• Stella (10/5): - Loved everything about my stay and wished I had stayed longer ! The hotel is amazing : spacious rooms, comfortable sleep, the decor is warm and charming with stones and wood. A very relaxing vibe, with the sound and view of the river flowing on the property. The staff is very helpful and Elie has been very gracious in helping out taxis etc. I ate the best foul, hummus and omelette ! Thank you so much ! I’ll be back !

Lovely garden and small river Would i stay again? may be a bit old and run down. Shower head not working perfectly, same for the airconditioning which would turn off on its own after 30 minutes, had to set a "timer of 6 hours" to keep it running. Breakfast was good quality but lacks variety, so not good if you were staying for several days

• Kim (10/5): Top notch representation of the Lebanese hospitality - Stunning nature, beautiful and calm environment, the staff are very friendly and they go the extra mile to make their customer feel at home. Food is another story by itself; brilliant representation of the Lebanese food quality and quantity. Literally every ingredient is sourced locally with high standards. Rooms are very spacious and maintaining the classic style and design , beds are super super king size at least for us in UK that’s a massive size, very comfortable mattresses and pillows. Breakfast is wow! I didn’t expect anything close to this. Great variety but most importantly the excellent quality of diary products, olive oil, vegetables , eggs … love it None

Didnt tell us about the breakfast timing and checkout timing when we enter. And didnt told us about what the hotel offer if they have a pool or not. And no one guided us to our room. Its an expensive hotel in a mountain the service should be better. And nothing special about the breakfast they dont serve croissant even. But the restaurant staff is rly friendly and helpful

• Souraya (7/5): Good - The room was clean, the hotel is really nice. The location is great. There was a young man who was responsible for the Night Shift. He was friendly and nice welcoming. Totally different than the lady who we met when we checked in. There was a young lady who was on the reception when we first checked in. I don’t know her name. She is truly the worst receptionist one can ever meet. Always pissed and angry. She gave me the very bad 1st impression of the hotel. The rest of the staff are amazing.

• Mohamed (4/5): Mixed feelings - We stayed there for New Year's eve. We arrived late from our party outside the hotel and our room was right above a "private party" at the hotel. It was 4 am and the extremely loud music was going on. I asked to change the room without any luck, then i packed my stuff and was leaving the hotel until the manager got involved and he stopped the music. In fairness, the room was nice and clean. The brunch the next day was very tasty and generous.
