Питьевой воды нет. Возможности заварить чай нет. В номере ни шкафа, ни хотя бы крючков с плечиками. Вещи складывали на свободную кровать. Уборки не было. Попросила дополнительное полотенце, оказалось - платно. Было некомфортно, и я не рекомендую останавливаться здесь.

• Daniel_NL (9/5): Goed verblijf op een fijne locatie! - Locatie is geweldig, ontbijt was prima. Fijn om een gedeelde keuken met alle voorzieningen erbij te hebben. Ruime kamer met grote inloopkast. Gratis parkeren voor de deur! Jongedame achter de receptie was zeer vriendelijk, de iets oudere dame was minder vriendelijk. We hadden geboekt voor 4 personen inclusief ontbijt (2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen), ook bevestigd door Booking.com. Ter plekke bleek dat we het ontbijt voor de kinderen echter moesten betalen. Was slechts 2 dollar per persoon per dag, maar het gaat om het principe. Alleen koud water in de douche (gebruikelijk in het land).

• Mireia (3/5): Could not sleep - Great location and breakfast Party place. They have someone 24/7 but will allow people partying, chatting loud etc all night. I raised my concerns at 11, 12 and then again 2am, until it was finally resolved at 3am. Avoid if you are looking for a good night sleep

Ubicación cercana al centro historico y buena cocina Valor elevado para lo que es, 2 baños para casi 20 personas si esta lleno, habitaciones son calurosas (mal material de construcción), los ventiladores no dan abasto.

• Christiane (8/5): - Basic and good. Nice central place to get to know Leon. Good breakfast, easy to get around, AC In the dorms. We couldn't find a mirror anywhere, depending on the room it might get a bit louder in the evening from outside. No drinking water fountain.

• Karla Cadena (9/5): Muy limpio y staff amable! - El hostal es increíblemente limpio, el desayuno muy rico y el staff es muy muy amable. Las camas son cómodas, el cuarto del dormitorio muy espacioso y fresco, además de que por la noche encienden el aire acondicionado. Cada quien tiene un locker con llave (no es necesario llevar candado). No es precisamente que no me haya gustado, sino que creo que es un hostal muy tranquilo, sin una vibra muy social. Para mí estuvo bien, ya que venía de dos días seguidos de fiesta, así que la tranquilidad de Fachente era lo que necesitaba. Aún sin esa vibra extremadamente social, logré conectar con algunos viajeros!

La ubicación excelente, te puedes mover con facilidad a cualquier parte del centro, la playa queda a menos de 1 hr. Como mujer siempre nos gusta andar arregladas y ese día éramos 2 mujeres por lo que si nos hizo falta un espejo en la habitación, así que puntos extras si ya lo lograron poner. ...

• Shihhsiang (8/5): A good budget hostel - The staff was good in English and willing to offer the information. The hotel do the transport shuttles to nearby countries. Our room went with the fans only and it was ok to sleep. The cleaning of the public showers could be improved.

La habitación es grande...si hay muchas camas cuchetas o gemelas pero había pocos huéspedes así que se disfruto bien. Tambien cuenta con ventiladores individuales + lockers. Rico desayuno incluído. Áreas comunes simples, pero okey.

• Maxime (8/5): A bit too hot - The experience would have been perfect without the heat in the room. We had a double upstairs and there is absolutely no air coming into the room. The fan is not enough and we had some really tough nights. Appart from that : great location, great breakfast (you get to pick between sweet and sour breakfast), nice common area, nice staff,… we enjoyed our stay still !
• Di (9/5): Comfortable low key hostel in the heart of León - The location is excellent - a few minutes away from the main art museum, at the corner of a big chain grocery store and a smaller pharmacy, plus 10/15 minute walk from the main plaza. I liked that there were lockers to use with their own keys and plenty of space to spread out if needed. The staff, especially Jennifer and Erickson, were so sweet and helpful. I wish the bathroom/shower areas had more hooks or shelves to place towels or clothes.

Also was asking for breakfast but they ignored me until 7.45 so no time to eat. Airconditioning in room but still hot.

They should put some shower gel in the bathroom so there won’t be mess. These are small additions but will give more value. Only only shower workable for dorms this is a big concern when it is filled

We are a bit annoyed as we have been receiving mails from booking.com saying we did not check in or stay there at all. We definitely did stay, so we are a bit confused and hoping we will not be charged for not showing up.

The room is very outdated, the noise outside the room is unbearable in the mornings, and the bathroom had a horrible odor not very clean. We couldn’t pay with credit card and also I was charge $25 more of what we book in the website. Non convenient at all.
