Perhaps a few teabags and milk in the bedroom but you can bet your bottom dollar they would have been provided if requesred.

The room was warm and cosy, making our stay very pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was tasty. Overall, we had a very positive impression of the hotel and would definitely recommend it.

The property was spotlessly clean, the beds were so comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The little extra touches of pots of fruit and personalised breakfast options was really appreciated. The location was perfect, we booked at a very busy weekend (Conwy half marathon) but found we were still within 10 mins of all the attractions in Llandudno and a 10 minute drive from Conwy. I couldn't fault it.

Having young children in our group, once they were asleep, the adults could get a take-away and eat and chat in the dining room, still available should the children need us. The beds were very comfortable and everything so clean. It was a delightful stay.

Tailored to your individual need nothing is too much trouble. A huge advantage over bigger hotels who often have buffet style queue up breakfasts. Another benefit of Agar house is the location with a stunning garden which is a tranquil heaven in a quiet residential area. We found the location ideal as we could walk to West shore or North shore the town or the station quickly and easily.With many great restaurants within walking distance. I've stayed in many hotels and B and B's in Llandudno and this is by far the best run by wonderful hosts 10 out of 10 Nothing to improve

The only slight problem was the shower on the top floor, we couldn’t really get the right temperature, it was either too hot or cold. I had fruit and toast with smoked salmon and scrambled eggs which were delicious *We were able to store our luggage after we checked out which was a massive bonus *Our room was a good size, very clean and spacious and I liked the decor, lots of storage as well if you're staying for a few days or more Nothing at all!

Where else would you get that sort of Hospitality .Not your usual B&B hosts ,these two are exceptional.The do not do evening meals but you are welcome to use facillities in dining room if you have a take away "where else would this be offered"??? Didn't like leaving ,enjoyed it so much

The room was clean, modern, v comfortable bed with all the mod cons. Breakfast was generous and really well cooked. Many thanks. Ticking off a huge list of options for breakfast. I can understand it for cooked food, but having to tick off for things like tea, coffee and juice, toast etc, I felt was a little inflexible.

The bed is comply and the breakfast which I told the host was the best I have had in years. The hosts are next level! One day it was raining and they said when you come back let us know and we will put your coats in the airing cupboard. It really is top class service.
