We had dinner both evening of our stay and the food was fabulous. We also used the spa and pool facilities which were just lovely. I particularly enjoyed sitting in the outdoor hot tub with the sun glinting on the river. Bliss There is nothing to complain about here. We have stayed before. Very high standard as alway.

When my partner and I were seated for dinner, we were waiting for an hour or more for our main meal as we both had a starter.People who came in after us had their food and some had finished and we were still waiting not good at all.It wasn't for the lack of staff as there were plenty of people on the floor better alocation of staff would help
- Michael (9/5): Excellent, enjoyable break - All went well Bed was too small
- Kevin (9/5): - Beautiful location, with lovely walks round hotel. Rooms excellent, spotless. Food great. On checking in one receptionist not very polite and welcoming, possibly due to amount of people checking in.

- Heather (1/5): Terrible. We left after one night. We could not have stayed another! - Didn’t stay for breakfast. Hotel too hot and stuffy. Dusty too cause of refurbishing being done. Heating needed off and no air con in bedroom.
Should have been told prior to arrival regarding the refurbishment. Noisy and dusty.
- Sinead (8/5): The views are beautiful, the staff are welcoming and the hotel is beautiful. - The breakfast was beautiful with an excellent selection of hot food and freshly prepared menu if you chose to take that option. The dinner was delicious and the staff were very friendly and professional. The staff organized taxi service into town and couldn't do more for us. We were not told before our stay that the hotel reception and some of the outdoor was under construction although this did not impact our stay.
- David (5/5): Was ok - Great views There was work being done.

- Samuel (5/5): I went to get a drink at the bar, the staff seemed to be very busy. Had to wait a while to get my drink. We had heard a - The area. Fermanagh is beautiful. They were doing building work as I entered the reception desk. It seems to have got very run down. My room was ok. They had a balcony from the room, on the ground were cigarette butts and bread lying.
- James (8/5): -
- Elaine (10/5): Very good - Great
- Heather (10/5): -
- James (8/5): Perfect for those that want a clean quiet place to stay with excellent views and facilities. - Beautiful rooms, extensive buffet breakfast, lovely view of the river, attentive staff. I was expecting there to be a younger demographic. My impression when booking was that this was a riverside hotel full of active types or business people who were healthy and mobile. The vibe was more like a (very nice) home for the elderly. When I hit 60+, I will definitely go and hang out there.

- O' Neill (6/5): It was average, I have been in better and for less money. - The breakfast was fine, same as anywhere else really. Location was good and staff were nice. Alot of insects in this place. Flies, mosques etc. I Paid €750 for 3 nights stay but was told on the second night that you could not accommodate me for dinner in the dinner area as it was booked out. Guests paying this kind of money should always be accommodated. There was a terrible smell in the reception area on our final morning.
- Elizabeth (9/5): Friendly staff and great food and spotless -
- Olivia (10/5): -
- stacey (6/5): The food was a let down. - I liked the location and that it was family friendly The food was really disappointing. The turkey and stuffing sandwich was just filled with breadcrumbs. The southern fried chicken strips were very bland and the chips were cheap frozen chip. Very expensive for the quality of food.
They also ran out of towels at the swimming pool and we were given hand towels. Not great.
- Julie (7/5): -
- Áine (9/5): - Beautiful hotel set in lovely grounds staff friendly and food great Couldn't fault anything
- Liz (10/5): -
- Elizabeth (8/5): Average hotel but beautiful location - Location was beautiful and lake The room was cold and they allow pets in the hotel
- Aude (10/5): - La chambre était spacieuse, propre et confortable. La partie spa est très agréable avec ses jacuzzis intérieur et extérieur et son sauna, notamment. Le parc extérieur est agréable également. -
- Jenna (10/5): An amazing place, my second time staying and would stay again - Everything
- Paula (10/5): - Friendly staff. Clean rooms, excellent facilities and close to the town centre.
- Lauren (6/5): Comfortable stay but very busy. Disappointed with the water facilities. - Beautiful spacious rooms with gorgeous views The hotel pool was not appropriately heated. We didn’t last 5 minutes and had to get out.
- Gibson (10/5): - Love this Hotel.
Always clean, good food, pleasant staff.
Beautiful outlook and location. I have stayed here many times, sad that price has increased so much.
- Kelly (10/5): -
- Whiteside (7/5): - Bed was very hard and small

- Kerry (9/5): Short stay - The staff at breakfast are friendly and welcoming. The main server remembered me from a previous stay. The lady in charge of the tea & coffee was super bubbly and so lovely. The lady in the bar both nights, as always was friendly & professional. Parts of the corridor were a bit tired.
- Brigid (9/5): Cosy comfort with good food, staff and facilities - General ambience and0 helpfulness of staff. Really good food. The spa facilities Nothing was objectionable

The breakfast was delicious , all items were fresh and multiple choices to suit everyone. The bedroom was pristine and beds were very comfortable. My mum and I always enjoy staying here and are planning to return soon. No

- Katie (10/5): Excellent -
- Shields (6/5): Disappointed compared with previous stays - It is a great location Slow service, dogs in main breakfast restaurant
- Franki (9/5): - We had a very short but lovely stay. We loved everything. The staff were very accommodating with our breakfast order, nothing was to much trouble. I don't think there was anything we didn't like.
- Sophia (7/5): Very comfortable, delicious food and accommodating staff. A bit more music in the bar would benefit for a better atmosph - The staff were so pleasant and the food was delicious. We absolutely loved the spa and the outdoor jacuzzi! There seems to lack atmosphere in the bar/dining area. Possibly due to a lack of music other than the brilliant pianist who played great!

- William (9/5): - Lovely hotel in excellent location. Good sized rooms and facilities, including the gym and pool. Good breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a good menu and reasonably priced. The only slight gripe was the cold water in the pool/gym changing rooms.
- Kenny (10/5): Amazing and relaxing - Great location, warm friendly staff, couldn’t find any faults with the room or amenities, definitely will have a return visit, maybe longer next time
