• Thian (6/5): - Nope the unit is next to the LRT tracks and every few minutes the noise from the track when the train runs across them every 5 minutes from 5.00 am and ends 12.30 am pass midnight. find it hard to sleep.

• Matthew Alongi (7/5): - Big room, had everything you need - fridge, microwave, washing machine,etc. Nice view from my room facing the huge tower. Very secure with guards always at the gate. The couch was quite dirty, did not want to sit on it. I don't expect much out of apartment gyms but this was probably the worst one I've ever seen. Check in was slightly confusing but not a huge issue.

• Ismay Maria (9/5): - Ruimte kamer met een grote koelkast en er is een fijn zwembad. We wilden deze twee nachten bijboeken. Direct via het hotel bijboeken was veel duurder, dus hebben we via booking twee nachten extra geboekt. Het uitchecken is ook een beetje gek. Is er is namelijk geen receptie, dus hebben we de sleutel maar bij de beveiliger afgegeven.

• Ismay Maria (9/5): - De kamer is heel groot, je hebt een eigen wasmachine en de airco doet het goed. Het zwembad is top. Het personeel spreekt niet zo goed engels, maar wil je wel graag helpen. Het inchecken is wat onduidelijk, omdat er geen receptie is.

• Laurie (8/5): Nice pool. Need a car or a cell phone of you stay here. - There was no breakfast at this location. Hotel is not centrally located and is far away from the LRT. Location not central. Hard to get a taxi. No front desk services at this hotel. More like a residence.

• Anna (6/5): Disappointing - I have decided to book this place because of the washing mashine. The good thing is that it was working and the detergent was there. The location was also good - close to the food market and public transport. The glory days of this flat are long behind it. The furnitures are old, the ceiling in the bathroom and the wall nearby the A/C are covered in mould. In the flat I was staying everything was dusty. The towels and bed linen were smelly and doesn't feel fresh (yak!). During my stay, the internet was not working at all. They tried to fix it but with no result. Also the communication with the personnel was difficult. Overall, disappointing.

• Mak (7/5): For our 5 nights stay, we paid $282CAD or $56CAD/night. Not as cheap as we expected. - Good location. Can walk to Jalan Alor Street or LaLaport Mall in 15 minutes; Chinatown/Central Market around 25 minutes. We booked late with quite a higher price plus the the 4 days Spetember 16 Malaysia holiday weekend packed a lot of tourists everywhere we went.

The location is the best because it’s close to all our required needs. We recommend it to anyone who is going for a vacation More communication before our arrival would have been better . The security was not rude though he was not helpful so its was not the best welcome. Due to maintenance we couldn’t use the pool so it was disappointing

• Sydneyssam (1/5): Bad - From day 1 i knew i was scammed, i paid 2300 euros for 40 nights and those i scammers put fake pictures of the listing i entered the studio with one the management team ,the bed and all furnitures were full of stains of urine, excrement ( sh..t( and different liquids i had to buy everything new from my pocket no air-conditioning on common parts of building,no lights,the walls are extremely dirty ,rats everywhere,lady boy prostitutes entering illegally the residence with giving bribes to the corrupt security guards and management i have pictures of all their trafficking and criminal behavior IT'S A NO GO ZONE UNSAFE,SCAMMERS,THEY LET PROSTITUTES ( LADY BOYS ) INVADING THE RESIDENCE IN THE NIGHTS THE ROOMS AND THE FURNITURE ARE FILTHIEST IN THE WIRLD THE AREA IS SURROUNDED BY VERY BIG RATS

• Omar (10/5): Value for Money - the accommodation is big and very nice. It is near the metro station ie Hang Tuan station and very near Bukit Bintang shopping centre. There is an excellent hotel next the facility which runs 24hours, the food served is good and of high standard. there are also some two mini markets nexts to it. In terms of feeding you are covered when you book these apartments. The swimming pool was clean and under full sunshine. This facility is simply the best. Nothing to dislike.

• Scott (8/5): Not a five-star hotel but that's not what you paid for. - The service was top notch. The guy carried my bag and took my WhatsApp for communication. There was Netflix and YouTube on the TV, the fan was great, there were ample things for cooking, a washing machine and WiFi. I asked to extend two days and the guy let me pay cash to him which was convenient as a traveller. The location was pretty good. Walking distance to everything in the area. The Air Con would periodically turn off and lights would start flashing, but would work again if you turn it off and on again at the wall. Not so good in the middle of the night when you wake up sweaty. There was no washing machine powder and I had to buy my own. Would have been nice to have some tea and coffee in there for when I arrived. The location was just far enough away from things where I built up a sweat before I arrived, then again I am Scottish. I had to go 10-15 minutes for a coffee each morning.

• Stellario (8/5): Despite a few hiccups I would return to the same property - Very friendly and helpful host. He got really out of his way to help. Thank you. Nice little kitchen but there was barely any cutlery or crockery. A hot water jug was provided but not even one satchel of coffee, sugar or milk powder was provided. Not even a bottle of water to greet us. Arriving at an odd time it would have been nice to get the kettle going...
