Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurden wir durch Pierfrancesco bestens betreut. Wir durften sogar Wünsche zum Frühstück angeben. Mit dem Gratisparkplatz, der Nähe zum Zentrum und der rücksichtsvollen Betreuung können wir diese Unterkunft wärmsten empfehlen. Nichts

Vše bylo čerstvé a připravené majitelem. Majitel byl velmi milý. Ubytování je kousek od historického centra. Okna byla orientována do klidného dvora, takže se spalo výborně. Auto jsme mohli v soukromém dvoře parkovat přímo u domu pod oknem. Blízko se nachází skvělá hospoda Prophet pro ty, kteří nemusí pít pořád jen víno a rádi si dají dobré pivo. Nic

Hôte sympathique mais non présent sur le lieu néanmoins prêt à répondre à vos questions ou problèmes par téléphone. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

With breakfast we missed fresh bread from a bakery (only white bread factory bread that was not enough for two day of breakfasts) otherwise the kitchen was well equipped.

• philippe (8/5): Agréable logement proche du centre avec parking - Le logement est bien situé à 600m du début du centre historique. Le logement dispose d'un parking dans l'enceinte de l'immeuble (très apprécié) . L'accueil de Pierfrancesco est excellent (plusieurs messages avant l'arrivée, présence à l'arrivée et au départ). L'immeuble parait un peu défraichi mais le logement qui contient 3 chambres, refait à neuf est beau et élégant. La chambre a une salle de bain privative et a tout le confort nécessaire. • Bruce (10/5): The rooms were convenient, comfortable, and clean. - The Della Torre rooms were conveniently located and the setup for our group (5 single senior ladies) was excellent. We appreciated the attention to detail and the fact that the kitchen/dining area was set up every morning for our breakfast. Perhaps bring your own bar of soap for the shower. There is a pizza place directly across from entrance to the room. Parking was free and very convenient. We had 4 keys to use, one to lift the entrance gate, one to enter the building, one to enter our apartment and one for each room. It took several tries to unlock the apartment door but we were always able to get in eventually.

• MONICA (10/5): - in primis devo fare i complimenti per l ottima gestione del proprietario, che oltre ad essere molto gentile e disponibile , mi ha dato consigli preziosi per visitare la zona , offrendo anche una colazione più che deliziosa con prodotti tipici. la struttura è vicino al centro, vicino anche alla fermata del bus per raggiungere varie spiagge e devo dire che la pulizia è eccezionale. Come posizione quindi è strategica pure per il centro che per visitare le spiagge nei dintorni. non ci sono problemi di parcheggio. consiglio vivamente e vi assicuro che il proprietario farà di tutto per farvi sentire a casa! sicuramente vorrete tornare!

Best meal of our trip just down the road- we are into our food too! Breakfast in a shared room. Slippers provided in rooms. Great location to start to explore city on foot or quickly drive out of the city to explore more of the region.

• Amy (10/5): Exceptional - Roberto, the owner, was incredibly kind and accommodating. When we arrived at noon, he was waiting for us at the front door and immediately allowed us to check in, which we really appreciated. He gave us plenty of helpful information about the old town, local restaurants, and more. The place was very clean, and the fridge was stocked with water, juice, and yogurt, which was a thoughtful touch. The free parking in the garden was definitely a big advantage! We stayed for four nights, beginning on a Saturday. Unfortunately, the upstairs neighbor was running their washing machine continuously throughout the day and night, which was quite disruptive. We contacted Roberto, who promptly came to the apartment and spoke with the neighbor. Despite his efforts, the noise continued through the night. Roberto spoke with them again the next morning. While this seems to be a potential challenge when staying in a residential area, Roberto did everything he could to assist us, and we understand that this was beyond his control.

• Dan (10/5): A perfect stay in Lecce - I got a whats upp message the day before there I could fill in form and even order my taste of breakfast. We meet the owner once and the rest of the stay we easily solved errand via whats up. On the way back from centro we took some nice drinks at bar Biffi. Perfect if you come with car. • Simerjit (8/5): Perfection - The host Roberto was fantastic, so accommodating and really helpful. The location was perfect with secure parking right outside the apartment and only a 15 minute walk into Leece. you had a choice of a traditional Salento breakfast which we opted for or alternatively there was toast and cereal on offer. The host was on hand each morning in case you needed anything. The only small tiny thing was the bed for me just a little uncomfortable but this is minor and a personal preference.

• Alice (7/5): Good - Spacious room and apartment in a modern block just north of the old centre. The host, Roberto, is extremely kind and well organised. Local breakfast very nice and fresh, and other options available is wished. Also provides water and snacks and kitchen access available through the day. The bed could have been more comfortable for me. Breakfast was at a very set time (8:30-9:30) due to the timing of the cleaning person. Would suit lots of people who like to be up and out early but I would prefer a little more relaxed.

Location was perfect! 10 minutes walking to the historical center and with good restaurants around the property! I didn’t use the parking since I am using public transportation but plenty parking spaces at the property. Roberto was very professional and went above and beyond with recommendations about where to eat and what to see! Very good breakfast also and he really tries to accommodate you ! i will recommend this place for visiting Lecce nothing

• Lois (8/5): The b&b Was comfortable but you must have a car if you come to Lecce And you want to get around - Raberto was great the breakfast was very good the rooms are very clean and comfortable. if you’re one person I suggest you get a double room and pay extra. The single room is small. It’s a 12 minute walk to the old city and to restaurants and shopping.

• Heather (10/5): Wonderful stay and generous host. - We stayed at Della Torre Rooms for four nights in May and were very impressed by our host Roberto and the quality of the room.It was very comfortable and spotlessly clean and had everything we needed.Although we didn't hire a car there was safe and ample parking facilities just outside.The B and B is very close to the bus terminal and station.Walking into the historical centre of Lecce was quick and easy. Breakfast was served by Roberto each morning and was excellent as was his coffee.We were able to use his coffee machine and fridge which was excellent for keeping the bottle of wine which he gave us cool.Roberto was a very generous host,friendly and helpful.We enjoyed our stay immensely and would thoroughly recommend Della Torre Rooms to anyone who wants to visit Lecce and the surrounding area.Thank you so much for making our stay memorable.
• joanne (10/5): Lovely Hosts - We were very pleased with Della Torre. The host family seemed so genuine and accommodating. They greeted us with a complimentary bottle of the local wine and some local snacks..The room was newly refurbished and impeccably clean. The building seemed very secure. The apartment complex had a parking lot which was very convenient. The hosts came in each morning to provide a substantial breakfast. There was a shared kitchen area with a refrigerator that was stocked with drinks, yogurt and fruit available at any time. It was an easy walk to get to the historic center. When we left, Roberto even gave us a little gift.

• Cindy (10/5): New and clean modern room with a fantastic host - Roberto is a fantastic super host. My stay at his property far exceeded my expectation in every way. The apartment is very new, modern, clean and nicely furnished. I had a comforable room to myself with a private bathroom and feel very safe during my stay. The location is just outside of the Lecce old town, 10 minutes from the wall near a very nice park. It was easy to get to the bus station and old town without a car. Roberto also picked me up from the train station and offered to drop me at the bus station. He makes great cappuccino and provides a very nice breakfast with traditional local patries, fresh fruits, yogurt & cereal. It's been a pleasure and experience staying in his property. If you speak Italian, he can provide lots of helpful and knowledgeable local recommendations. Highly recommended it!
