• THERESE (9/5): Great stay in Milan - Lovely neighbourhood across from great park with choice of nearby bars and restaurants. Great location for sightseeing. Communication with Madeleine was excellent. Couldn't fault anything.
• Mirela (9/5): Lovely apartment with every single amenity and convenience you may need for a wonderful stay in Milan - What a wonderful apartment - extremely clean, spacious, fully furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay, the beds were so comfortable, the location convenient to reaching most major attraction on foot. Loved the two full bathrooms with showers in each - plenty of hot water! Really lively neighborhood with a ton of wonderful bars and restaurants nearby. The owner, Margherita, was extremely responsive and helpful. I would not hesitate to book the same property if we come back to Milano One thing to note was that we were told AC is not available after April 16, as the property is on central heating until April 15. The lack of AC made sleeping a bit uncomfortable a few nights (we stayed April 4-11 and it was a really warm week)
• Jennifer (10/5): Lovely stay in a large Milan apartment - The property was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. It is also right next to a lovely park and the host is very responsive. I’m not sure if we were just doing something totally wrong, but the washer dryer didn’t work for us (at least the dryer part).

An easy stroll through Parco Sempione to the central part of town, and the tram station nearby is a bonus! Good restaurants within walking distance and a supermarket on the corner. Excellent communication with the host. Nothing..

• Peter (10/5): Lovely apartment located off of a beautiful park in the middle of Milan. - Apartment was lovely and it was located near all the major tourist attractions. We arrived at night and had to wait a bit for the property owner to arrive and let us in.
• Kathleen (10/5): Apartment Recommend- lovely area - Lovely apartment in beautiful area of the city whim I had not seen in previous visits. Opposite Parco Sempione and restaurants nearby. Appreciated washing machine and generous amount of coffee capsules provided We loved this area but you need to know that it is a taxi ride from Centrale and airports and about 20-30 minutes walk to Duomo, etc. But lots to see along the way, so not really a negative,just information. While there is a lift to 3rd floor, there are also stairs to negotiate.. need to know!

• mitzie (8/5): Perfect place to stay… - It is close to restaurants, shops and tram. It would be nice for some paper towels to be provided and some additional bins. On our last night the power went off… the power tripped… contacted the host and she was very helpful even it was very late in the night. Hopefully that minor problem will be sorted.
• Ayal (10/5): Wonderful place to stay in Milan. - We had a fantastic stay at Madeleine Apartments – Residenza Belle Époque. The apartment was even better than we expected—pleasantly decorated, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything we needed including a well-equipped kitchenette, air conditioning, and even a washing machine. The location is excellent: quiet but still close to Sforza Castle, shops, and restaurants. Margherita, our host, was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making everything smooth and easy. The only small area for improvement could be a stronger Wi-Fi connection, but overall this is a wonderful place to stay in Milan and I’d highly recommend it. Nothing.

• Christine (10/5): GREAT PLACE TO STAY IN MILAN FOR A FEW DAYS! - The host was very easy to communicate with. upon arrival they met us to give the keys and let us in and answer any questions. Honestly the only thing was the beds but I am very pick about that they were very firm! Also we could never get the dryer to work, we washed clothes but it never dried so we had to take some wet clothes. Besides that Everything was wonderful. The location was very central easy to get there and get around. Coffee shops near by restaurants. Great spot and would definitely rebook if I return to Milan!

• Kelli (8/5): Comfortable stay away from touristy areas. - Was located out of the touristy areas which I appreciated. Good sized space. Comfortable beds. There were strange noises. The fridge sounded like a tornado siren when opened. A sound came from the main bath about every 40 seconds.
• Kathryn (9/5): Superb - The apartment was beautiful and located around a central courtyard, so pretty. It had two good bedrooms, often the second is a lesser option but not in this case and the two full bathrooms a bonus. The kitchen was functional with gas cooktop and oven, dishwasher. Also opposite a large park, great for walking etc and easy distance to the castle. Restaurants in the street and a Caffours Express close by. The microwave wasn't convenient and showers tended to run cold mid shower then got warm again but this is minor compared to all the other excellent features
• David (9/5): A lovely and historical property. Great stay in Milan! - Staying in an historical building enhanced the stay. The apartment was attractively and comfortably furnished. Elevator stopped working during our stay, which was a bit difficult for one person in the party who could not easily climb stairs

The property was in perfect position to explore Milan easily. The flat was clean, well decorated, comfortable and the benefit of 2 bathrooms as we were a party of 5.
• Ricardo (9/5): Beautiful apartment - The apartment is great and beautiful, with plenty of space and two bathrooms, nice kitchen appliances. The building has an elevator which is good, but it is also small, enough to take 1 luggage at the time. The rooms were very comfy, the bathrooms had enough hot water for the group, and it had good heating. The location is not the best, unless you are focusing in the castle. Host communication could be better.
• Richard (9/5): Beautiful apartment in a good location. - The location is excellent next to the Arc Della Place and the adjacent park. There are restaurants nearby and a supermarket about 100m away. The Doumo and the main shopping pedestrian zone area are about a 25 minute walk away. We had a party of six, so having two bathrooms, both with toilets and showers, was very helpful. The apartment is tastefully decorated and spacious. The problems we had were small and did not bother us, but if I was to look for issues: There were not enough plug points in the kitchen area to plug in the toaster, kettle, coffee machine and microwave at the same time. We did not use the appliances all at the same time, but when we used them, we often had to unplug one and replace it with another. The two showers did not work so well when they were being used at the same time.

• Kev (10/5): Was a surprise for my wife, and I wanted a nice apartment near Parco Sempione so we could walk through it to Duomo. Tr - Great location opposite Parco Sempione, near lovely cafes and bars. Easy transport from the tram stop near Arco della Pace. Secure. Clean and comfortable. Responsive to queries on WhatsApp Check-in and key handover was excellent. Nothing to add really - the aircon was a bit noisy, in the second room according to my daughter but I’m being really picky.

• Marilyn (9/5): Great place to stay; convenient, comfortable, easy access to public transportation and coffee shops - Location with easy access to coffee shops, restaurants, public transportation etc. Owner was flexible to let us checked in earlier than normal time and provided clear/easy instruction for the keys handover. Apartment has balcony facing inner courtyard, therefore much more quiet and peaceful. Not too much. Kitchen is sufficiently equipped, just lacking some dish towels to dry dishes after washing. Very minor miss.
• Craig (9/5): Superb - I was met with the keys when we arrived. However, I then had to pay the city charge and the person who met me did not have change so I overpaid. The person told me he would return with change but did not. It was only 3 euros but this still feels disappointing service.

Highly recommend and would rebook again. The showers went hot and cold at times only a small inconvenience as the hit came back if you waited and changed around the tap.

• Belinda (9/5): We had a great stay! - This apartment is in a fabulous location next to Parco Sempione with cafés and a store nearby. Beds very comfortable and great little kitchen. Lovely hospitality and prompt responses to any queries.

• Liu (8/5): Very good - The location and most of the facilities in the apartment. As visitors who visited Milan for the first time, we tried our best to keep our routine updated in time with the host one day before the trip and on our way to the apartment. However, we were told shortly before arrival that she could not meet us there and someone else was arranged to give us the key, who then let us waited at least 10 minutes in the rain in front of the building. The wash machine didn’t work with drying process (no instructions was offered but we managed to get one for this model from internet and followed that). We tried twice and had to leave with wet laundries in bags in the end. So be careful with it if you need to do some laundry.
• Mei-hsiu (9/5): Superb - It is simple, but you have everything you need. It locates next to the park and Within 15-20 mins walk you can be access to the center area. Restaurants and supermarket is also within 5 mins walk.

• Liz (10/5): Lovely apartment - Very comfortable apartment with everything we needed for a short stay. The most comfortable beds we have had so far! Plenty of choices for restaurants in walking distance as well as a supermarket just around the corner. It was a little further out of the city so we had to find our way on public transport, but that was relatively easy to do.
• Joanna (10/5): City break in Milano - Perfect location, close to Arco della Pace and tram stops. Apartment equipped in all necessary things. Air condition in all rooms, comfortable beds. 2 bathrooms makes the apartament perfect option for 2 couples or 6 people.
• Stephen (8/5): Beautiful little apartment - Location is great. Everything was well equipped and it is quite a beautiful apartment. EDIT - Owner responded stating that there were wooden shutters and additional chairs. Perhaps this could be added to the check in instuctions/listing? Curtains were too light, really need blackouts in the bedrooms. An additional chair in the lounge would be of great benefit.

• Kyriaki (9/5): Beautiful apartment in a nice neighbourhood - The neighbourhood was really nice and quiet. The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean and spacious for four people. Just a little problem with the hot water which was not available in both bathrooms simultaneously.
• Peebscat (9/5): Great location and apartment. Recommend if happy with early checkout. - Fabulous location, opposite park with plenty of bars nearby, plus supermarket around the corner. Good size apartment with 2 bathrooms, nice and quiet, plenty of coffee pods, towels, great WiFi, smart TV. Close to tram lines that go directly into middle of city and main stations. 10am checkout. We were told a later checkout was not possible as the cleaner was collecting the keys at 10am. She did, but then left saying she was returning later to clean. So we felt unnecessarily pressured to leave early on a Sunday morning.

• John (10/5): Beautiful apartment in a great location - This is a beautifully furnished apartment in a great location by the Arco della Pace. A stroll (or early morning run) through the Park Sempione takes you to the Castello Sforzesco and then on to the Via Dante down to the Duomo. There are smart bars snd restaurants right by the apartment. If there is a drawback, it would be if you needed easy access to the Metro as the nearest station, Moscova, is a 15-20 minute walk. Otherwise, it’s perfect. Nothing to say. The apartment is beautiful, the building has great character and it’s in a smart part of the city.

We were five ladies and I am now planning to go back with my family as well. Totally recommend.Margherita was so helpful and attentive. Great hostess. Everything was perfect.
• Aris (9/5): Excellent location, would stay here again - Location is everything for this apartment. Couldn't ask for a better location; in a very quiet and safe area of Milan, close to trams and metro stations and just a 15 minute walk from the centre of the city (walking through a beautiful park and castle which is located right next to the apartment). The apartment is in an old yet beautiful block of apartments and is really good for 4-6 persons (as it has two bathrooms and two double beds and a sofa bed (in which even 2 persons can sleep) It is a fully functional apartment with a nice kitchen, tv (which i don't think anyone needs during holidays but good to be there), air condition, heating, constant hot water, coffee machine Margherita (host) was always very fast to respond in all questions. The only thing that I personally did not like is that when we asked for an extra set of bed linen as one of our group wanted to sleep in the sofa bed instead of one of the two double beds (we were 4 persons and had booked for 4) we were asked to pay more. To be honest I did not particularly liked that.
• Khuyen (10/5): Exceptional - We are 2 couples. Location is near Castello 15 mins walk and Duomo maybe another 15 mins. Very comfortable, clean, quiet and has all the basic cooking essentials. Definitely would stay here again.
