• Maddison Forrest (10/5): A lovely home away from home - It was great having space to make our own meals. The appartment was comfortable, nice and tidy. A good change of pace from small hotel rooms. The shower was good water pressure was a little low, but didn’t damper our impression of this lovely place. Only something small but it would have been easier to clean up after cooking if we had a cloth instead of just paper towels.

• Eesha (7/5): Stay here for loaction and quick easy access to the city centre - Very clean apartment, excellent location. Kitchen and appliances Complimentary tea, milk and water bottle. Clean and well stocked bathroom. Walls to the next room/apartment are quite thin. The sofa bed is not very comfortable to sleep an adult.

Friendly and helpful staff at the end of the phone when I checked in and then followed up by a phone call once in the apartment. Immaculate and had everything I needed. Would have preferred a lift as the apartment was on the second floor and my case was heavy but that wouldn't put me off staying again.

• Sana (10/5): Spacious and clean apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Bath. - The apartment was very spacious and clean. It had a kitchen with everything that was required for self catering. The sofa bed was also very comfortable. The location was a little noisy at night as the apartments are close to the main square and there are some pubs close by.

• Julie (10/5): Very comfortable - Very clean, we had requested the bed to be two singles but it was made as a double, a quick phone call and two people were there in less than five minutes to change it, excellent service and facilities

Room was spacious and looked very nice main beds were also comfy It was a listed building so they couldn't have an ac but would be great if there was some other alternative to cool the room down since it was constantly uncomfortably hot. The fans helped a little but were too loud to keep on at night. The sofa bed was also pretty uncomfortable

We were moved between two apartments in the same block because of cleanliness issues, and both were unclean, with dirty dishes, mould in the bathroom, and hair left in the shower. There was also ongoing loud noise inside the apartment meaning we did not sleep throughout the stay. The move did not resolve any of the issues. Although we raised concerns immediately and provided photos, the compensation offered did not reflect the seriousness of the situation, and the way the complaint was handled afterwards was disappointing. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this accommodation.

• Daniel Lucian (5/5): - The location was very good, and I appreciated the cleaning products and the coffee provided in the apartment. Once contacted, staff were polite and arranged fresh linens. The ceiling shower worked well. The sofa bed material caused skin irritation and itching over two nights, which affected my comfort and sleep. The apartment has two TVs that interfered with each other, making it frustrating to use the remote, as turning one on or off affected the other. The handheld shower could not be used due to heavy limescale buildup and very low water pressure, although the ceiling shower was usable. Overall, these issues impacted the comfort of the stay.

Spacious attractive modern apartment; bedroom area, sitting room space with sofa and kitchen. Very clean and quiet. Modern appliances. Comfortable bed. Great location. • Sophy (10/5): Amazing! Loved it and already want to come back next year. - How clean and modern the apartment was. Loved the little touches like the mini bar in the fridge. And the complimentary tea and coffee. The call from reception 10mins after out arrival into the room. The courtesy call was so lovely and appreciated. How easy it was to check in and get let into the building by the head office at a different location. How we were also able to drop our luggage off at the head office the next morning after check out for us to go round the city some more without dragging our luggage around. N/A

• Holliday (1/5): - Nothing at all There was so much noise coming from the corridors and outside on the street. Could hear the people next door walking around. The shower was absolutely awful. We left 2 days early. The apartment is located between a restaurant and tescos and right it front of a busy bus stop. The check in system is awful. No sort of compensation, yes we booked a non refundable stay but you would think there would be something.

Just be-aware Tesco who is underneath gets an early delivery so you can hear some of the unloading noise. There was also some confusion over which property to go to as they have about 3 locations but thankfully it was quickly rectified.

• Britt (8/5): Lovely! - Great location for a lovely little apartment that has almost everything you need for a couple of days. I've read some complaints about noise, but as long as you keep the windows shut early in the morning, it was totally fine for me. Communication was fine as well, although at a distance: there was an issue with locking the door when I first arrived but that was resolved quickly with a phone call. The one thing I missed was a lamp near the couch: the light in the kitchen/lounge area wasn't exactly romantic! I feel like adding a simple reading lamp there would really up the comfort level of an otherwise homey apartment.

• Lou (8/5): A lovely short stay in a great location. Apartment was very clean and it was well stocked with pretty much anything item - Very centrally located. Close to amenities and good walking distance of landmarks. Bed was a little uncomfortable. It was the third floor but no lift with bags etc especially as a self catering place. Unfortunately, works were being carried out in neighbouring property meaning drilling etc. we of course know this is not the fault of the apartment owners.
