Appreciated the possibility to leave our luggage by the apartments even after we left the apartments for a couple of hours. We booked two different apartments and it was very good. Polecił szereg fajnych miejsc. Widok z apartamentu na marinę , także budzisz się i widzisz jachty coś pięknego. Polecam. Trochę głośna okolica nocą , dochodzą dzwięki z okolicznych lokali rozrywkowych , ale do zniesienia.

- Ranee (8/5): Very convenient and comfortable stay - The host was very clear about the entry and exit instructions, so easy to follow. The air conditioning worked well, the couch was comfy and the bathroom was great. The apartment is also really close to all the great bars, shops and cafes. The bed could be a bit comfier and the sheets seemed well used, i.e. some tears and thinning from use.

Заселение фактически бесконтактное, но нам было приятно, что хозяин нас встретил и помог поднять чемоданы, потому что лифта в здании нет.

Апартаменты оборудованы техникой, был утюг с доской, фен, электрочайник, тостер, посудомойка с запасом таблеток. Заселение без персонала в любое время, разрешили оставить багаж после чекаута. Отличный вид на залив и марину Нет дверей в комнаты, спальня отделена шкафом и шторкой, дверь в туалет/ванную не закрывается, крючков в ванной нет

- Hans (7/5): - Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet. Durch die Lage an der Marina ist man fußläufig gut im Zentrum unterwegs. Die Zimmer sind nicht durch Türen, sondern nur durch Vorhänge getrennt. Die gute Lage im Zentrum hat den Nachteil, dass bis in den frühen Morgen laute Partymusik mit Bässen zu hören war.
- Chompit (7/5): Convenient location with the price we paid - The location is very convenient. The local bus stops at the front of the apartment. We can see the marina from our big window on the second floor unit (many stairs to go up especially with heavy suitcases). We stayed only for a night before flying home from DLM. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There's a kitchen, and supplies that you can prepare food. They gave us 2 small water bottles. The check in was easy. They gave us the door code to the building and the key was left on our door. In Turkey, people don't use top sheet for bed but just the duvet. We like to sleep with a top sheet, as the blanket / duvet is too thick and we wake up all sweaty. Beware that this apartment is on the main road and quite busy and since the windows are not seal well, you can hear car noise all day/night and very loud music since many clubs right around the corner here start around 11 p.m. and go until dawn! This unit has an electric plastic tea kettle that we were afraid to use, because plasticizer chemicals are known to leech from these, and are a health hazard. The AC filters were filthy and caked! We always check filters when we travel. Most places don't clean them often enough (if ever)
- AUDRA ELIZABETH (5/5): - Fabulous location ... Convenient for shopping & restaurants in the centre of Fethiye town . Very loud music. Coming from what we presume is a night club close by? So we both had a very restless sleep. The Bed was comfortable. Only X 1 pillow each . Would be very nice if extra pillows were provided . We had room 28 Top floor . No elevator.. So please be mindful, as it's not suitable if you have any kind of disability... Big climb up the stairs with heavy suitcases. Extremely convenient if using the early morning ferry , Fethiye - rhodes 2nd stay here . Excellent value for money & Importantly very clean . Wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future.

Аппартв очень близко расположены к набережке, можно пешком дойти к рыбному рынку и ликийском гробницам, вокруг магазины и базар. А вид из окна просто шикарный Не было такого что что-то не понравилось

- Yulia (10/5): - A charming apartment just a two-minute walk from the port and the ferries to Rhodes. It offers a wonderful view of the yacht club from the window. The neighborhood is lively, with plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby.
- Joe (8/5): - Nice spacious apartment near the port. This was good for us as we had an early boat to catch to Rhodes. The nearby nightclubs pound out the music very load till early the next day. Earplugs were our saviours.
- MISOOK (10/5): 좋아요 - 위치가 좋았어요. 저는 배로 로도스에서 페티예로 갔는데 항구 바로 옆에 아파트가 있어서 가기가 좋았어요. 아파트에서 보이는 뷰도 엄청 좋았어요. 예쁜 항구를 바라 보고 있어서 힐링이 많이 되었어요. 아파트도 넓고 깨끗했어요. 아파트 바로 앞에 돌무쉬 정류장도 있어 버스정류장으로 가기 좋았고 마트도 옆에 있어 지내기 편리했어요. 다른 지역에 비해 가성비도 좋았어요. 아파트에 엘리베이터가 없어서 계단으로 다녀야 해요. 저는 캐리어가 무거워서 올라가는데 많이 힘들었어요.

Банята изглежда се почиства само на нивото на очите. Бельото и кърпите имат нужда от професионална пералня или от избелване. Наблизо въобще не е възможно да се паркира автомобил. Има платен паркинг, на който цената за 24ч. е колкото нощувката.

- Chris (10/5): Should have stayed longer. - Location was excellent, right next to the Old Town and main harbour if you are catching ferries or tour boats. Room had a great view of the harbour. Bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed. The owner was very nice, he gave us a modem when I could not get internet and was always available. We were on highest floor with great views so many stairs to climb, but there are rooms on lower floors if you like. We would stay there again and climb stairs for the wonderful view.

- Andrey (5/5): Определиться с парковочным местом, я видел у других отелей стояли заграждения, чтоб клиенты могли парковаться. Нанять но - Апартаменты размещены в порту, все удобно, в шаговой доступности и магазины и рынок. Вид из окна действительно прикольный. Размер апартаментов очень достойный, для семьи из 4 человек подходит, разместились без проблем. Очень грязно, такое ощущение что их не убирали год, повсюду пыль, волосы прежних постояльцев. До моря точно пешком не добраться, только на машине. А вот парковка машины это отдельный квест. Припарковать негде, только платная парковка и та периодически забита машинами. Кухня почти не оборудована плитка времен СССР у нас, грязная все в жиру.

- Kirsten (8/5): Apartment in guter Lage bei nettem Vermieter - Die Lage direkt am Hafen und am Basar war top. Schöne Aussicht aus dem Fenster. Das Apartment war groß und interessant eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden, Spülmaschine,Waschmaschine mit Spül-/Waschpulver. Vielen Dank an Mustafa für seine nette zuvorkommende Art zu kommunizieren. Sollten wir nochmals nach Fethiye kommen werden wir wieder bei Mustafa buchen. Es ist schwierig einen Parkplatz zu finden. Wir haben zuerst kostenpflichtig geparkt,konnten dann aber nachts in der Straße parken. Wegen der guten Lage konnten wir das Auto dann stehen lassen. Das Mobiliar ist teilweise stark abgenutzt und könnte repariert bzw.ersetzt werden.

- Merve (10/5): - Sadece biraz otopark sorunu yaşadık. Merkezde 24 saatlik park yeri 1500 tl idi. Yol kenarında yer bulana kadar epey dolaştık. Ama otel merkezi özellikle Rodos a geçmek için günü birlik konaklamaya uygun. Asansör yok
- sylvain (8/5): - Je recommande vivement pour son emplacement au plus près du bazar et du coeur de ville et pour la proximité de l'embarcadère des ferries partant vers Rhodes. Appartement confortable et très propre, avec une jolie vue directe sur le port et la mer..... Le seul inconvénient : le bruit incessant des voitures passant sur l'avenue au pied de l'hôtel, en dépit du double vitrage ! Prévoir les bouchons d'oreilles !

- Miroslava (10/5): - Хорошие апартаменты, мы останавливались на одну ночь, но апартаменты подходят и для длительного проживания. В жизни они лучше, чем на фото) Pet-friendly. Невозможно припарковаться вблизи отеля апартаментов. Было пару грязных полотенец и посуда.

Arac park edecek yer bulmak sıkıntı. Asansör olmadigindan bavullari tasimasi zor.

Yol kenarı otoparklar da ücretli ve saatlik hesaplayınca uzun süreli park pahalı, ki zaten yer bulmak da imkansız. Ama en büyük sıkıntı mutfak malzemelerinin hijyeni. Tava kullanmam gerekti düzgün temiz bir tava-tencere bulamadım. Dibe yapışmış yemek artıkları yağlar mevcuttu. Tek gece kaldık, yatak klima vs sorun yoktu. Mutfağı kullanmayacaksanız kalınabilir. +4. Kat ve asansör yok

- Julie (7/5): One night stay before an early ferry crossing so quite content with our stay. - Good location for catching an early morning ferry from Limani pier. Comfortable bed and acceptably clean. Our room was on the top floor (? 4th floor) with luggage this was quite a stretch and glad I was travelling with a strong person!

- Murat (8/5): Very good - It is a nice little apartment at the marina. Location is unbeatable. Mustafa is a very responsive host. It can be little noisy after midnight and early morning as everyone is coming there to have fun. But it is not necessarily a negative thing.
