Bayram dönemi gittik ve Personele emekleri için çok teşekkürler nadir böyle ilgili arkadaşlarla karşılaşırsınız. Otel yönetimi bence bayramda böyle hizmet sunan personele jest yapmalı. Öncelikle sıcak havuza çocukların alınmaması gerekiyor. Yetişkinler için hijyen sorunu oluşturabilir. Çocukların güvenliği açısından da ufak çocuk havuzu yapılabilir. Hamam ve sauna yeterince sıcak değildi. Odalarda duşların bazıları eski güncellenmesi gerekiyor

Were so very adorable, nothing was too much for them and their particularly elegant style of service and welcome was utterly charming. They radiate warmth and good will The facilities of the hotel are marvellous - spring water in the rooms and a very lovely private swimming pool full of wonderful thermal water Yalova is a touching rustic corner of paradise

Allein nur wegen dem Personal würde ich nochmal hin. Zimmerservice, jedentag wird es so sauber gemacht wie man es möchte, das Frühstück ist absolut lecker, jeden morgen Frisch zubereitet und sehr sauber Hamam, Sauna und das Pool ist total angenehm auf wunsch durfte man länger drinnen bleiben, damit man auch alleine ist auf Privatsphäre und wohlhaben wird aufjedenfall geachtet

• Polina (8/5): - Breakfast was nice, rooms were clean with a balcony. I liked thermal pool here. Sauna and hamam were not working. We asked the staff to switch on, they tried to switch the sauna on but it was cold, just 60 degrees. Next day they just said that sauna and hamam are not working.

• Liudmila (8/5): Расслабленный отдых в милом месте - Отель сам по себе скромный, но при этом нам в нем было комфортно. Приветливый персонал, удобная кровать, в номерах есть все необходимое, в т.ч. халаты - очень удобно спуститься в них в спа, а потом сразу в номер. Нам понравились завтраки в отеле - выбор не большой, но все продукты свежие, вкусные, овощи и зелень как будто прям с грядки, мед, варенье, оливки, сыры - все домашнее. Вкусный омлет с овощами. Спасибо повару! Также очень понравилось, что в отеле тепло т.к. вечерами в конце октября резко холодало, батареи можно регулировать. в номере есть балкон. Расположение отеля тоже отличное, в номере чисто, постельное белье и полотенца новенькие. Термальный бассейн в спа - с температурой воды 47 градусов. За свою цену хороший отель. Очень маленький шкаф, а в коридоре нет ни вешалки, ни крючка - совершенно некуда повесить куртку после дождя, приходилось вешать на стулья. Почему бы не сделать 2-3 крючка на пустой стене в коридоре? Номера уже пора отремонтировать. Все сильно пошарпанное.

• Tatiana (8/5): Комфортабельный отель для тихого отдыха в предгорьях на ОЧЕНЬ ГОРЯЧЕЙ скважине - Просторный номер, большой балкон, приятный вид из окон на окружающие просторы. Отличный вкусный и весьма разнообразный для Турции завтрак (по несколько видов оливок, сыра, брынзы, колбас, отличный творог, йогурт, натуральное варенье, разнообразные овощи и фрукты, омлет и яйца, картофель фри и пр.) Транспорт на курорте и в Ялову ходит часто. В базовую стоимость проживания входит сауна, турецкая баня, бассейн - до 20.00 каждый день. До 12.00 - женское время, далее - общее Питание в городке - простенькое, но достаточно вкусное и весьма полезное, несколько точек общепита рядом, по цене и качеству похожи, но есть нюансы и коронные блюда, средний чек обеда на двоих с чаем или айраном - 25 -30 евро. Любителям баранины во всех видах - сюда! Термальный бассейн ОЧЕНЬ ГОРЯЧИЙ: 47-48 градусов по Цельсию. Поскольку термальная вода бесплатная, а холодная - платная, отель явно экономит и не разводит ее, как в некоторых других бассейнах курорта до комфортной и безопасной для здоровья температуры. Поэтому находиться в бассейне дольше считанных минут подряд невозможно, плавать или пользоваться установленными там гидромассажными дополнениями - тем более. Лучше бы номер стоил на 10 долларов дороже, но в СПА был бассейн с температурой"по классике": 30-32 градуса. И да, - сам городок, по сути это горная деревенька на 3 улицы, далее все где-то по чуть-чуть на окрестных холмах, то есть в нем кроме как сходить поесть в одной из пяти едален, вообще нечего делать. Это как комментарий, а не то, что не понравилось, отель здесь не при чем.

Emplacement idéal, on a pu visiter les alentours à pieds (petit centre ville, sources thermales, resto, boutique,..). Petit déjeuner varié, copieux et délicieux. Chambre confortable (un peu vieillotte, mais pas du tout un problème) Rapport qualité-prix excellent. Parking (petit mais fait le job) Pas d'horaire pour homme dans la zone piscine/hamam. Pas de masseur homme.

• Sharon (10/5): Best vacay I’ve ever had!! - I cannot give enough praise to this hotel!!! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were amazing and breakfast was fresh and delicious!!! There is a natural indoor thermal pool and sauna in the hotel and a Turkish bath. The lady that gave me my Hammam massage was so friendly and I had the best massage of my life at a fraction of the cost that you’ll pay in Istanbul!!! The hotel is also situated just down the road from the village town where the people are so friendly!!! It’s a 20 minute bus ride from Yalova and a ferry from Istanbul!!! I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely be back!! I felt so relaxed and refreshed after my stay and even looked healthier and younger!!! What a gem! Treat yourself and plan a visit!!!

• Marat (4/5): Disappointing - The hotel is located in Yalova, close to the termal baths. Walking distance- 10-12 minutes. The staff is nice There is horrible smell of smoking in the room. Everything smells of cigarette smoke, the furniture, the beds, the carpets. Impossible to breathe. I couldn’t sleep at all. The furniture is broken, the view from the room is disastrous, the breakfast is untasty and minimal. The bathroom is rather dirty, I didn’t even risk taking a shower. Would never stay here again. The only question is - how can it cost that money.

• Ali (4/5): Not bad! - The location is good although the neighbourhood is always noisy due to construction. There are not many choices in the village. The rooms are super clean and the staff are helpful. The internet is very poor quality. Computers and laptops do not connect to wifi. Only cellphones. But, even the speed is too low that it’s barely possible to upload a single photo! This is very annoying especially if you need to work during your stay in the hotel. The breakfast can also improve if they add a toaster, some dry fruits and walnuts and keep the hot water warm. Also, the pool is unavailable during the mornings because it’s reserved only for women. This’s not good. They could at least rotate the hours.

Her türlü sorumuza ve talebimize büyük bir sabırla ve özveriyle yardımcı oldular. Kendilerini evimizde gibi hissetmemizi sağladılar. Ulaşım: Otel, şehre ulaşım için çok elverişli bir konumda bulunuyordu. Toplu taşıma araçlarına , direkt termal otele giden dolmuşlara kolayca ulaşabildik. Ayrıca otelin kendi park yeri de vardı, bu da araçla gelenler için büyük bir kolaylıktı. Kahvaltı: Her sabah otelin sunduğu kahvaltı keyfiyle güne başladık. Kahvaltıda her zevke hitap edecek birçok seçenek vardı. Hem taze ve lezzetli ürünler hem de sıcak ve soğuk seçenekler bolca mevcuttu. Odalar: Odalarda temizlik konusunda en ufak bir kusur bulamadık. Odalar her gün düzenli olarak temizleniyordu ve havlular ve nevresimler her zaman tertemizdi. Yataklar da oldukça rahattı ve dinlendirici bir uyku çekmemizi sağladı. Genel olarak, bu otelde kaldığım süre boyunca çok memnun edici bir deneyim yaşadım. Otelin sunduğu tüm imkanlardan ve hizmetlerden son derece tatmin oldum. Personelin güler yüzlü ilgisi, ulaşım kolaylığı, lezzetli kahvaltı ve tertemiz odalar bu oteli kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğim ve herkese tavsiye edeceğim bir yer haline getiriyor. We were looking forward to spending a while in there and were choosing the hotel with these amenities because of it. - No massage for men. - Bathrobe with holes (I guess they appear after multiple washes) that could be removed/replaced.

• Gokhan (5/5): Average - Quality is not at the level of its price point - There is interior SPA swimming pool. Beds were ok. The building was relatively old and not good cared after. There are molds in the rooms. Our bathtub was old, screws were sticking out, silicones were removed and/or dirty. We didn't use the bathtub due its 'dirty' state. House keeping was using 'supermarket shopping cart' (I am not joking) to carry materials. Building's power shaft was open, cords were hanging out in the corridors, there is a single and very small elevator (which do not give any confidence). You really need wait in order to take the elevator. All SPA facilities (pool, hammam, sauna, etc.) are open ONLY to women between 08:00 am and 12:00 pm - It opens to common use in the afternoon. Breakfast was 'below average', especially considering that breakfast is big thing in Turkish culture. Most other hotels offer excellent open buffet at this price point. In simple terms, we will not opt for this hotel on our next trip to Yalova region.

• Yasar (10/5): - Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfreich. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat ausreichend Parkplätze. Beim Service ist nichts auszusetzen. Leider ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen das merkt man an der einen oder anderen Stelle. Außerdem sind die Bäder sehr dreckig gewesen. Ich muss aber sagen das nette Personal und der freundliche Empfang machen vieles wieder wett.

They didn't bother to even check if there's soap. The rooms were full of dust. They only made the beds. The glass was broken on the veranda and was there until the day we left. Breakfast was a put off, you could improve by adding at least different types of fruits and vegetables. The masseuse was rude and grumpy The tiles around spa area are slippery you need to put anti slippery mat to prevent any injuries You really need someone to supervise housekeeping to make sure that they do really clean

Good location, town is really cute and pretty, nature and fresh air. Sauna is not hot at all, that's really sad. And the internet is really slow.
