• Jun (10/5): - Great location with everything right outside your doorstep. Close to attractions plus good public transit options. The unit itself makes good space for two of us. Kitchen amenities useful for basic comfort. Would stay here again.

Please be aware that on-line registration will be needed and from there information regarding access to the property, key codes, access to key box etc will be given. So you will need internet access and your phone or computer. The owner was good humoured and pleasant. The property was in an authentic quaint old building on one of the main walking streets. It was perfect for my 2 night stay. Good value. Little kitchenette, good fridge. Close to everything - central market, bridge to the baths etc etc. Many thanks.

• Seán (10/5): Excellent stay at very short notice! - The host was very helpful, I purchased late at night and checked in the same night with very little notice - I had no problem with the online check in, process was very simple. Apartment is very centrally located and easy to get to. It was very comfortable and is perfect for solo travellers or couples. Overall a very pleasant experience!
• Chris (8/5): - The apartment inside was very nice. Getting into the property was a challenge with 2 key codes and 4 locks which needed relocking when we were in the apartment. Only gripe was that the sofa bed was not comfortable to sleep on and as this was advertised as a 2 bed, it needed to be a bit better.
• Roberto (10/5): - Ottima posizione in centro città su una via di shopping , ma complice il fatto che l' appartamento è all' interno la sistemazione era molto silenziosa.il gestore è stato molto amichevole e preciso dando molte informazioni accurate e preziose sulle procedure di check e sulle funzionalità della sistemazione. Ottima soluzione se sei da solo e vuoi vivere Budapest con tranquillità e gestirti come se fossi a casa tua.Consiglio vivamente questa soluzione e un plauso a Sandor per come gestisce la struttura

• Helle (8/5): - Fantastisk beliggenhed og fin lejlighed, men sengene trænger i dén grad til at blive skiftet ud og det virker noget voldsomt med 4 låse for at komme ind i lejligheden - nærmest lidt utrygt.

Es muy cómodo muy limpio y en general estuvimos muy contentos con la selección que hicimos.

• Verified traveler (4/5): It is What it is! - Sto ikke helt til hva vi forventet.. sovesofaen var en stol man delte opp å ble meget ubehagelig.. måtte også laste ned en egen app og skaffe WhatsApp for kommunikasjon.. eieren virket koselig! Ble veldig trangt med 3 voksne i leiligheten, og veldig varmt selv med viftene som sto der. Kort vei til gågata var et pluss men ikke nok til at vi følte det var verdt å spare noe på å bo i leilighet kontra et hotell.

• Guillaume (8/5): Presque parfait - Appartement très central, dans une rue piétonne et bordée de commerces, bars et restaurants, perpendiculaire au Danube. Difficile de faire plus central. La communication avec notre logeur a été parfaite, et très rassurante, avec toutes les instructions pour pouvoir récupérer les clés de l'appartement, vidéos à l'appui. Cela nous a été fort utile, compte tenu de notre arrivée très tardive dans la nuit, après 01:00 du matin, suite au retard de notre vol depuis Paris. L'appartement est relativement grand et fonctionnel, avec 2 pièces distinctes, de beaux volumes sous plafond, et correctement équipé. L'entrée est hyper sécurisée, avec pas mois de 5 portes ou grilles à franchir avant de pénétrer dans l'appartement. On se croirait à Fort Knox. Le bâtiment est plutôt calme dans l'ensemble, sauf lorsqu'un voisin emprunte l'ascenseur vintage et particulièrement bruyant. Il n'y a pas de volets, mais des rideaux épais qui masquent la lumière du matin, sans totalement la cacher, et nous isolent du vis à vis avec les voisins d'en face situés à une dizaine de mètres. La salle de bain est très fonctionnelle, avec une douche à l'italienne, des WC suspendus et un sèche serviettes. Dommage que le carrelage soit aussi austère. Le seul bémol de ce logement est le sommier du lit, qui grince au moindre mouvement. C'est la seule raison pour laquelle je n'ai pas mis 5 étoiles. Sinon tout le reste était parfait. Un grand merci à Sandor pour son aide précieuse.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Apartamento velho - O apartamento é bem localizado, mas o prédio é muito velho e sujo. O elevador é precário, quase não cabe um casal. O apartamento é antigo com móveis velhos. Não conseguimos ficar lá e procuramos um hotel. Achamos o ambiente inseguro. Perdemos todo o dinheiro da estadia.
• Neil (10/5): - Sandor, the owner was a great host and very communicative. The apartment is in the downtown area, right on the edge of all the shops and restaurants, so everything within reach. It was clean and comfortable, with high ceilings and your own kitchen. It is located on the 2nd floor with a security code and four keys needed, bur Sandor guides you through the process and it’s secure. Now that prices have increased Budapest is not as cheap as it used to be with £3.50 beers £7 cocktails and average £15 p/h one course meal, so I would take advantage of the apartment kitchen if you’re on a budget and buy your own supplies. Overall a great alternative stay to the more expensive hotels.

• Craig (10/5): DownTown Apartment 1 - Excellent location within walking distance of all the sight seeing and on a great street, The apartment was very clean and tidy and a great size with all the amenities we needed, Owner was very easy to get hold of. Only downside was the comfort of the bed.

• Debora (8/5): - The apartment was simple and comfortable, exactly what we needed. Basic toiletries were supplied, as well as kitchen appliances and hair dryer etc. The location is ideal, as you're at walking distance from the centre, in the heart of Budapest. Would recommend, definitely!
• Norbert (6/5): - Great location, literally in the heart of city downtown. But, can not get sunshine into the apartment as the windows facing to the internal yard. The average condition of the apartment is fair but it’s struggling by few excepts like, used earsticks on the floor between the sofa and the wall, some undefined things in the soup pot in the kitchen cabinet. The chair in the bedroom has broken legs (fixed but unusable) and has some patches caused by some splashes. The bed was terrible on one side as the slats frame didn’t fitted to the frame and the mattress bended to a “U”shape when you lied on it. We have not spent a long time in the apartment, the issues above are annoying things because not need to much for the apartment to reach a higher score, just a bit more attention and definitely a new cleaner staff.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Idéal pour se promener à pied à Budapest - Logement très bien situé pour se promener à pied dans la ville. Le propriétaire répond très vite aux messages. La cuisine pourrait être un peu plus équipée. Le ménage laisse à désirer, l’insonorisation de l’appartement aussi, on entend parler les voisins ainsi que le bruit des 3 portes qu’il faut ouvrir à chaque fois que quelqu’un rentre à l’appartement d’à côté. La seule façon de faire le check in dans cet appartement est d’ installer une app. Dans laquelle on introduit toutes nos infos incluant un scan des passeports avant d’arriver car sinon impossible d’avoir les codes des portes pour rentrer. J’aurais souhaité connaître ce détail avant de faire et payer la réservation
• Justina (8/5): Rigtig fin - Rigtig god placering og ejer var god st kommuniker med op til opholdet. Rengøring kunne være bedre. Den er stor lejligheden og der er det meste. Manglede dog lidt olie til madlavning. Sengen er dog vildt dårlig.

• Susan (8/5): - It was a very good location for walking to places and the information from the owner was very comprehensive to get into the apartment. Contacting him was very easy and he replied quickly. Overall a very clean apartment and well equipped. Would stay again. Just a few additional things would help- instructions as to how to pull out the sofa bed and how to use the hobs. We were not able to use either properly so my husband slept cramped on the sofa and we gave up cooking on the hobs as we believe the pans provided would not work with an induction hob. However that said,would definitely recommend and would stay there again. Thank you.

• Spyridon (10/5): A great stay - An appartment (one of three) right in the middle of Touristic Center of Budapest, very clean and tidy, with kitchen, heating and anything else we required, we are extremely happy with what we got and the host was great too.
• Lesley (8/5): Mid week break. - Very central and only one road from the River. Easy walking distance to places of interest. We didnt even use public transport apart from bus from airport the 100E goes from outside arrivals and costs about £3.50 direct to centre and just over 5 minutes walk to apartment. Apartment small but all you need. Inside modern and clean. Entrance and stairs to very dated but you just see past it and you are not staying in corridor. Very quiet to say how central it is. Would definitely recommend.

The location was fantastic—-on one of the city’s best streets and within a couple of minutes’ walk to the river and its stunning views. The apartment itself was simply lovely—-super clean, with modern décor and appliances and high ceilings. It felt sleek yet cozy. Sándor was extremely helpful and answered at a moment’s notice when I had a question. I would stay here again without question and will recommend it to anyone who tells me that Budapest is on their itinerary!

The entry into the building is old and unattractive and requires using 4 locked doors. The elevator is nice since the apt is up 3 floors. Once inside the apartment is pleasant with a separate kitchen and sitting area. WiFi is good and it’s generally quiet, unless the neighbors are talking loudly. The property manager responds quickly. Great value for the location.

• SIU MEI (8/5): Lovely apartment in Budapest. - The flat was clean and tidy. Enough room for a couple to stay. Location was fantastic, you can find everything within walking distance. The property owner gave you all the details before checking in which helped a lot for our stay. We stayed there for a week, but unfortunately there was no washing machine in the property which should be taken into consideration if you were going to stay there for a long period.

It is located in a great area of Budapest and most of the places of interest are within walking distance (if you are fit) if not the bus and tram services are a good way to get around. Budapest is great with so much to see.

It was very central, in Budapest’s main tourist area, but you wouldn’t have guessed it as there was never any noise to be heard from the street outside and I had three very comfortable nights. The bed was very good and the kitchen and dining area were more than adequate, as were the well stocked cupboards. Sandor, the host, was extremely helpful with all my requests and his tips for the best ways to get to and from the airport were very welcome. I definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in central Budapest.
