- cheryl (2/5): - DO NOT STAY HERE!!! 1st impression of Thailand was at hotel. Staff did not acknowledge us. Even when we were right in front of them at desk. They charge for EVERYTHING. There were 5 of us in the room-only provided 4 towels. Refused to give us another towel unless we pay per day. They said it was in writing. I asked them to show me,they said no. They wont show me - because they lied. Spoke to manager. He said he would call me back-never did. AC was not working properly. Shower was weak. There are notices that if your towel is too dirty you pay extra. Said there is no ice in the hotel- but there's a restaurant. When they 'clean' room, they just made the bed & changed towels. I remember I dropped a bottle cap next to trash. It was still there when they 'cleaned' the room. As for the shuttle...we were in line waiting. Other people came and as we were about to get on the driver said NO NO NO! YOU WAIT! He told the other people to get on. Why? No idea. Did not get a chance to find out because he just left. When he finally came back he did not drive up the driveway as he did with the other passengers. He stopped at the street then just looked at us. When he got to our stop he simply stopped. We had to ask is this the stop? The staff was unwelcoming. The reception staff was very unwelcoming. Noone spoke to us unless we spoke to them. No hello, no good day, no thank you. Thanks to Tarawish, Thailand is no longer on my come back list.

- JAI MEI (10/5): - Quite a new building. Clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and very helpful. The property quite far from main street but they provide buggy service which they will drop you to the main street or convenient store and can arrange for pick up from the main street. Good value for money.

- Y (6/5): - Comfort hotel near Pratunam morning market. Room is spacious, simple but comfortable. Room was not cleaned daily, we booked three rooms for 4 nights, 2 rooms were missed out from cleaning for 2 days until we feedback to the hotel staffs. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. A shutter is available 24 hours on call which is convenient.
- Leo (10/5): - 24 hours 2 way buggy. Staff are overall friendly, hotel is no frills and basic. Pillows not suitable and comfortable for side sleepers, bed was slanted to one side due to abused pocketed spring mattress, though corridor noises can be heard but glad we were right at the end
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Excellent location. Hotel is located behind airport link station. There is a hotel buggy ride to 3 locations available 24 hours daily. Very convenient! However our room aircon was terrible. Not only it was not cold, it was even leaking dirty water badly that splashed onto the bed till we got to change room to sleep in the middle of the night at 3am. We left our stuff in the room and slept in another room. But the hotel rectified this issue the next day and we were able to stay in the same room for the rest of our trip.

Firstly they have a free 24 hour buggy service dad brings you to two convenience stores and a main road near platinum mall. Secondly it is located near the airport railway line. But do beware, the staff are not very polite. The front counter staff almost never smile, and in fact one of them snapped at my brother When it was their fault for forgetting him when he asked for a buggy and then when he reminded them about it. This is also one of those hotels that you have to explicitly tell them to clean your room if not they will leave it dirty. Lastly I was not very happy death day ask for a 1000 baht refundable deposit upon check-in. I think the deposit is a little bit high and a little out of the norm. Does some hotels do I ask for such a deposit they did they typically only ask for 500 b lastly I was not very happy that they ask for a one Towsen but refundable deposit upon check-in. Next to airport link train, which can be a plus and a minus, as trains are noisy during the daytime. Location is fairly central but it's a little hard to find and quite far from main road. You may be tempted to walk down the old railway tracks to get there, don't! Google maps shows an easier route.
- HT (8/5): Good Location with free buggy service - + The hotel is located near Phaya Thai Airport Link / BTS via a short cut, hence it is very convenient. + There is also 24h free buggy service to the main road of the shopping area. + Clean and comfy room. - Don't expect extra service from the hotel staff. My mum was feeling unwell on the second day, so I called the front desk to ask if there is any medical clinic nearby the hotel so that I could bring my mum there. The hotel staff told me that there could be some medical clinic near the main road. When I asked for any clinic she could recommend, here is what the hotel staff said "I don't know. You have to check yourself." While I understand that the hotel staff may not really know of any clinic, but I feel quite disappointed with the staff's reply. She could sound more pleasant in answering or offer some help.

- Phuong (8/5): Bangkok Travels - Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is good with the BTS just a few mins away. Only drawback is our room was facing the railway tracks. Occasionally you will hear the train passing by.

Location down a long narrow road but workable as hotel tuktuk is available at all times. If you want shopping in Pratunam area then location is fine , for other things maybe location is not so good.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Very new hotel - Short walk to BTS but it's thru a often muddy track... though free shuttle provided by hotel, note it's only to where e family marts are and one is on main road. But this main road is not near BTS. Generally helpful front desk though staff on duty may not understand eng well. Generally comfortable room with big bed and bathroom. Though we find the bed rather soft. The sound proofing is below average though. We can hear our neighbours whenever they leave room and the sounds of cars and horns.

- Richstrong (10/5): Worth for old fashioned walkers - It is not near and at least 15 minutes walking distance to partunam ( I used baiyoke sky hotel as reference) , not to mention platinum fashion mall, big C, or any chitlom attractives .... But all of these shouldn't be stopping you get a stay in Tarawish Hotel. It locates quite near airport link train and bts train service (phaya Thai station) , walking distance is about 7 minutes, but you need to cross the railway and bear the heat from 35℃+ , those who like to travel with train, do not miss out. Room is nice , hotel staffs are incredibly helpful, air-conditioning really works , heater shower needs to adjust (it took me on second day to understand..Haha) , we had breakfast package, but their daily breakfast really need to keep changing, I stayed 3 days almost the same and really have me scared of , Western style breakfast but Chinese porridge do serve too. Please remember they provided FREE shuttle service to drive you to partunam area (near baiyoke sky hotel) and call them to pick you up when you are done. ( Always wait at soi 15 in front of family Mart ) Will definitely recommend to others if you are okay with heat and like walking distance journey, this hotel is a must ！ Feel free and no ashamed to ask for their assistances and what we can return to them : smile and polite when needing help. - Espy (8/5): The shuttle is the best thing - I thought it would be convenient as it is near the BTS but the road can only be access by foot and it is extremely uneven with lots of stones. The hotel is located in a quiet area with narrow roads. There are no cafes or food outside. The nearest convenience store is about 10 minutes walk away. The good thing is that a shuttle service is provided to drive/pick up guests to the convenience shops or the main road. Thought you have wait as it only sits 5. The hotel room was spacious and was cleaned nicely each day.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Worth it for a 3 star hotel - Kinda back alley location but the free buggy is great to go to the night market nearby and BTS about 5-7 mins walk away. 7-11 and family mart nearby isn't the best, quite limited snacks and munchies and it's always flooded cause of all the hotels around. The hotel is super clean and modern but the initial vibe from the staff wasn't very welcoming. Overall I would recommend!!

- kelly (8/5): New and cozy hotel near Pratunam area - Good: new, cozy and comfortable hotel near pratunam area with 24 hours buggy services to main road opposite Platinum shopping center. Approx 10 mins walk to nearest bits station, it might not be comfortable for ladies to travel at night as the path towards bts is along a small alley with a few temporary shelters. Bad: house keeping can be improved. We booked three rooms for four nights, one room was not cleaned up on our first days stay whilst remaining days the cleaner only came at around 6pm after we returned from a whole day walk in the city.
- Verified traveler (8/5): For people who has no expectations with this price - Location is good, quite close to BTS station but need to walk pass a train rail and some homes. Streets around are quite dark and quiet at nights. Can hear the train sometimes but didn’t bother me. Room is reasonable with this price but don’t expect cleaning during the stay, especially the bed. They don’t even tuck the bedsheets everyday. Signal is bad in my room, for both hotel wifi and my prepaid SIM card, SIM is slightly better in the room (but the SIM works perfectly fine outside). I can only get wifi reception at random times that I don’t need the wifi, but you can’t explain this to the receptionist because the wifi works best at lobby. Reception staffs are helpful. Overall the stay wasn’t bad.

- Frank (10/5): Very good hotel convenient to airport link - Initially hard to find, in a dog leg at the back of soi 13, but found it was only five minutes walk to the Phaya Thai airport rail link terminal. In fact very convenient walking to all the shops and Pratunam market as well as Panthip Mall and other malls on Petchaburi Road. The hotel is new, in excellent condition, rooms spacious, two elevators. It is a smoke and smell-free ( no durians allowed) hotel. Only negative is that the windows in the rooms are all locked. Staff were very helpful and allowed me to leave my suitcase there for three days while I went to Phuket. At 200 baht the buffet breakfast is voluminous.

Nevertheless, it’s 20 minutes of walk from main shopping centres in bangkok. I was staying in a single room. I could hear every single movement that my neighbouring rooms were doing. What made my stay unpleasent was my neighbouring rooms with some kids shouting from 7:30 in the morning to 1 a.m. However, the train line which was situtated just outside my window forced me to wake up at 7 o’clock in the morning with the sound of trains’s horn every single day. Although my stay wasn’t so pleasnet, however I can say that staff are polite, helpful and smiling all the time.

- Bessie (10/5): Nice Hotel - No 7-11 in the street where the hotel is but there’s a 24/7 buggy service to the next street where there is a 7-11. Checked into room without any issues and staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Overall my stay in Tarawish was enjoyable.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Good job Tarawish team! - Service is great, super comfortable bed and mostly clean. A new hotel in a quiet zone at Pratunam. Location is rather quiet compare with other hotel in Pratunam. As a regular Pratunam traveller, I'm use to stay in other hotel near main road / pratunam market. It's rather far walking to main road / pratunam market. 24 hours Buggy service provided is an extra, and the driver even wait for us while we were at 7-11 in the mid night. Check in was fast and easy, front desk speaks English well and they are super helpful. Change new towels / amenities every day. If one have a big luggage, skip walking to Phaya Thai Airport link (the road is uneven and full of stones).

- Lai (10/5): New and comfy hotel - 1. Free buggy to the main road. 2. New and clean room. 3. Sound proof is a little weak, can easily hear people walking or talking at the walk way.
- Lim Tze Min (8/5): - We are stayed for 4nights . The environment Is clean and new but perfect if can do vacuum everyday. 10mins walk to pratunam morning market
- WEI FONG (10/5): Can say is one of the best hotel in this area - A really worthy hotel in this area. 10mins walk to pratunam market/platinium mall. Traffic beside may get congested easily because the road is narrow, but they have complimentary buggy rides to ride us out to the main road. Even though it has lower price than other hotels nearby, the overall cleaniness is 5/5. Service is great. The room is exactly as shown in the pictures and has no weird smell. All facilities working well. Checked out one hour later but staff is ok with it and no additional charges. Able to store luggages in the hotel upon check out, and return later on to collect. Thumbs up and highly recommended if u are looking for a place which is really good and has decent price in bangkok nearby pratunam!
- Eric Ariel (10/5): I’ll be back. - Very nice new building and pleasant attentive staff. Breakfast was good and included. Short walk to shopping area or the hotel can take you by tuktuk. I will stay here again when I return. One concern is that the Tarawish is so new taxi and tuktuk drivers need help to find it. But. That will get easier as time goes by, carry the hotels phone number and the driver can call hotel for guidance.
- mary (10/5): Nice hotel, close to everything such as mall, trai - My stay here was excellent. Housekeeping was done everyday, it was nice to return to a clean room after a busy day.

- SJ (6/5): Clean hotel - Hotel rooms are pretty modern and clean however there are some minor things such as toilet roll runs out quick (you only get one) and cleaning can sometimes not be until very late in the evening. Location is to BTS (10min walk) and Siam centre (15min walk), not too bad if you enjoy a stroll. However you can get closer hotels. To BTS you have to go a back street which is quite inconvenient if you have luggage and need to get the skytrain as it's part dirt and not lit up if walking early morning or night. Not bad if you're looking for 1 or 2 nights stay.
- Chou Wah (8/5): Affordable and nice hotel near to Airport Rail - Fairly new, clean and bright hotel, breakfast was good. Discovered a short cut to Airport Rail station but has to cross a railway tracks.
- Sharleen (8/5): Small hotel with excellent staff - The five of us just loved this small hotel. The ever obliging staff with great attitude made our stay a heaven. We are a bunch of 5 noisy people with never ending questions to the staff; and their never ending smiles made our day!!! Thank you very much... Sorry we didn't managed to get their names.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - There were some issues with Check in and check out, the staffs couldn’t find the booking and when check out, staff didn’t know whether she has to charge from me or somewhere else. I told her I made booking through expedia and paid already but she wasn’t sure and kept me waiting. I am not sure how much it normally cost to go to Don Mueang Airport, hotel staff told me it’s 500 barts. When I got on the taxi, I asked the driver how much it is to go to the DMK. He asked me back how much did I book for taxi and I told him the price that hotel mentioned. Taxi driver seemed so happy and actually the distance was not so far. Everything was okay except for the taxi service. I feel like I was ripped off for this.
