Our first night dinner was served by Evelyn, a kind woman who remembered us later in the trip, including what we had for dinner. The food is excellent, with a lot of great options for breakfast and multiple dinner options. The location is good. There is not a lot immediately nearby to see or experience, but with a car to travel you can get around fine. The benefit of that is you do get a quieter space, and can sit our at the pool without hearing a lot of noise from the city. It's a great place to relax and lounge.

lend566 (10/5): Wonderful staff and amenities - The hotel is located in a quiet area near the Carnivore restaurant. It has a good gym, heated pool and lots of other amenities. The staff are outstanding, starting from Eric at reception to Maria, Florence, Magdalene and Victor at the restaurant. The buffet breakfast had something for everyone, including an omelette station and amazing fruit and juice options. We felt safe and comfortable at all times. The only drawback was spotty WiFi - a very small inconvenience.

We received such a warm welcome from the General Manager, Dr. Musau, who gave us an exclusive and wholesome tour around the hotel. I also enjoyed a massage and steam bath session by Sheila, she is AMAZING at what she does(all I can think of is when I will be booking my next session with her)…. We wrapped up the experience with a lovely dinner at the Tamambo Restaurant, where Evelyn served us. She was equally sweet and extremely professional. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish! COME ONE, COME ALL!!

Hotel Pick up and drop off at the Airport is Splendid. The Pool side and Open area by the pool gave an amazing scenery. The in-house entertainment package was very convenient and amazing. The Gym was wonderful and the Spa was splendid. JANE the masseuse is very professional and does a great work. Room set up is very calming and design of hallway leading to rooms is great.

Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir waren eine größere Gruppe mit zwei Kindern. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Only after two days did they offer to perhaps move us to a different room. By then we have had enough. Food and beverage is ludicrous. I don’t mind paying for something if it’s worth it. But $7 for a very average cappuccino left a foul taste literally and metaphorically

The staff at the restaurant was extremely friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. - The location was very convenient since my business was all in the south of town. It was very busy with tourists. Good for the hotel but I prefer a place that is less busy especially when travelling for business.

Phillip (10/5): Best compliment I can give is that we will return! - Comprehensive in all respects…friendly registration to helpful luggage staff…to wonderful room to outstanding restaurant with very nice atmosphere for dinner (try the delicious prawns and avocado cocktail). The breakfast is excellent with freshly made omelettes, fresh fruit, and breads. Speciality coffee bar as well.

The food at the restaurant is fantastic and the service is top notch. Leonard, Magdalene, Gloria, Oliver and Emmanuel are so nice and professional. At the bar Martha , Jimmy,David were also helpful. In general the hotel is the best in town and I would recommend it.

We met so many wonderful men and women who went out of their way to make our experience a memorable one. Evelyn felt like family and Levy, Joseph, Sheila, Madeline, Bartender Jimmy and the entire front house staff were amazing. Great food with all-night service was such a rare treat. We loved celebrating the New Year with staff and their families.

simim264 (10/5): Memorable experience - Our amazing fun filled trip to Kenya ended with our stay at Tamarind tree Hotel, Nairobi. We were warmly welcomed and the staff at the reception were kind enough to accommodate our special requests, explained the facilities of the hotel with clarity and our rooms were clean and comfortable. There were little housekeeping cards of staff who kept our rooms so comfortable placed next to our beds with sweet notes on them. The food choices too, were good and we enjoyed it thoroughly. We were attended by Evelyn and other staff members who made sure our experience was memorable. If we come back to Kenya again, this hotel definitely fits our choice. Thank you for having us.

The environment is private and calm and enabling especially for work activities. Rooms: I have not utilized your rooms but the conference rooms are neat, clean with a working AV. The ICT personnel were prompt in setting up and assisting Value: The ranges are within the conference ranges. Cleanliness: The hotel grounds, floors, tables and spaces are extremely clean and well managed by the staff Noise levels: We did not experience any noise. The environment is well controlled. The rooms are semi- sound proof in a way that you cannot hear the proceedings of other rooms. Service: Wow! Amazed by how the staff are young and extremely attentive and prompt. All of them including the cleaners. Special thanks to Beatrice, Mary, Nickson, Juliet, Benson, Richard, Matata, Evelyn and Caleb for being extremely accomodative and supportive. Many many thanks Amenities: We did not manage to utilize them but we will be back!

The conference room was amazing, spacious modern and facilitated our meeting.The buffet lunch was sumptuous and had a variety of cuisines. The restaurant staff were nice but however Magdalene stood out, she was professional, kind and soft spoken. Would definitely recommend this hotel

The accommodations were very comfortable, clean and no noise. and the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a nice spread. Mary at the hotel restaurant taught us some words in Swahili and was very kind. Even though our stay was only one night it was a great first night of our trip.
