• David (9/5): - This is a basic but clean and comfortable guesthouse that is excellent value for money. The location is fantastic, being central to the beach and restaurants and services. Nina, the hostess, is first class and her staff were also the best. I would definitely stay here again.

• Raquel (8/5): Good budget accommodation - It’s a small building with small rooms managed by 2 friendly ladies that don’t speak much English. I didn’t need to talk much with them. I got in after 9pm and one of them accommodated me in the room and explained about keys, A/C, etc all with mimics =) I only spent 2 nights so didn’t need anything more than that. It worked well for me. They also sell some beverages including beer on the ground floor and also provide coffee and water daily. It’s relatively close to the beach although I didn’t like that beach nor the city. It’s a place for retired people. Room is very small and no lifts, but wasn’t a problem for me.

• Paw (4/5): Ligegyldighed - Internet forbindelsen var meget dårlig, og meget af tiden ikke tilgængelig, påtalte det 3 x uden resultat. Balkondør gabte meget, så stor myggefest hver nat. Air con virkede meget dårligt, tændte og slukkede uden temperatur regulering, så på med dyne, og af med dyne. Sidste dag gjorde jeg opmærksom på at torilet løb som en åben vandhane, der blev ikke gjort noget de næste 18 timer, dette resurse spild er uhørt.

• Stu (10/5): Great Value and so friendly - Fantastic Guest House. Nina the owner and her partner are a wealth of knowledge on Hua Hin. They make you feel so welcome and the position of the guesthouse is fantastic. It's not a 5 star but it has everything you need and is clean, tidy and you can even have your washing done for you. Am going back to stay in August 2026 and can't wait! Nothing

Nice shower, lovely bed, tv with lots of english language channels, good wifi. When my room was cleaned and made up each day, my clothes were tidied and folded. Even when my shoes got soaked I found that they put them outside to dry off. Also laundry was a lifesaver. Best value for money I have ever had. Love this place I had to leave.

Clean, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, room was serviced daily. Had a leaky A/C unit. It was sorted the following day with no problem. There is a coffee area at the front under a covered area. This is. great social area with other guests at any time during the day. There is no restauarant, but you can grab a beer, soft drink or coffee/Tea. Hotel is centrally located located in Hua Hin, Restaurants, Bars etc all easy walking distance. Quite spot but not dead. Staff great, friendly & helpful. Would happily stay again if in Hua Hin nothing really given price point. Had a great stay

I swam every day in the gulf of Thailand. Beach clean, space. Shower water pressure a bit low. Aircon needs upgrade. Door frame entry to toilet/shower small. Hit my head first day but soon adjusted.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable, the AC and the shower worked properly. The rooms might be a little bit small for a couple or a long stay, but I was very comfortable there.

• Shaun (1/5): TONG MEE, Not me !!! - Nothing to like, we booked solely on the basis of the reviews which we believe were false, this is the worst guest house we have ever stayed in Very dark, unwelcoming, reception dirty, dog on counter top, sink at the bottom of the stairwell full of dirty dishes, very small pokey room, nowhere to open cases and hang clothes, shower fittings broken, unable to clip hose on wall, booked room for 1 week, had to leave after two nights, wanted to contact owner to ask for some refund but had rude reply from lady sitting on the floor who smiled and waved as we left with our suitcases, disgusting place, disgusting service, 4500 for 1 week ??? avoid at all costs if you want a happy stay in beautiful HUA HIN

• Zeno (10/5): Exceptional - Always loved Nina’s guesthouse, great location, upbeat host, infectious smile. Felt like staying in an old friend’s home. Close enough to the bars that I can walk to there within 5 minutes but just enough to make the night quiet. A few minutes to the night market. And the beach is easy walking distance. Would highly recommend it and I will certainly be back.

• Marc (9/5): Great value for money, right in town, rustic and well appointed room - What a lovely little guest house hidden in a soi in the back of town. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was rustic and comfortable. Everything was provided including all toiletries, coffee and tea and wifi. The bed was comfortable and there was no noise from traffic at night. The guest house has its own coffee shop at at the front. Nothing - everything was very good.

It is a shame, because the location was good and the room was ok for one person, maybe to small for two people, but stealing from your guests is not acceptable.

• Paula (9/5): Nice room, comfortable and clean. - Room was very comfortable with a good bed and nice linen. Aircon worked well and there was a balcony with drying racks which is always welcome. Felt a bit strange walking though the owners living area to get in and out of the hotel but I only stayed a couple of nights and it may have been better once I got to know the family a bit more.

Next to a bike rental, 7/11, night market, etc. The windows could be better isolated. No cupboard but this is almost everywhere in Thailand. Maybe the neighbouring business with tons of bottles and cardboard in the middle of the street in front of the hotel could do his business somewhere else... but nothing tragic.A

• Daniel (9/5): relaxing and friendly atmosphere - Hotel is very comfortable, quiet and conveniently situated in the middle of the town. Everything you need is within walking distance to local bars, restaurants, shops, massage shops and the night market. Rooms are very clean and beds are comfy and also includes a kettle with tea & coffee. The staff members were very friendly and helpful during my week stay and definitely will return in the near future and would highly recommend this place to stay. There was nothing that I dislike, I enjoy every moment of my stay
• Sterre (7/5): Good location and spacious room but too expensive for what you get - Nice location within walking distance of the beach. Mini fridge available in the room. Air conditioning worked well. Very good laundry service! The English-speaking woman is very friendly and helpful. 1 employee is friendly, speaks very good English and 1 employee does not speak English. Even ignores you when you ask her something. We had to check in with her and arrange transportation and this was very difficult and a little uncomfortable. Black mold in the bathroom. We thought the price was a little too high for what you got.
