• Yusniza (10/5): A very nice stay - We had a lovely stay! The hotel is perfectly located near Sun Plaza in the city centre. We really appreciated the breakfast options available for Muslim guests, and the freshly made banana pancakes were a highlight! The staff went above and beyond to book our transport to Lao Cai station, making sure we got through the festival traffic easily in a smaller car. Highly recommended for their great service and prime location. Nothing at all! Everything was exactly as we expected and we were very happy with our stay.

La ubicación está bien, en 5 minutos estás en la estación del.funicular al Fansipan, aunque es una calle con mucho follón de coches durante el día, pero por la noche es tranquilo. El follón de coches durante el día en la calle del hotel. El tema del baño, habitual en Asia, falta de mampara para evitar que todo el suelo quede lleno de agua.

Das Hotel ist sehr einfach, aber sehr sauber und das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Wir haben auch einmal am Abend dort gegessen, war auch sehr gut. Man darf sich keinen Luxus erwarten, das wäre für den günstigen Preis auch nicht möglich. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

• Jiashiuan (9/5): - 頂樓有開放空間，風景很漂亮，有舒適的桌椅甚至按摩椅，讓人感到放鬆。室內空間很大、採光舒適，我們被升級到頂樓的連通房，裡面有沙發、冰箱、微波爐、浴缸。早餐除了現場的咖啡水果，還可以點現做的歐姆蛋及煎餅，我們感到十分滿足。寄行李有木櫃及鎖可以放置。 由於是老式的房子，浴缸及另一間淋浴沒做乾濕分離，但其實通風良好，洗完早後乾得很快。

The rooms were great, my bed was comfortable and the location was within walking distance to most things. A basic breakfast, but always served with a warm and friendly smile. The staff helped us to arrange transport back to the sleeper train when it was time to go, and made sure we had what we needed. Great value for money. It can be challenging to get a transport if not going far, so best to plan ahead of going somewhere like Cat Cat Village. We ended up waking, which suited us just fine.

• Joanna (10/5): - Zdecydowanie polecam pobyt w tym hotelu. Miła, rodzinna atmosfera, obsługa hotelu jest bardzo życzliwa i pomocna. Smaczne śniadania, na bieżąco uzupełniane potrawy. Pokój wyposażony komfortowo. Możliwość przechowania bagażu oraz wzięcia prysznica po wymeldowaniu była dla nas bardzo przydatna przed nocnym przejazdem pociągiem. Dodatkowo skorzystaliśmy z bardzo wygodnej opcji transportu hotelowym busem do stacji kolejowej w dobrej cenie. Hotel położony nieco dalej od centrum, ale pobliżu jest wszystko co potrzebne - wiele restauracji, pralnie, sklepy. Hotel położony jest przy ruchliwej, wąskiej ulicy, brakuje chodnika, więc trzeba uważać przy poruszaniu się pieszo. Czystość w pokoju mogłaby być lepsza (np. miejscami brudne ściany).

Located on a busy street that seems to be one way part of the time--just enough to make sure you nearly get hit from behind when it's not.

• MartinC (10/5): A lovely, family run hotel with exceptional hosts. - We booked for 5 nights and ended up staying for 7 due to flight disruption. The staff in this family run hotel are exceptional and made us feel welcome from the outset. The room was large and comfortable. There was even an electric blanket on the bed as it can get a bit cool in Sa Pa. Breakfast was tasty and filling, with a good choice of dishes all cooked to order. Laundry service is available in-house. The hotel is situated just off the centre of Sa Pa and has plenty of restaurants etc. within short walking distance.

The staff helped me call the bus company and when it was found (!) the staff went to the bus station to retrieve it for me. They also arranged a tour to Bac Ha for us. I really don’t like the combined toilet shower space but it seems to be prevalent in Vietnam (and also Egypt).

The location was perfect for us, making it easy to explore the area while still feeling relaxed and at home. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.I highly recommend ordering your Fansipan tickets through the hotel. It saves you the hassle of waiting in line at Sun Plaza, which is only a short walk away. Cat Cat Village is also within walking distance, though be prepared for a bit of a trek—it’s worth it!The breakfast was fresh and delicious, just the right amount to fuel up for a morning of exploring. The water pressure for the shower head was too weak and it’s difficult it to wash hair and bathe. Also there was no shower curtain and floor was wet after shower.

Przemila obsługa służyła pomocą m.in w zakupie biletów ba kolejową Fansipan, czy zamówieniu taksówki. W hotelu serwowane są śniadania wliczone w cenę oraz na zamówienie. Blisko stąd do knajpę, sklepów i wioski Cat Cat. Słabe ciśnienie wody i słuchawka prysznicowa do wymiany.
• Bianca (9/5): Wishing we stayed longer and definitely returning - Breakfast was simple but good. Fruit was fresh and the coffee was always hot. The room was better than expected, heated blanket was a big plus. Staff was the most helpful we’ve had this trip, going the extra mile for us including booking an overnight bus for us when we misread our train departure. They gave us snacks and water while we waited. We were on floor 6 and everytime someone used hot water we would hear the geyser turn on in the bathroom. If you’re a very light sleeper it could become a bother (didn’t bother us much).
• A (9/5): Goed en vriendelijk - Grote kamer in leuke straat, dichtbij centrum. Leuk dakterras voor een drankje als de zon schijnt. Lekkere pannenkoeken bij ontbijt. Geen douchescherm of douchegordijn waardoor badkamer (inclusief toilet) behoorlijk nat worden. Enigszins gedateerde inrichting.
• Nikki (10/5): Great stay here. One of our family members became sick and the staff went to great lengths to look after her. They went - Super friendly and helpful staff, great location, walking distance to everything. Clean rooms, and a massage chair for free!!! No complaints

• Kevin (8/5): Nice quaint stay with fantastic views - Staff were friendly friendly, you could tell that it is family operated. The overall premises were quiet and the views from the rooftop were amazing. The breakfasts were fulfilling with an assortment of fresh fruits and bread. The bathtub could use a shower curtain to prevent the bathroom from getting wet.

• Angela (9/5): Friendly staff and convenient location! - Breakfast was very good. We mostly ordered the banana pancakes and chicken pho. There were a lot of drink options: We got coffee and passion fruit juice. The only thing we struggled with was the hot water. During our second and third stay, the hot water in the shower was inconsistent at night.

• Reina (10/5): - The room is spacious and cozy, and while it’s cold due to Sapa’s weather, the heater keeps it comfortable. There’s also a heater in the bathroom(sometimes the heater is weak due to very cold temparatrure in sapa). The WiFi is a bit unstable, so having your own mobile data helps especially if you’re working as a VA during your stay. The location is great, close to Sun Plaza, and their breakfast was amazing. I even got to try the massage chair when I had the chance. The receptionist is very friendly and always greets you, plus they provide a bottle of water every day. Highly recommend!
