The cruise itself was beautiful and informative and the catering was excellent. The spa on the deck was a wonderful way to end the evening. I would definitely recommend it.

We loved how personal and small the group was. We got to go out on the kayak and a dingy boat to tour the fiordlands and saw seals up close! Then jumped into the water from the top deck and even had a relaxing night in the hot tub. Of course the views were just stunning and adds to the entire journey. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
