- Verified traveler (6/5): Watch out! Misleading location - I was looking for an apartment in Rockwell. However, the location on Hotels.com's map was misleading. It takes 20-30 mins (NOT 7 mins) uncomfortable walk to Power Plant. It's impossible to walk at night and traffic was very bad. Check-in process is troublesome as Hi-Home's receptionist doesn't station at the apartment. I had killed many cockroaches during my stays there. The room is lack of good maintenance. The only plus point was that all of their staff were very polite.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - No hot water. TV not broken but no signal from cable box. Desk phone to call front desk broken. Front door lock is keypad and very loose on the door. A child could break open this lock. Worst of all Hi Home agent never showed up to give deposit back. Avoid any listing from Hi Home in Manila like the plague. The property itself is fine good location. Never had a problem booking units here on AirBnB or with Orbitz through Zen Homes. Avoid Hi Home listings.
