They frequently provide a twin bed room while charging for a single bed room. This kind of behavior is misleading and unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to others.

- Lance (10/5): An oasis of calm in a buzzing environment - The breakfasts were very good, quite a variety on offer. Coffee top class. Springs restaurant is fantastic, great food at a good price, great service also. Most of all, the staff, were welcoming, friendly and always happy to go the extra yard in making sure we got what we needed - for example, booking taxis. Secunderabad is very much a working suburb, it might not be everyone's cup of tea. James Street is quite unpleasant. However,, Mahatma Gandhi Road t is buzzing and busy. Up the hill and a couple of streets along to the left, there are literally hundreds of small clothing outlets that I would highly recommend. It is handy for autos into Hyderabad centre. Despite initial impressions, we loved it.

Rooms very small, AC not in good condition not control, outside environment not that good, gutter water going in front of the hotel bad smell upto inside the hotel

- Ashikur (9/5): Nice Comfortable and Affordable Stay - We stayed there 3 nights and our experience is wonderful. Near to Hussain Sagar Lake at the heart of the city Secundrabad. Almost a walking distance from Paradise Restaurant. Near to Secundrabad Railway station. Auto fare to Charminar vary from 250 to 300 rupees. There are several restaurants near to this hotel. Mumbai Cafe and Restaurant is nearest where one could get fabulous Iranian tea along with cookies. Room service is good. Restaurant inside the hotel is affordable. Breakfast is where they could improve a little. Rooms are clean and quite spacious. Breakfast Menu.

- Shipra (6/5): - The property was okay. The location is horrible, however. There are literally no forms of transportation available around here. Uber and Olas would regularly refuse to come here. The service staff are friendly and available 24/7 which was good. But they mistook our booking and we missed the complementary breakfast for the first 2 days. The beds were not comfortable at all. Overall a mixed experience.
