- Serdar (4/5): Ucuz etin yahnisi yavan olur. - Akşam saat 19:00 civarı otele vardığımızda bizi bir çocuk karşıladı. Verdiği 7 nolu oda bakımsız, kötü bir odaydı. Havlular yoktu ve daha da önemlisi rutubet kokuyordu. Eşyamızı bırakıp çıkarken çocuğa durumu söyledik. Hotels.com'da fotoğraflarını görüp, rezervasyon yaptığımız odanın orası olmadığını ve değiştirilmesini istedik. Ancak saat 23:00 civarı döndüğümüzde bizi başka bir genç eleman karşıladı. Ne yazık ki oda değiştirilmemişti ve görevlinin durumdan haberi bile yoktu. O'na da durumu söyleyip sitedeki fotoğrafları gösterdiğimizde, düzgün olan odanın geç boşaltıldığı için temizlenemediğini ve diğerlerinin de dolu olduğunu söyledi. Otelde çoğunluk araplar kaldığı için odaları kötü kullanıyorlarmış. Neyse, çaresiz geceyi o odada geçirdik. Tek iyi tarafı son derece sessizdi ve rahat uyuyabildik. Bu yorumu okuyorsanız bir kez daha düşünün. Beni de, tanıtım fotoğraflarına göre ekonomik olması tavlamıştı. Yanılmışım. Biraz daha fazla ödeyip daha düzgün bir yer bulunabilir. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.
- Philippe (8/5): Début difficile mais après, correct - Accueil difficile. Chambre « pas prête » à 20h le soir. J’ai été logé dans autre hôtel. Chambre pas prête encore le midi jour suivant. Chambre Encore pas prête le soir. Autre nuit dans autre chambre très limite ... enfin la 3ème nuit dans ma chambre réservée. Le patron dit que c’est la faute à Hotels.com qui surbooke Mais ce que je souhaitais n’était pas ce que j’ai eu. Ce n’etair pas un appartement mais une simple chambre. On ne peut ni cuisiner ni manger. J’avais posé la question par écrit mais pas eu de réponse C’est correct sans plus. Il y a sûrement mieux pour le meme prix Très bien situé par rapport à TAKSIM et transports. Notamment bus aeroport. Patron gentil. Mais accueilli deux fois par ses fils qui sont jeune et connaissent pas le travail du père. Et qui ne parlent pas anglais. Donc c’était un peu désagréable
