- Martina A (10/5): Fantastic place - recommend for anyone coming to Forlì - Great location, very kind helpful staff keeps the place sparkly clean, the place has a lot of facilities: You can cook in the kitchen, and there's a laundry machine, dryer and vending machine on the ground floor The room I was in was spacious and nice, had a wardrobe to hang clothes as well The location is extremely helpful from the train station, and well connected to other buses Quiet and peaceful Towels provided Fast and free wifi A really minor note: could have a bedside lamp, the big headlight is not great at night

Spiacevole la convivenza nel piano con alcuni residenti della settimana. - Lo staff curava la pulizia Nel mio piano c’erano persone non molto considerevoli degli altri e non si curavano delle condizioni in cui lasciavano gli ambienti. Fortunatamente lo staff sopperiva alla pulizia con il suo lavoro. Le pareti purtroppo sono sottili, sentivo i movimenti degli altri ad orari di riposo.

- AlessioG93 (8/5): B&B consigliato per visitare la città - Staff e proprietario molto disponibili con i propri ospiti, una delle due stanza prenotate si sentiva un cattivo odore non imputabile alla pulizia della stanza, ma nonostante la situazione ha provato a risolvere la situazione ed ogni giorno ci ha rifatto il letto e cambiato le coperte. La struttura ha varie stanze con bagno in comune e privato e ambiente in comune. Ottima soluzione per chi viene a visitare Forlì. Nulla da segnalare oltre a quello già scritto prima.

- Magdalena (7/5): A good place to stay over in Forli if you want to keep it cheap but nice. Very clean. - Location, price/quality, nice functional rooms. A very well prepared kitchen. The lack of reception or any other hotel staff. Feels weird.

Kitchen was great but would be a bit nicer if it had things like kitchen paper and a mop and a few more cooking utensils.

La tempestività delle risposte dell'ospite e le soluzioni efficienti che hanno reso davvero piacevole il soggiorno. Non ho giudizi negativi da esprimere.

Ottima la gestione dell'accoglienza anche se da remoto: descrizioni perfette. Nessun problema per i ns orari, siamo arrivati in tarda serata ed abbiamo lasciato la mattina molto presto. Francamente non saprei perchè è andato tutto secondo programma ma se devo dare un suggerimento direi di allungare un poco il timer luci scale: essendo al secondo piano a facendo le scale con i bagagli, siamo rimasti al buio alcune volte.

- Magdalena (8/5): a very pleasant and clean place to stay in Forli. - A nice and centrally located house with rooms. Very clean. We had a shared bathroom but it was cleaned daily. There is a common kitchen area, which was good too. Very good price/quality. Not possible to regulate the heating. It has been set on a very hot temperature, however, in the night it got very cold. Only on the second night we realised there were extra blankets in the cupboard. I am also not a big fan of self check-in and it would be nicer and more personal to have a reception in the building. But it becomes more popular nowadays, so I guess I just need to accept it :)

- SkRafayet (1/5): - Nothing . The room is very small and it doesn’t really match the photos shown online. There aren’t even any slippers in the room and the bed is really uncomfortable. The TV looks like it was mounted almost on the ceiling and it’s so small that you can hardly see it from the bed. I also didn’t know that the bathroom was outside the room, which is very inconvenient. There are basically no towels provided, except for a very small hand towel. Overall, the experience was not very good.
